Always quick and easy. Great selection. Because of my very unique prescription,I always get a note to call and verify that it is correct. My connection was with Sherwin...he was thorough on his questions and even had me do an upgrade of the lenses... Love you guys...great that a friend told me about your products and service. It used to cost me $750.00-$1,000.00 for a pair of glasses.at a dispensary.not any more.thank U..
What a piece of $#*! supplier and product! Firstly, their product is garbage. I've bought 3 pair of glasses from them and two of the three have broken at the exact same point, simply while removing the glasses from my head. Then when I try to contact them on their own website to (hopefully) resolve it, their own online submission form fails - every time. I've been wearing glasses for over 50 years - I get the concept. In fact, I've never broken a pair of glasses in my entire life, except for 2 of the 3 pair from eyebuydirect. This most recent pair broke after less than 8 months of use, while travelling and forcing me to pay for an emergency repair. I can only assume the 3rd pair will do the same thing. So, if you want a pair of glasses that will last more than 8 months (considering most extended benefits only pay glasses once every 2 years), use anyone but eyebuydirect. Useless.

Tried it back in 2021, was very satisfied and buying again now in 2023 since I broke my pair of glasses while skiing.
Less complicated than going to the optometrist for which you need a brand new prescription although your eyes have the same results for many years
1. Sunglasses with vision: wanted to try those for a long time
2. Pair of regular glasses: exactly the same I bought en 2021 but broke at impact. :(

I needed help to apply a discount which I didn't like. I could not confirm what I actually bought - I could only pay for it. It would have been nice if I could see what the final price would be for a top end pair of glasses, with the discounts. At this point, I don't even know what I paid for.

Being on a fixed income and very little money to spend, your product was the best affordable option available to me.
My choice was for comfort, the temple size will work well with my hearing aids and what I choose offered a better option to what I have been wearing. This product configuration also allows others to see my face with less emphasis on my eyeglass frames.

My total showed $130 but when I checked out it was $187? The glasses were great and I received them in just a short time after I ordered.
Not as much selection as I was hoping. Frames were fairly good, but lens options seemed a bit limited if you have a smaller budget for benefits.
There are so many options to choose from.
