My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

The shipping was very fast! The steps don't come with instructions but the video online will get you through the install. My only issue is I was shorted parts on the install. Luckily I had leftover bolts and washers I could use. Would be nice to have at least a parts list and maybe a small and simple instruction sheet. Overall I'm satisfied with the product. Only 3 star rating because of being shorted the parts.

This is the second time I've ordered parts in there wrong and y'all have really put me in a bind considering this is how I make a living

It was a good experience except shipping costs. I live in Hawaii. Hawaii and Alaska always gets stuck with outrageous shipping costs. Shipping cost more than the item we're purchasing. I always see free shipping to the lower 48 excluding Hawaii and Alaska. In my opinion I think if companies can absorb some shipping costs to offer free shipping to the lower 48, why can't Hawaii and Alaska get a discount on shipping of what it would cost you if we was in the lower 48? And we'll pay the rest. Hope that makes sense.

The right side of the roof rack does not line up with the drilled holes of the top of the truck cab. I will either need to cut away some of the metal to be able to screw in the right side, or return the rack.

Experience was fine, product should work fine, price is nice. Directions for install not so much but not Extreme Terrains fault that's RC and nothing a YouTube search can't help with.

I was looking for an AntiGravity Lithium battery for my 2024 4Runner and called to see if it could be shipped to Hawaii. I spoke to Brandon who checked and confirmed that it could.
He asked if I would like to order it right then and I said yes. Glad to say the the order was taken and confirmed to be shipped asap. He was so friendly and helpful. No pressure, just great customer service.

This was very easy to put together and use. Very happy with the product.
Good customer service and good product
At first I was excited about getting new rims and tires for my Bronco. But then disappointed when everything was back ordered and no schedule of when I would get it. After 2 months of waiting, I finally changed to a different rim and tire setup. The staff was great in getting everything worked out for.e quickly. No problems in the cancelation or placing the new order. Now with everything in stock, I should have my new rims and tires with in 2 weeks. Now I'm excited again to give my Bronco a new look and stance.
The convenience and prices are better than most competitors online.

I purchased a Flowmaster FlowFX Extreme exhust system for my 3rd Gen Tacoma from ExtremeTerrain.com. I was sent the wrong item: the connecting pipe diameter was 1/4" too small and did not match my vehicle, so I had to send it back. Unfortunately, I was NOT refunded the full amount charged to me - stating part of the charged amount is not refundable...even when the problem was 100% their fault? I just got ripped off! THAT'S TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
