My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

Product selection was considerably easier than most anywhere else I have been. Ordering was a breeze and shipping was damn fast! Installation proceeding slowed due to very hard to remove original bolts. No instructions provided, however was sent the offer to make video for store credit. Will be attempting this no doubt.

The running boards came two days after I placed my order. There were a few washers missing, but no big deal. They fit great, easy install. I look forward to shopping with Extreme Terrain again.

The item arrived as described with no dents or scratches. All of the listed hardware was complete and installed with no issues. Overall I was pleased with the product and service.

The entire shopping and shipping experience were great, unfortunately the part I've ordered does not fit my fog lights so I had to return it. Overall I will definitely do business with extreme terrain again

Tried to return a damaged part and because I lack the skill to send a picture online, thus I was out of luck.
