My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

I had the same axle's ordered from another place for 3 weeks and had only been told that my order was delayed, so after contacting them was told my order "might" ship out on 4-29 so i canceled my order. Found same item here on 4-11 and received it on the 14th. Awesome shipping..

Ships fast. Product showed up in good shape. Definitely encountered the brackets being off factory holes, witch ultimately makes the video install sequence a bit irrelevant. Best to have a buddy or kid around that doesn't skip leg day if you want bend it into place. That being said, it was not really a big deal. Overall it looks sharp and appears it will take the light to medium activity nicely. I can only give it 4 stars until I see how the powder coat holds.

Extreme Terrain had the most options as well as Customer pictures to help verify that the parts I ordered were going to be correct for my particular setup.
They did a great job getting them to me in a timely manner. Install was super easy with clear to understand instructions. Only negative would be the weld quality. On the driver side in particular there's an area where the weld was blobbed on and ground down horribly and covered with a coat of paint that hides nothing. For a 300 dollar pair of side steps I'd expect much better quality than what I'm seeing. Other than that they look great at a distance and work well for the intended purpose.
Found what I wanted
Very specific and fairly easy to install. Glad I bought them, a little pricey but worth it.
The hitch was an easy install. Took my husband about 35 mins to get it all put on. I'm having the wiring done professionally but seems to be pretty simple by the look of the instructions.
Lots of options with a good price.
Shipping on most of my order was on time as expected. One particular part arrived later. The packaging for shipping seemed underwhelming and sharper corners of bumpers have minor cosmetic damage

I recently purchased the power stop brake kit and the braided hoses. Upon completing my installation and brake bleeding. I drove down the street to check and come to see that the line blew. As this is Easter and between business hours. Will they honor their services. I do believe the product to be of quality and dumb luck to have received an improper part. But this experience will determine my future with extreme terrain.

Always quick and easy, it makes hunting for parts not such a challenge. If extreme terrain doesn't have it, then nobody will.
Best price on those harness, but I always shop extreme terrain anyways. Best Jeep site by far
I made a purchase back in 2016 and when i received the item it was used. I requested a return/ exchange of the same item which I did receive. It wasnt untill recently after making other purchases with no problem did iI learn that I am on a "Do Not Sell To" list. This is fine as i beleive that every company has the right to deny anyone service. There are alot of other ways to buy from.
