My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
You should explain that the product won't work with OEM lug nuts. I would have gladly bought new ones from you had I known. By far the biggest disappointment after ordering lug nuts and waiting another day was that after opening the rest of the wheels finding the weights on two wheels had fallen off and were stuck to the boxes. So now I have an appointment at my local shop to pay for balancing of all five wheels as I don't trust any of them. So much for the free mount and balance.

After discovering a bad wheel bearing in my 2000 TJ, I had difficulty finding a RR axle replacement locally. After many hours of online searching I found the perfect cost-effective replacement at Extreme Terrain! It was an exact and quality part. The wonderful thing, it was shipped free and I received the part in 2 days! Call and talk to a sales rep at this company, they can solve your problem.

This is my 4th purchase from Extreme Terrain, it has been great. Everything worked, fit and good quality
I purchased my first smitty built soft top(vinyl) 2 years ago. It was what I expected for what I paid for it, I got 1 full summer( hard top from October-may) out of it with zipper failure on rear window on the top itself end of the season. I was able to get another season out of it still just had to work for it to make it work. I just purchased another top less than a week ago, installed it 2 days ago. The zippers seam cheaper than the last, the started piece for zipper on driver's window already came off. Luckily I have the windows for the last top I bought and was able to close it up. Definitely starting to think I should have saved the money and got a best top instead. It's installed but I am not very optimistic on how long it's going to last. Will most likely see me buying a different top before the season is over. Definitely would not recommend the top I bought.
As far as extreme terrain goes the experience was as usual. Pain free, timely updates and quick delivery. Zero complaints about the site.
The rock sliders came a lot sooner than I had expected a large delivery to, and they fit wonderfully! Instructions were very clear aside the location of the spacers provided (though, I didn't end up needing them).
Heard they had great quality items and a great selection to choose from.
Talked with Josh about some parts for my wrangler and he gave me all the info I needed. He was very helpful and informative.

Previous purchasing experience
I recived what I ordered, only down fall was how thick the plates were, no where did it say how thick they were and so I bought 3 sets. Once I got them I realized I only needed one set.
Havent used it yet but seams to be a handy way of refilling the oil to the tranny once you have dumped the old oil out
Was looking at there website
I ordered three items. Lift kit, shocks and cold air intake. Lift kit came along with a separate box that contained a 3" muffler bypass that I didn't order. The cold air intake and the shocks were shown as being delivered along with the kit. Iam In the process of returning muffler bypass so they will get me a set of shocks annd intake sent out. I was offered 20 coupon for my troubles. Jacquel was tired and yawning when I reached him to explain the problem. He sounded like he had a long day and was ready to go home. Underwhelmed by the whole experience.

Parts were delivered to my residence in less than week. One of LED light kits had 2 lights for the right side. I contacted customer service on Friday afternoon, and they wanted several pictures which I didn't understand why. I took the pictures and emailed them. The replacement part was shipped over the weekend, and I recieved it Monday morning.
Good all is on. All is well. I don't have much to say. I have driven it yet to see how they work.

Quality and price
I ordered the synergy tie rod and when it arrived, it had no hardware included - missing bolts, nuts, washers, Zerk fittings, cotter pins. Called customer service and had to upload pictures of what arrived and have to wait until the warehouse receives my issue. Received Friday and now don't know when it will be shipped?!?! I would think when spending as much for this tie rod, the company would overnight the parts needed.
