Always quick and easy. Great selection. Because of my very unique prescription,I always get a note to call and verify that it is correct. My connection was with Sherwin...he was thorough on his questions and even had me do an upgrade of the lenses... Love you guys...great that a friend told me about your products and service. It used to cost me $750.00-$1,000.00 for a pair of glasses.at a dispensary.not any more.thank U..
What a piece of $#*! supplier and product! Firstly, their product is garbage. I've bought 3 pair of glasses from them and two of the three have broken at the exact same point, simply while removing the glasses from my head. Then when I try to contact them on their own website to (hopefully) resolve it, their own online submission form fails - every time. I've been wearing glasses for over 50 years - I get the concept. In fact, I've never broken a pair of glasses in my entire life, except for 2 of the 3 pair from eyebuydirect. This most recent pair broke after less than 8 months of use, while travelling and forcing me to pay for an emergency repair. I can only assume the 3rd pair will do the same thing. So, if you want a pair of glasses that will last more than 8 months (considering most extended benefits only pay glasses once every 2 years), use anyone but eyebuydirect. Useless.
Couldn't Access payment because a small selection (Shipping/ not obvious) was not clicked on. Had to communicate with the chat to correct the problem. Other than, great product! Totally happy with my purchased!

It was a painless ordering process. I needed to exchange them as they were progressive and it messed with my balance and i couldnt tead a thing. I needed to reorder bifocals. Two different reps told me the opposite about my options. Apparently invisable line bifocals do not come in sunglasses. You cant get bifocal sunglasses. I had to order regular glass with a tint so they work like sunglasses. Hopefully the line won't be super noticeable... Not so painless getting all of it straightened around. Waiting on the new glasses to arrive.

Try on feature is great! Website is easy to use. I have learned from previous experience that ordering single vision lenses from your site is the way to go. I had a little trouble with the one pair of progressives I ordered previously, so I will absolutely use the site again to purchase single vision lenses.
Amazing company to deal with. Great website, good deals, legit frames and lenses. Had an issue with lenses being too weak...not their fault, my prescription was wrong. Without hesitation, they rectified the situation. Will recommend them to friends and family and will continue to shop with them.

I found the questions for prisms do not correspond with my prescription. I had to put in something to allow me to go on with the order but my prescription for prisms does not give me anything for "up" or "down". I have only "in" and "out"

Fairly easy to navigate and options are easy to understand.
Super easy to maneuver the site & the ability to 'try the glasses on' is a great feature however when I ordered the glasses & received them (very quickly, as promised) it turns out I cannot see out of them. Not sure if my prescription was misread or the original prescription was a mistake (am following up with my eye doctor to verify)

The website has a huge selection of frames at every price range. The video "try on" function works great and gives a realistic view of what the glasses will look like. Delivery is fast and the price is unbeatable!

My son is the type to misplace or break most things very often, including his glasses. I have his prescription saved on the site and when his glasses go missing I just hit re-order! I appreciate the low prices and the ease of re-ordering. This has saved us so much time and money.

At first the information was a bit overwhelming but I purchased a pair of not too expensive glasses so as not to risk returns. Everything was great. I put them on as soon as I got them and all was good.

So easy! I am beyond pleased I had tint color options! So many other websites dont even give you the option for the darkness of the tint and I am so happy I could choose the darkest option. Whole checkout steps are super easy too!
Prices were fairly priced and you give the options for sunglass lens tint and darkness options, Ive never seen a website that offers these options, especially with the color options, its usually grey or brown! Have bought on here before and I was happy each time, plus the fit is perfect!
The other frame I liked had sold out but this was my next favorite frame plus it was a bit cheaper, I was looking for a nice brown tort frame and this was actually a more appropriate size for me. Super excited.
It wouldn't let me use Apple Pay because it was making me add a card that is already in my apple wallet took me 30 minutes to actually finally order, but due to the complications on the site they gave me a discount and the glasses arrived very quickly and exceeded my expectations in the quality
They were polite and got back to me very quickly, unfortunately they could not come up with any solution and it only worked when I shut everything down and restarted the application!

Quite easy to manage through the web sit to choose the frames. The number of choices however is a little overwhelming.
My fourth purchase, 'this one being for my wife's prescription. EBD is my eyeglass go to place.
Pretty good. My daughter was the person that told me about it so she did help me get started. It was pretty simple. I really liked that I was able to try on the frames with the camera's help. It really helps to see yourself with the perfect frames. The service and price was exceptional.

For some reason the ETA was showing a later date than I am normally used to with EyeBuyDirect (Since I order quite a bit). I emailed the Customer Service Support asked if anything can be done and they made it happen. Got the glasses days before my event! Made my day! Thank you so much. I needed a low-cost pair for my husband to wear to work (Mechanic job). Would love to see more industrial/safety/work glasses options in the future!
The only thing that was tricky was the prescription, once I worked that out, it was an awesome experience. I was able to figure out the fit that works best for me and got my first two pairs. One of said pairs did not quite fit my face, I contacted support and they got back to me in a quick manner and explained how everything would work, it took quite a while for them to be done, but I am in lovee.
I contacted them 3 times, each time they would try their absolute best to assist me! The response times were very quick and very helpful.
I chose this brand as my brother's girlfriend gets her pairs from here. They are much cheaper in my experience than the glasses I would get before, 200+ for 2 pairs, wild.

The only thing that was tricky was the prescription, once I worked that out, it was an awesome experience. I will raise it higher once I get my first pair. It is easy to use, site wise. The photo view is also a cool touch, sometimes glitchy though.

First pair Vogue fit great BUT 2nd & 3rd pair HUGE even thought they were the same measurements as first pair! I'm sitting with two unusable frames.
I did carefully check screw to screw measurements on ordering the 3rd pair as instructed by a customer service rep...
Expensive experience and just wanted two pair of wearable glasses.
Appreciate the x1 offer to replace the 2nd pair but extremely frustrated with this experience...
