Ordered a clearlid sunroof 1350$ for my Jeep. Was pretty happy for the 2 day turnaround (ordered monday). Got some sort of tarp instead, can't be more than a few hundred. Needed what I ordered for a road trip on Saturday. Requested the item I ordered right away when I got the wrong item. They told me they won't send out the actual item I ordered until they get the wrongly shipped item first. This was through a phone call with a woman who i could barely understand because instead of talking, she mumbled everything. I had to ask her repeatedly to repeat what she said. After our call ended, i decided to speak to a person on chat instead bc i didnt understand anything with the first lady. She explained better, asking if i wanted a return or replacement. I said replacement. It was a hassle.and time i dont have. This includes the time it takes for me to print out return labels (don't have a printer), repackaging the item and finding a place that takes FedEx returns (never done that before). All in all a terrible experience. So I had to threaten to get a refund instead of a replacement because the whole point of spending over 1300 dollars was for the road trip I was taking. The nice gentleman on the phone/email was good, worked it out with me to get me the part by Saturday but I still had to delay my road trip by about 4-5 hours bc I wasn't going to leave an expensive and huge package in front of my house. Overall, bad experience, much much more hassle than it should have been and had to threaten to get a refund instead of a replacement unless they get me the item I originally ordered fast to accommodate my travel plans.

Bought sawybar links for my 2021 Jl and when they arrived the packaging was destroyed, there was no instructions and upon further notice I saw it came from their returns facility. After finding out I wasn't missing parts and tried to install. The bolts did not fit the swaybar and were to big. The bottom of the links bolts to the axle was too small and would have allowed play if I bolted them down. Customer service was quick but ultimately these odds and ends left me with a lot to be desired.
I ordered from here in the past and figured I wouldn't get a returned product that was missing instructions and didnt even fit.

I ordered a weather tech bedliner and tailgate liner for my 2023 Jeep Gladiator. The bedliner arrived but the tailgate liner never arrived. They said that it was in the box with the bedliner and I explained that it was not included and had to be purchased in addition as per my invoice. I have made more than 5 phone calls and chat multiple times with no success. I loss almost $70 dollars and still don't have tailgate protection. I will only purchase from Amazon in the future because they are dependable and will fix it when things get loss in shipping.

Ordering was simple, priced was dropped on the product the day after I ordered, Wow! Didn't help with my purchase price. Shipping was fast, great looking on my Jeep. Printed instruction sheet for installation was a joke, product did not line up with holes as illustrated. Nuts bolts washers included for install were a mess as the washers were not big enough to retain bolts from falling through the piece being mounted. The mounting brackets did line up with other holes on the Jeep's frame that were already factory threaded. The bolts included in the installation hardware weren't the correct size to use these holes. After verifying the size of the bolts sent I purchased a metric tap set and retapped the holes, bought (4) larger stainless steel washers and gave them a couple coats of matching black finish.
Rock rails look great, additional cost and time required for install.

I ordered running boards and they showed up in a couple days put them on my Tacoma in not much more than an hour it was so easy to do I couldn't believe it everything lined up perfectly! Should have done this years ago!

Product arrived quickly with no issues. Install was pretty quick and mostly painless did have to look up how replace the headlights as there are no instructions. But really not an issue. Love the way they look
I ordered taillights in May 2nd and they were to be delivered the 4th. Yet, it's the 7th and no part (it's in Nashville after being in Missouri for days), no communication from ET. I put in a FedEx ticket myself and still waiting to hear from them about the part. The only information I get is "It's on its way." First time buyer, makes me feel like I'll be a last time buyer.

Had the product I wanted at the best price.
The muffler that I got were missing 2 flange nuts. The muffler came with welded bolts and had to purchase a new set. Made a little of an inconvenience to figure out that they were metric M10x1.25 and not 3/8x16.

The back zipper broke already on the cover. Need a replacement. The back bar slot was too small for the bracket as well. Not sure who measured this to fit the 2008 wrangler, but it is off.
