Order contacts in November ( Black Friday deal) I understood they were reaching out to my eye doctor for prescription, still dealing with unwearable contacts and no resolution. Emailed and called, finally reached Rachel on 1/4/2022 was told she was talking to manager and would get back to me by the end of the day. Called again 1/5,1/6 phones down again called 1/8 - closed. The only responses I get via email is telling me they need to charge me more. Not a very E Z interaction with this company. No wearable contacts and no resolution from the company.
