Always quick and easy. Great selection. Because of my very unique prescription,I always get a note to call and verify that it is correct. My connection was with Sherwin...he was thorough on his questions and even had me do an upgrade of the lenses... Love you guys...great that a friend told me about your products and service. It used to cost me $750.00-$1,000.00 for a pair of glasses.at a dispensary.not any more.thank U..
What a piece of $#*! supplier and product! Firstly, their product is garbage. I've bought 3 pair of glasses from them and two of the three have broken at the exact same point, simply while removing the glasses from my head. Then when I try to contact them on their own website to (hopefully) resolve it, their own online submission form fails - every time. I've been wearing glasses for over 50 years - I get the concept. In fact, I've never broken a pair of glasses in my entire life, except for 2 of the 3 pair from eyebuydirect. This most recent pair broke after less than 8 months of use, while travelling and forcing me to pay for an emergency repair. I can only assume the 3rd pair will do the same thing. So, if you want a pair of glasses that will last more than 8 months (considering most extended benefits only pay glasses once every 2 years), use anyone but eyebuydirect. Useless.

I find eyebuydirect to have a much greater selection of frames for men, over many other popular online competitors. Pricing might be a little bit more, but it shows up in quality of frames and lenses. I've tried all the big online suppliers. Eyebuydirect is definitely my favourite.

Thanks a lot. I appreciate the service. However I asked that how can I fix the glasses they are bit loose and keep on slipping.
Good but the online "try on" for glasses needs a bit of an update. Also, way too many emails and texts. I don't mind signing up for them as I do like this brand however, I will be unsubscribing from emails and texts as there are far too many a day (2+ texts and 3+ emails a day). It's excessive.

I love trying them on in privacy and at my own pace. I don't feel hassled to choose, and the website is so easy to navigate. The accuracy of the 3 pairs I've already purchased has been excellent.
I love how quickly they were shipped and how accurately they were made.
I bought these prior in a bifocal but wanted to have them in progressives too. The frame is such a perfect fit for my face and features.
When ordering the first pair the site was not clear in how to attain the 2nd pair free. I am not sure how to proceed 🤷

I broke my glasses the other day, and didn't have time to go out and look for another pair in stores, so I decided to order online. I knew by prescriptions, since I just recently bought the ones I broke, and the guys from the store understood perfectly what I needed.
The glasses I ordered were delivered the next day, which was amazing. They saved me, and actually I made a really nice deal regarding the price.
They have a wide range of options and brands. I bought Ray-Ban, and I am satisfied with what I get. It was my first time ordering glasses online, but it worked pretty well for me. If I was not in an emergency, I would probably never have the courage to buy glasses online.
