I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
She was very efficient! I don't think it's necessary that you demand that my review contain a minimum of 50 characters.
My box was damaged and I emailed about it and the next day they got back to me.

My last few boxes have not been very well received. The summer box only had 4 items not worthy of $49

It's great for new products but accessories are touch and go with quality - not everything is up to par in quality

I purchased a year-long gift subscription for my friend. It has been a nightmare. After two totally wrong orders, I tried to cancel. I was told it was cancelled. The third box arrived for my friend-it wasn't customized because I told them to cancel... and wrote to them again. Finally they told me it was cancelled for next year... I couldn't cancel an annual subscription beforehand. My friend has been trying to customize this last box but each time she does, it comes back with my order in it... they have our emails mixed up and I have tried to fix it... and spent hours and hours on live chat. Each time I am told it's fixed... then my friend opens her account to customize... and it contains my order. I continue to give the info... and it continues to be wrong. Over and over. Everyone's very nice, but it's been totally wrong. Just now it appears to be correct... I can only hope. I have been a FFF customer for three years... two very good... and one very bad. I am so disappointed. I was trying to give a gift... but it's been nothing but a hassle for the entire year.
