My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

The checkout page didn't show and I wasn't able to complete the purchase the first time. Good thing that I wasn't charged. Tried it again the next day and it went smooth. Other than that issue it was all good. It's now installed on my 2008 4Runner. Thanks!
The delivery was late than i expected. When i ordered it i used my P. O. Box but it was not delivered because i was informed that the package can not be delivered thru USPS because it can only be delivered to my street address. The reason i used my P.O. Box is that when i ordered wiring harness for my roof rack i used my Street address expecting UPS to deliver it because my roof rack was delivered to my house. Instead of using UPS it was sent thru USPS and Mail man does not deliver to my house because i have a PO box and it was delayed too. I wish that when things are ordered there is a note that parts can be delivered to street address only to avoid delays.

Too big on my car, need to return and still waiting for that return paper. More than 48 hrs already after i made a call and sent those photos.

I ordered a standard front and rear bumper for my 2006 Jeep TJ. The initial hitch receiver wasn't compatible with the rear bumper, however, the team helped me find the correct one and returned my original receiver. They all look great!
Great products and value
The shopping experience was great, however when I filled out my shipping address I include both my physical address and my PO box and the recipt showed both but when I tracked the package down at the post office (in the return to sender pile) the shipping label didn't have the PO box on it so the post didn't know what to do with the package
