My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

I ordered the JL fender flare replacement hardware kit. It had all the fasteners I needed to reattach my loose fender. The parts were high quality and reasonably priced.

The coin slots will accept coins but will not release them. I had to use a screwdriver to get the coins out the slots.

I am a new owner of my first 2024 Tacoma. When I first got it, the tonneau covers were not available for it yet. A chat with your technical staff told me when they expected to be available. A week later they were, and I ordered one that arrived less than a week later. I am very happy with the purchased.

Overall Good Experience, one of my orders was missing one important piece, easy enough to create myself, but purchased so I would not have to, but wasn't going to wait another week or two to get right. Second Item was not as expected, but works just fine.

The bumper came well-packed. Assembled nicely, easy to install. You'll definitely need a person to help lift the bumper onto the truck and line-up the bolts with the matching sockets. I make one mod to the bull bar: removed the flange with an angle grinder as I won't be installing lights on the bar and I prefer a plain bar. A little black textured paint from a ratttle-can covered the resulting marks nicely.
Easy to install and remove and fits perfectly over the bed rails.
Pats shopped very quickly and arrived packaged well. It took my husband about an hour to put them in. They look great on my Jeep.
