Poor Customer Service and they are holding my old glasses hostage.
I sent my Adidas prescription glasses in to repair a broken hinge There reply was it couldn't be fixed and when I didn't want an upsell for new glasses I asked for the old glasses back. They want $14 to send the glasses back. This is a scam to get you to buy new glasses. I can buy new parts for the Adidas frames
Myself and the $14 return charge is outrageous.

They offer "FREE Pre-Paid shipping label…. But in the small print, CONTRADICTS by charging $9.99 if you DONT TRUST moving forward.
Next thing, they THREATEN to report to the credit bureau unless their unused shipping label is paid, " $ AMONG MANY OTHER THING$"
They claim you have a CONTRACT with them.

I was skeptical but I'm very happy with the service and product. (replaced scratched lenses.) I highly recommend them.

Took 3 pairs of my Maui JIM sunglasses for repair and never returned on top of that $13.00 for return shipping and handling was never refunded.

I've purchased several pairs of glasses from Eyeglassesdepot over the last five years wouldn't hesitate using them again. Even when I accidentally sat on pair they repaired them at no cost!

One star is too good for these people. They are liars, rude and thieves. DON't buy from them. I know I will never see my glasses again but know someday, somehow they will get what they deserve.

Sent in my RayBan frames that needed a replacement temple (earpiece). Lenses were in perfect condition. Quoted ~$100 but that was a little cheaper than a few other places. They returned me a totally different frame that was cracked and had no lenses... wtf? So I complained and they said return them and they will replace with the original ones with a new temple. So I returned the cracked/no lenses frames and never got anything back. It has been months and lots of emails but nothing but excuses. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY... THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS and if you send in a pair of glasses that are in decent shape they will re-sell and send you back garbage!

These people are con artist. It is a big scam! Once they get your glasses you are not getting them back unless you pay a ridiculous unfair repair price. They are very rude and unprofessional!

I bought $325 frames 3 months ago. No tracking number no call backs no email reply. Do Not buy from eyeglasses Depot

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, wanted to exchange for darker lenses and they were able to advise, returns were spot on and replacements within three days

This company is dishonest and not trustworthy. I ordered a set of frames and sent the payment. After they received the payment they indicated that the frames were not in stock and they could not get them from the manufacture because they had been discontinued. They tried to push me to another set of frames instead of a receiving a refund, but I chose not to get a different set of frames and requested the option to refund my money.
They received my payment on 5/20/2021 and it is now 10/4/2021 and I still have not received the refund!

What a HORRIBLE business. I sent 2 pairs of Ray Ban sunglasses to be repaired with minor issues-hinge problems. I thought it would be an inexpensive repair, since they advertised on their website saying hinge problem $35. They quoted me $150. I can buy new sunglasses for that. I told them it was too expensive. They tried to bargain with me and lower the price. The lowest price they wanted was $120. I said NO and asked them to send the glasses back ASAP. I asked how much for a return... they said $12. When I asked for a confirmation of the return and if they had shipped they said they replaced them. WHAT?! I asked them to send them back without fixing them. They said they THREW AWAY THE ARMS and that I had to pay. I can go on and on because they have been SO rude and disrespectful. I am still waiting for my 2 pairs of Ray Bans that they broke the arms off of and THREW AWAY! Who does that? Especially after asking them to send them back ASAP. They are refusing to make is right and are EXTREMELY RUDE. I have never had such an awful and unpleasant experience with a business. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I hope I get my 2 nice Ray Bans back one day. Sadly, I don't think they will ever send them back. Worst business! The owner is who I am dealing with. I just can't believe an owner would act like this. Maybe he is 10 years old. He/She sure does act that way. I just can't believe they want to send them back broken with no arms. I have wasted so much time and energy. DO NOT GO HERE!

Glasses are exactly as advertised, were delivered when they were supposed to be. Fit perfectly and look amazing.

Fast delivery and great customer service when I needed to change the delivery address. Highly recommend, five stars!

The owner went to jail for being a scammer. Stay away from this BS company. Read David Segal's article in the New York Times about this.
