I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.

I am a former FFF member and found recently that I missed the fun! When I saw the free gift promotion for a 200.00 gift I could not resist. The opportunity to share with my friends by gifting them a 125.00 box if they choose to join.then…I get a referral bonus! Really though, I want the loot! It is quality merch. Fab fit fun is something I look forward to receiving every quarter. I own two business's, I live rurally, and shopping is just something I don't have time for. FFF forces me to do some shopping. I've found some great facewashes that have given me clear skin (something I've always struggle with), and I also have nice eyelashes now because of the many serums offered over the years. I often keep my daughters in mind, as well as my sisters and close friends when I'm selecting items. It's a good boost for gift giving.

I received my Summer 2024 Box, but it was not the curated items I had selected. It was a "pre-packaged " box full of items I had no interest in. I immediately searched for the best way to contact customer service and was not hopeful when I saw that it was a "text" option. I was pleasantly surprised to find that a real person immediately reached out to me and began working to solve my issue. She diligently kept in touch over two days while she researched my issue and finally responded with a very satisfactory resolution to my problem. Excellent customer service by a competent, knowledgeable staff member. Great experience all around! Thank you FFF!

I was wondering why some items hadn't arrived. FFF got back to me so quickly and they resolved my issue. I have been a member for a few years now only pausing when my sweet husband passed away in 2022. I love FFF

I have been using fab fit fun for awhile now, and I am always very happy with the selection and it's like a fun little gift when it comes in! For the first time I had received a box that was missing 2 items, I wasn't sure how they would treat the situation but I submitted a request and got a reply almost instantly where they had set up a box with my missing items to be shipped promptly. The customer service representative I had (Jack) was extremely kind and apologetic while offering any extra help. I was really happy with my interaction and it made me like the company even more than I already did!

I have loved my Fabfitfun days. 4 times a year, I would get a wonderful box of treasures to try. Gift worthy items. Skin care items that would exceed the cost of the box if I just went to the local store or Amazon for. It saved me $$ on skincare, and gave me many brands to try out.

I had a charge appear on my credit card that is involved with my divorce. That credit card cannot be used at this time and he was able to refund the money to that credit card Thank you so much

I didn't understand how the gift box value worked. I thought it was a one time that I signed up for. I was able to get clarity and realize the content value is waaaayyy more of a deal than anticipated.

It's deceiving to what comes in a box. The ads on Facebook shows all these items that were add-on's which is more money that what the membership includes. I will not renew my memberahip for the next year.

Worst ever my family bought me for Christmas in November now almost March never received and they tried charging for Spring box WTH they are awful and promise over and over on its way. Don't waste your money it will never get there.

Made the mistake of signing up for an annual subscription because of an Amex offer. Offer included $200 of bonus merchandise to sign up which in all actuality was worth less than the $5 grab bags that I used to buy at Spencer's as a kid( a pineapple ice cube tray, a plastic beach bag, a plastic pitcher, a travel mug & a pair of thigh high acrylic socks). All of the "bonus items" went straight in to the trash can. Way too much packaging and not quality items. Unfortunately, since I signed up for an annual subscription I am stuck with three more boxes whether I want them or not. Wondering if Amex can do anything for me to get out of this.

Hello. I just reactivated my ANNUAL membership and you offered me the MUCHLOVE bundle. Just received that box. It was great. Thank you. My question is I reactivated my membership in the middle of shipping the spring box. When should I expect my Spring box? I reactived my membership because my niece and I really looked forward to opening the box because of all the products. There was about 8-10 products in my box. Loved it. I hope you still offer this amount of products per box. We also enjoyed the mystery items. That was the FUN part of your name. Looking forward to seeing all the different products 8 to 10 or so.
