My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

The item that i needed was available and shipped out promptly. I am back on the beach enjoying my Jeep Wrangler again.
I placed an order on Friday morning with a Saturday delivery needing to get the jeep up and running. The parts did not ship and no one followed up letting me know this. I had to chase that down on Sunday. Followed up again on Monday and the parts still had not shipped. Tuesday morning they finally shipped and I did not receive the parts until Thursday. Totally unacceptable. I would not buy from here again if the parts are needed urgently.

Parts were delivered on time at a good price and as expected. I'm very happy with everything I have ordered for my 90 YJ rebuild.

I hate leaving bad reviews but they sent it to put a review. I ordered my intake and the order said will be delivered by 5-19 and when I saw the day before it hadn't even been processed yet I hit the message app. The lady says to me why would u expect it by tomorrow u ordered Friday kind of rudely. Told her and sent screenshot of it saying that about delivery and she acted like it was my fault I just said ordered from you because that Sunday is only day off could of ordered from Amazon and got it. Once transfered they were great said just a misunderstanding and it didn't even ship yet. No big deal but don't act like I'm being unrealistic. Will purchase from Them again everyone was understanding after the fact but still not here so will see how it goes.

Ordered this in Friday because Saud would arrive by 5-19 Sunday and had time off to put it on but when contacted support to see why it haddent ahipoed support told me they didn't know why I would think it would ve their by 5 19 so I sent a screenshot of order saying arrive by 5 19 and they say I can't cancel so they say they will give me a 10$ credit so go to order the pre filter for my intake and no credit event in system. So not great but no need to go bolistick. I'll make sure I check amazon next time first before ordering from here. Worse thing was woman saying why would u think it would be here tomorrow. Like it says it in the receipt dumb dumb.
For some reason the 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and other Jeep models have a million variants based on model, year, humidity... Anyway I needed new Rear Shocks for my Daughter's 2013 WK2 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 3.6L V6 with Air Suspension... I forget the fellow that helped me - but he cut through the crap and got me the Rancho (Made in the USA!) RS5000X Rear Shock for Stock Height shocks. 'Murica by Gawd!

2000 TJ wrangler. It's used primarily on a cattle ranch, is not used for play or sport. Seats and brackets showed up here in only a few days. Installation was pretty straightforward. They went in much easier then the originals came out … they feel firm and ride great. Will do business with again

I just purchased a soft top for 2014 wrangler from the local shop and the purchased it through you and said the service was great
Very well put together, easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. The only hard top was realizing the titles and names of the products, which a quick back and forth from forums helped with. I was constantly offered assistance too, which was amazing for a website, and actually needed at times, instead of just insistent and annoying like it can be.
