My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
This is the 4th time I've ordered from this company. Great products and fast shipping. What more could you ask for.
Pricing, and the parts I'm satisfied with! Everything is just as described and received in a timely manner without any defects……EXCEPT! I noticed upon delivery and inspection of my rims and tires I noticed that my weights have come off 3 out of the 5 tires and rims. Now I have to get rebalanced.
And they could have included a couple free decals or something being my order was over $3000.00!
I choose Extreme because of the pricing and they give military discounts.
My experience was very good. I ordered my bumper and received it two days later. I was very surprised at how promptly my order was received. I love the bumper and the installation was easy too.
I have found several items from Extreme Terrain that I plan on getting for my Jeep. They have a great selection and really great service.
My go-to Jeep shop but since I moved, I find the shipping rates are a tad exorbitant.

I love how this site gears the visual of components on like model and colored images. Pricing is comparable and in many cases, better than competitors. Shipping is quick and notifications will be sent to notify on items in interested in getting.
Brandon was very helpful in finding one that we thought would fit. While installing a couple of the supports that adhere to the hood and bolt to the bug shield adhesive is not holding well. I hope that Brandon can help me get a couple of these to replace those.

Seriously. How the heck did I get the item next day with Free shipping? This is absurd. I deserve to at least wait 3-5 days, plus 2 days processing. Who do you think you are treating a new customer so well? That's it, you can expect me to buy again.

Received email with Memorial Day discount that does not state specific to certain products... place order... receive invalid discount code message... call company takes over 10 minutes before cuatomer service can tell me its specific to certain products when i tell them not clear on website thwy say sorry.and goodbye. Bad website and bad customer service... should have honored 20 Percent Off for Memorial Day code...
