I bought a new Bronco and it's tall.me not so much. She needed (I needed)something to hold on to climb in. These grip handles were just perfect! Quickly installed ( by the dealership) …they did say I could have done it myself. And look fabulous! Excellent choice!

Product delivered half one day then half the next, rims were not dented or scratched but boxes they arrived in were dented. Some of the bronze color was not completed in the lettering of rims and showed gray. Frustrating for price.

My friend bought me the redrock extreme spare tire jack holder. He had it for a few months. Beore I got it. It's missing the long rod that makes the jack stay on device. No one would help with the missing part. Got another passenger side of jeep bracket for my 03 tj and it doesent fit.

Got everything but the brake shoes and it was way cheaper than going to the dealer. All said and done I have spent junk shy of $300 and I have replaced everything including the brake lever assembly lol. Jeep would have charged me well over $1500 for the same. If you have a jeep you have to DIY most of not all. It's the only way you can keep the lights on and food on the table.

Great products. Easy ordering. Called it in because I had to change delivery address. Service from representative was excellent. Knowledgeable, helpful, professional but friendly. Delivery made on time on Thursday. My new 4 steel black gloss wheels are were installed on Friday. Will be placing more orders for my Jeep, which I've had since 2002.

Ordered a "California Extended Brief Top" for my Jeep Gladiator. Their site stated that the item would be shipped Aug. 9-12. Today the same item is given Aug. 12-14.

I checked my order status and the Tracking state that it will be arriving March 11-13. Thinking that this is some glitch with the system, I started a chat with the Agent.

The agent confirmed that the item will be shipped in March of 2025.

As a first time customer, this maybe the first and last time I order from this company since they state false information on their website.

Tires are fine, but I paid for wheels, mount, balance and TPMS sensors. They shipped them out, 5 of them, all bad. I've spent almost 4 weeks going thru their customer service maze. Only to be finally told they wont fix it unless I pay a local shop to diagnose their parts, at my cost, and prove to them there is an issue. Photos/videos of my dash TPMS warning light were ignored. They expect me to spend an afternoon at a local tire shop, and pay to have their parts diagnosed, pay for it. Send them a letter from the local shop, before they will fix the issue.

Save your time and just buy local. Any issue and you will be paying a local shop to fix it anyways.

When I received my shipment I opened the package and checked to make sure all items were inside to match the packing list. All items were in the box. Payed out the Running Boards and other items. Started to work. Finished in approximately one hour.

I have been looking for a way to divert the rain from coming down on me when opening the door. I installed the parts with ease (eventhough there were no instructions) with the help of youtube. I am now waiting on rain to see how well they work.

I ordered brakes parts that still had not shipped after almost two weeks. I called to cancel and the agent said that they did have the parts they were scheduled to ship the following Monday. Told the agent cancel since I had by then sourced the parts elsewhere and she infirotgat I would be told by the following Thursday what the disposition would be

This was a bad experience.

When the order was placed I was not told that there would be any delay in delivery. Had I known there would have been no order in the first place,

Have disputed the charge with PayPal for a refund

I ordered a lug nut tool for my truck. The website and my email said it was for my truck and I took their word for it. Well, the part arrived and it was too big. I tried calling about a return and the nice guy said sorry and tried to connect me to someone to complete it and the call dropped.
I got on the chat and was told I ordered the wrong part. Odd, my email said it was for my truck but I guess I'm the idiot customer.
Now I can't complete the simple return process because I have to send pictures and whatever else and the website won't let me do that. Cmon people. It's a simple tool...not a massive part.

Sent incomplete fender flare set to multiple buyers... chatted 3x in advance warning them and was promised they would honor listing... then ultimately had to return anyway bc they dont even carry the full set. Clown show total waste of time. Felt like trying to stop a canoe full of drunks

Kyle went above and beyond and tried to help me find the ace tire carrier for my Jeep, which has the ARB slant back top for my 2019 JL. I had ordered what I thought was the carrier only to realize it was only the attachments to make it the slant back. He reached out to the manufacturer only to learn, they no longer make it. He even went as far as trying to find another company that may have one in stock and sent me a link. Unfortunately, no other company had one in stock and I was not able to purchase the carrier that I truly want for me and I'm grateful for his help. Excellent customer service on his part. You have a wonderful employee.

The gentleman that helped me complete my order was great. I had to call to complete my order because the coupon code I recived via email would not work. He was able to help me complete my order in no time. Great customer service!

I purchased a Borla exhaust system. Delivery was on-time and packaged very good. It was exactly what I ordered and the install was a breeze. System looks good and sounds great. I am satisfied with my purchase. Thank you

Not good. Said one day shipping would arrive next day. Contacted customer service through messages. They Said don't know when my package will arrive. Wait 24 to 48 hrs for update. Was told even though it said I would have it by the next day on website that was impossible to happen. It gave me option to pickup next day or 1 day delivery. Now I don't have what I needed in time. And I will be leaving town. Seems like it is false advertising. So I would order it from them instead of actually receiving when I was told through somewhere else

The look is way better than factory. The sound isn't too bad, it's not a loud growl but you can hear a minimal difference. I don't think anyone will think that you have a race Jeep now just because of the way it sounds if that helps.

I ordered a drap bar assembly for my Jeep. I waited 5 days to receive the part. Once I received the box it was missing tie-end of the drag bar assembly. I was stuck. I had to call and returned what they sent me. I was asking why don't you send me what is missing?. I'm hoping to get my part in this next week. MEAN TIME I CAN'T DRIVE THE JEEP. Wow never again!

It was great working with you Extremen no issues.
I had an issue with FedEx delivering it to my neighbors house. It said it was delivered, I had to go look at the photo on FedEx's website to see it was over the neighbors house.

My experience with Extreme Terrain was very good even though I ultimately received the wrong part... The part came promptly through the mail, and when Extreme Terrain realized they sent the wrong part, they worked hard to resolve the issue and make everything right...

I was looking to purchase a frame stiffener for my Jeep Cherokee XJ. I requested to speak to a salesman. That's when I was lucky to receive a call from Rob. Rob was very polite, sounded as if he was very interested about my build. Rob was passionately helping me to purchase a few parts. Rob also looked up future products I am planning to purchase.

I called prior to ordering to ensure they would fit. Was told yes no issues. Received them fast shipping. Put them as instructed, however the seal from the door is not able to make a seal now and creates a hole. Called to try and send them back just to order maybe ones that are just flat on the bottom and not along the top where the seal is. After getting the run around I would never order anything from here again and will never recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY!

I received the wrong item and had to wait an additional week to receive the right one. I had to reschedule the installation of a number of items I purchased for you until I receive the right item I ordered. You need to do a better job of making sure the customer gets the right items they order.
