My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

Purchased simple brake line brackets for my JK, and the part(s) were great! The item is not the issue. The massive amount of follow up and needless advertising emails that followed even after "unsubscribing" and requests for it to stop has been relentless. Sell Parts. Don't hound customers!

I dislike your use of FedEx only. I know I brag about quick delivery but I always hold my breath when I see a FedEx tracking logo. They are not great in my area. Seems you have to follow up if I got my delivery so you must know what I mean.

This was a good experience, they came in super quick, super easy to install, great add on to the truck.
The side bars were really easy to install, but the description says they are made of mild steel. They most definitely are not. I thought they might be aluminum, but I have my doubts on that as well. I believe they are made from a strong plastic. They weight is way too light to be steel or aluminum, and they use squeezed nutserts for the bolts to thread into.
The ability to choose exactly my vehicle when ordering parts is a big help when making sure everything will fit.

Received black factory style lugnuts. Replaced the chrome ones a thief left barely on the studs.
I ordered headlights and they sent me a gas cap cover and wouldn't resend my headlights until the wrong item was shipped back. They $#*!ed up I should have got to keep the gas cap cover.

The paw print tire cover was no longer available but an open box option made my day! The camera hole cover had become partially detached but once the camera cover was removed and placed over it you would never know!
