Always quick and easy. Great selection. Because of my very unique prescription,I always get a note to call and verify that it is correct. My connection was with Sherwin...he was thorough on his questions and even had me do an upgrade of the lenses... Love you guys...great that a friend told me about your products and service. It used to cost me $750.00-$1,000.00 for a pair of glasses.at a dispensary.not any more.thank U..
What a piece of $#*! supplier and product! Firstly, their product is garbage. I've bought 3 pair of glasses from them and two of the three have broken at the exact same point, simply while removing the glasses from my head. Then when I try to contact them on their own website to (hopefully) resolve it, their own online submission form fails - every time. I've been wearing glasses for over 50 years - I get the concept. In fact, I've never broken a pair of glasses in my entire life, except for 2 of the 3 pair from eyebuydirect. This most recent pair broke after less than 8 months of use, while travelling and forcing me to pay for an emergency repair. I can only assume the 3rd pair will do the same thing. So, if you want a pair of glasses that will last more than 8 months (considering most extended benefits only pay glasses once every 2 years), use anyone but eyebuydirect. Useless.
Was surprised by the diligence of the lab in confirming my prescription and delivered quite quickly once confirmed.

Exhaustive searching and trying on via phone. I wanted to take advantage of the 2 for 1 offer and had my heart set on HESTIA. It took me quite awhile to pick HESTIA out as my script is high and even the TRY ON is tricky when you can't see the screen. When I went to place the order, I found out it wouldn't work with my script. It took me DAYS to find something I liked enough to replace Hestia. I finally found TULIPA and it was compatible with my script. I didn't find out they wouldn't work UNTIL I went to order them (AGAIN!). The first one is on me for not searching well enough, but the second is on the company... I'm heartbroken all over again.
I always had my second 'fun' pair picked out - the INDIE frame in a shocking orange, but needed my first pair... I hope the glasses are fine as I'm not impressed with my experience so far.
In the end, I ordered ADRIA.

Not happy with shape of lenses I chose. Tried to adjust arms, but plastic coating had some damage so I could not return them.

Selection is limited for small frames. Would like more selection in this area as my glasses are again too big and i purchased small.

My wife's first ever pair of bifocals. The lens is crystal clear. The frames fit her face perfectly. She couldn't be happier.
