We had our son saving his allowance for months, diligently and patiently, to buy this toy for a group paintball-like party event outdoors. He "purchased" it from this website, and paid overnight shipping with $24 dollars of his own hard-earned money. They never sent it. Never returned any of 6 phone calls, one from him in his little voice asking for his toy please. And there's no address anywhere on the website. Also-the phone for "customer service" goes to a computer generated voice-mail. It's fraud. I'm very upset, but my son is devastated.

This site is ok, their guns are great but it takes FOREVER for your item to ship. I ordered my item and it took like 2 weeks to ship. Their guns are good but I'd recommend another site like airsoftmegastore.com or airsplat.com.
