Always quick and easy. Great selection. Because of my very unique prescription,I always get a note to call and verify that it is correct. My connection was with Sherwin...he was thorough on his questions and even had me do an upgrade of the lenses... Love you guys...great that a friend told me about your products and service. It used to cost me $750.00-$1,000.00 for a pair of glasses.at a dispensary.not any more.thank U..
What a piece of $#*! supplier and product! Firstly, their product is garbage. I've bought 3 pair of glasses from them and two of the three have broken at the exact same point, simply while removing the glasses from my head. Then when I try to contact them on their own website to (hopefully) resolve it, their own online submission form fails - every time. I've been wearing glasses for over 50 years - I get the concept. In fact, I've never broken a pair of glasses in my entire life, except for 2 of the 3 pair from eyebuydirect. This most recent pair broke after less than 8 months of use, while travelling and forcing me to pay for an emergency repair. I can only assume the 3rd pair will do the same thing. So, if you want a pair of glasses that will last more than 8 months (considering most extended benefits only pay glasses once every 2 years), use anyone but eyebuydirect. Useless.
The frames are perfect. I wish l'd had a better idea of what the colour of the lenses would be. The picture on the monitor looked much more grayish than the lenses turned out to be. Also l was able to adjust the bend on the arms to my satisfaction. But the progressive lens and the overall style are good.

I had no experience with this company, but was willing to give it a try. WOW, was I pleased! I love the frames, they fit perfectly and more importantly, the lenses were cut properly and I can see very well with them. I was very displeased with my local dispenser as they cut my last lenses twice, and still the progressives weren't in the right spot.
Thought was far cheaper than my local dispenser.

Super easy to do and lots of cute frames! The heart shaped ones are my favourite. Lots of people have asked me if these are my actual prescription glasses and I love telling them yes and where to get them haha.

Challenges on site, unable to get picture to load on computer, tried two different browsers, couldn't get it to work on the computer, went to the phone. Kept going back to initial page (kicked me right out) rather than back one page, didn't accept the parameters put in when there were several, went back and put in only one and it seems to work better. Not easy to make it all work, that's for sure.
Our daughter used this service, it was problem free for her, we had more issues.

Found a pair of glasses I wanted in a medium, but there was no option for a standard mirrored lense, only a more expensive lense by a fair amount. I received the glasses and they'll do, but I definitely would've preferred them the size up.

Love the site. Love all my glasses. Sometimes the color is not true to the "shade"'of the color that you think you are ordering. For example, is it red? Or burgandy? What shade of pink? My new prescription was not correct in the glasses I ordered, but the customer service person was excellent and the problem was fixed and new glasses sent to me! GREAT customer service!
They asked about the issue, I scanned and resent my prescription and they sent new glasses. Very good customer service!

Thanks, I am new here so thought I would give y'all a try! Very frustrating! I am a 1st time customer. I sent you my Prescription & the right lens was not right. You re-made them & sent me out the right, corrected pair, along with another pair of the WRONG ones, too! I was thinking the extra pair would be ones with the Corrected right lens, too, but you sent me a 2nd WRONG pair again. Seems like a waste, I received 3 pairs, with just ONE correct pair. A bit disappointing.~~~
Frustrating!!! Although Customer Care was very attentive, I had a hard time reading my script from my eye Doctor & they had me send it in. Then the glasses were made incorrectly on one side. Then, remade again incorrectly PLUS a new pair correctly. Don't know what was going on. Frustrating.

Took me a while to navigate but then I'm a newbie at this… Hi, loved my frames but the prescription for progressives were not progressive, and Ive been meaning to get a hold of you, I'm afraid that these glasses which were supposed to be progressive, werent... Is there any chance I can return the ones you sent and could you remake them with the progressive prescription?

Even though I couldn't use the promotions I was receiving the app was easy to use. I found the frame the suited me easily. The prescription was easy to enter. The time I received my glasses was fast and efficient.

Disappointed that it wouldn't accept any of the coupons/promotions codes that I was sent. I would of purchased another pair if I was able to use any of the discount codes but since they were all false I was not impressed.

I’m not sure I understand the question. Why did I buy today versus yesterday? I just wanted to think about things. Or why did I choose the specific products I did? I like the shape of them and the colour and I think they will look good on me. Ultimately, though the price was huge selling feature.

It took about 2 weeks to get the delivery. Since I was at work in the middle of my 14 day shift, they arrived in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada one week after I arrived home from work. Although I was nervous to order glasses online, I am so happy that I ordered from EYEBUYDIRECT.

Their plan requires me to purchase them from a physical store. This year it was not my year to get glasses through my union bennefits plan.

I have ordered several times from eyebuydirect. Previously, when my glasses broke, the follow up service was exceptional. I had them replaced in no time.

I bought two pairs of glasses on June 30. When it became clear the other day that they wouldn't deliver on their promise of 10 to 14 business days delivery, I contacted them. Nothing! Later I spoke an agent (be advised they use bots like the Russians) who said he would escalate my concerns. Nothing. No response whatsoever.
Yesterday the response to yet another email about delivery yielded a message telling me to contact Paypal? Yeah, cos Paypal are in the delivery business. Today, no reply. Not to email. Not to the chat bot. So I called. They finally admitted that they had no intention of delivering on their 10 to 14 day promise. Shameful. There are lots of online glasses outfits. Do NOT bother with EyeBuyDirect, Canada or otherwise - but especially if you are Canadian. Try Clearly who actually appear to care about their customers. I have only become a client of Cleary as a result of this experience. EyeBuyDirect are charlatans and repugnant and lie. Perhaps they are a Russian scam. Save your frustration.
