My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
The actual shopping is easy, However the product I purchases broke right off. Customer service gave me $10 voucher and its only been one day but no refund yet.

You send WAY TO MANY EMAILS after a purchase. I just bought a used jeep and now need a parts supplier I can rely on. So far I'm happy with my purchase experience. But if you don't STOP sending me countless emails every day I will find another SUPPLIER to do business with.

You guys are fantastic. But the bumper i purchased was damaged. I dont want to send it back and pay shipping costs. But the bumper was damaged. We had to cut the bolts off of it and put new ones in. We had to use a rubber mallet to straighten out the bumper. To put the fiog light covers on. If the bumper wasnt bend! I would be 100% happy. I have pictures! The red hook that comes with the bumper was shoved in to the back of the bumper. We had to cut the bolts off. Pound down the dent to get the cover on. The skid plate has 8 gougesin it. Its a skid plate. So it was the lesser of the two evels

1st of all, I'm not what you'd call a really avid off roader but I do use my Jeep off road getting to trailheads and backcountry areas every week or so. I purchased some new rock sliders for my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and they arrived in just a few days. I took off my old rusted and scratched up ones and bolted on the new ones in about an hour. Everything lined up perfectly and went on smoothly. They look great on my jeep and will provide added protection and nicer appearance to my old faithful Jeep.

Got the product 3 days after ordering, no damage and after opening the box everything was color coded in packaging per side of the vehicle. In all, installed the steps in a total of about a half hour and used nothing but a socket wrench. The steps themselves are high quality, sturdy, and look super clean on my 24 tundra SR5 crewmax.

I ordered some illuminated letters for the grill of my bronco and they did not fit - way too small. The return process has been difficult and I keep getting asked repeatedly for pictures. And I get no less than 3 marketing emails per day now from Extreme Terrain.
Replaced failing front shaft on 2014 JKU. Original shaft was clicking from cv joint and also seemed to have some slop in the grooves. Got replacement incredibly quick (ordered Fri, received Sun). Pretty easy to install. Smaller diameter than original, but seems much sturdier.

Been a nightmare trying to get the correct parts, have been sent the wrong parts twice in the last 2 weeks and still have not received the correct ones. Had to send pictures to verify both times, had to take returns back to fed ex at a 100 miles expense to me. Now they want me to deal with the vender that sent the wrong parts, what gives why is this my job! Won't be doing any more business with them, very poor customer service.
Item was purchased on 7-22, in stock. Site states 1-3 shipping over 119$ item was 165$ it's 8-1 and still processing order. Contacted CS and they said it will be shipping from the item manufacturer shortly. Still waiting on details.

I was looking for a 30 spline right rear axle shaft for my '98 Wrangler with a Dana 44 and you had what I was looking for at a decent price. I did have to modify it though as there was no hole in the end to put a socket through to bolt it to through the backing plate to the axle tube. That was unexpected.
You had what I needed at an acceptable price.
Delivery was one day later than specified. Box arrived in bad condition, was torn up in several places. Haven't opened to inspect product yet but will do within next day or two. Other than that, good experience with ordering

Maybe it's the mobile experience (iPhone), but even entering my vehicle specifics I received inaccurate results. It makes it difficult when searching for model specific parts. MANY items are not for or are specifically for the Wrangler 4xe, which is not a sub category available to choose from.

Jeep looks great. Love the product. The instructions were lacking and brief. Let much to be figured out. I got it, but what could have been a 20 minute job took 11/2 hours b
I reached out after installing tires on my jeep. I spent the extra money to get TPMS sensors installed. My jeep would not recognize the sensors. I needed an oil change so I took my jeep to the dealer and they said the sensors were sending signal but would not register on my dash and said the my were most likely have the wrong sensors installed. I reached out to extreme terrain and they said they would send new sensors out and pay the labor to have them installed. They gave me specific instructions to wait until my new sensors arrive before taking it back to the dealer. Well my new sensors were never sent back. Why? Because I couldn't provide picture of the sensors they installed! Because I would have to have the sensors removed from the tires to get the pictures!
Also on a side note the new tire and wheel package shakes like a dog $#*!ting glass.
I guess because I had a sever lapse in good judgement.
The pads and rotors worked great! The callipers were an issue.
I had all of the items installed by a certified mechanic and they could not get one of the callipers to take fluid or bleed. I was unable to use them and had to pay more money to purchase callipers locally so they could complete the work that day. I have to return the defective callipers. I am disappointed but am happy overall with the remaining items so far, it has only been a day since install.
I was researching products for my Jeep and could not find front callipers anywhere that were not remanufactured or back ordered. I was able to buy everything I need at Extreme Terrain.

I won’t lie - I placed my order with a competitor website first because it was $3 cheaper. A truly foolish decision given it was a $200 order (so I chose that competitor to save 1.5%. So dumb). The “in stock” part on the competitor site was actually being drop-shipped from the manufacturer. So when I paid for expedited shipping ($13), I was expecting the part in a day or two. After 5 days, customer service informed me the part was “guaranteed to ship in 1-3 weeks.”
I cancelled that order and made the same purchase with XT instead. No extra shipping cost, no drop-shipping - so it was $10 cheaper in the end and it arrived the next day. I’ll never shop with any other Jeep aftermarket site again.

Choose Extreme because they had the switchback product that fit my year of tacoma.
I loved the side bars but they were damaged. The first customer service agent I spoke with replacement parts kit four the damaged items. But turned out the kits were discontinued. The second customer service agent ordered only the defective parts (end caps were crushed). They were also discontinued. The third customer service agent told me I'd have to return the complete package and once they were shipped for 24 hours they would send a replacement. I ordered these bars in time to get the installed for an event the following week. No way I'm making my event with these bars installed now. It's been 3 days and I still haven't received the return label. Finally, the fourth customer service agent asked if I'd keep the bars if I could be sent the replacement parts! My goal in the first place! Not sure what will happy this is frustrating!

High quality unit. Only reason for the 3 stars is the product features states it can be installed with a ceiling height of 7 to 25'. I have a 16' ceiling, the problem is the control cord is only 6' long which is way too high to reach from the floor. Required me to modify the cord length.
