I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
Always great products and fun to open! I was had a lost package once in the past few years and they sent me a new one.
I had a difficult one I noticed today my account was billed by fabfitfun but I thought I canceled all boxes due to my illness I'm no longer can afford them but the account that I thought was billed wasn't my caregiver used my name and open accounts using me and my money Long story from the 10 emails I gave him he found the account that was open and refund me and close the account I'm very thankful for cidrix L for helping me today

I actually hit the wrong button. I wanted yearly plan not monthly. I purchased plan and before I even finished asking for a refund back from monthly he had already done it... I LOVE FAB FOT FUN.

I got the Spring 2021 box - I really wanted the black nylon tote. Their business model is irritating - you sign up, pay, and then you have a 3 day window weeks in the future to pick your choices. There is a risk that your choice will be sold out... anyway, making sure I hit that 3 day window in the future was stressful - but I remembered to log on in time and got my first choices on my 3 picks (you get 3 customizations if you get a seasonal membership and 5 customizations and earlier picking window if you get the yearly subscription). The choices in the 2nd and 3rd picks was sort of picking the least junkie items... I didn't like the choices they gave us - I chose slippers and rattan coasters. The five items they picked for me were - a pair of scarves, tweezers, reusable face cleaning rounds, and gritty hand scrub. Other than the hand scrub, I didn't care for the other items (or the slippers or the coasters, for that matter...). So I basically paid for the tote - which I really wanted, got a bonus hand scrub, and 6 items I will either re-gift or donate...
I had 3 issues in the span of 1 month of making an order.
1. as i was customizing my first box I was kicked out of website and was unable to continue the selection
2. Because of #1 i was unable to add any add ons
3. When promised a $10 credit for #2, it never showed up on my account and now I am battling with customer care for this back
4. When i asked where my box was after 1 month, they said they had inventory issues and didnt have one product. When i asked for a replacement they said it would take another 3 weeks
OH WAIT THAT WAS 4 ISSUES. 4 ISSUES BEFORE I EVEN RECEIVED THE FIRST PRODUCT. WHAT THE EFF.

I was excited to open my box when I got home from work, only to instantly realize the packing slip had another customer's name on it. I then realized that the items in the box were different from what I had chosen. In further examination of the outside of the box, I realized that the box had two shipping labels - one with my address on one side of the box, and the other with the address of the correct customer on the other side of the box. So my box was shown as being delivered, but it was someone else's box. I immediately called customer service (they could make it easier to locate the number on the site, though), and spoke with Gelie, who was amazing. She apologized immediately, confirmed all the information, confirmed that all my selections were still available and arranged for my box to be reshipped, as well as the customer's box that was sitting on my dining room table. She then told me that I could keep the other box, since the error had been theirs. I was impressed with how quickly Gelie solved the issue and how apologetic and helpful she was. Two thumbs up for FFF customer service!

I canceled my subscription to fab fit and fun because after 2 years the products have gotten increasingly cheap and totally without any kind of personalization to me. The very 1st Box I ordered the editors Box was fabulous and I was really excited about the products and the thought that went into the curation of the Box.
Now I feel like they just Throw a bunch of random cheap items into a Box and mail it out it's more like mass production then personalization. And even the few customizations i could do. The choices were absolutely horrid it was like choosing the less cheap of the 2 items.
If there's something that I really want I'll look at the preview of the Box and there's enough people reselling all the stuff on resale websites. I'll get what I want without having to spend the $55 on a bunch of random stuff that doesn't really apply to me and that I would never use in the 1st place.
They say that if you buy the annual fee you can customize the whole Box. The only reason I got the Box was because I sort of liked the element of surprise and I heard such good things about the products in the Box that it was an absolute pleasure receiving my 1st Box.If the goal is for me to pick 8 of my own things to put in my Box I can go shopping myself and not have to pick products I probably wouldn't look at in the 1st place.
