I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
Had an opened product in my box and she came up with a solution that was more than enough to cover my items and i didn't have to ask
I just can't put in words how much I love FabFitFun. I have my mom do it, so I can get 2 boxes! (She gets some lol). I also have my husband doing it. The value is jaw dropping! I spent what $50 for $600 worth of items (yes, I added it all together). The product's, let me tell you... WONDERFUL! I have my brand new spanking watch on, I used my sweet bag to put all my goodies in to go show the hubby. That was ONLY one box with no add on's. Let's talk about add on's. Hmmm maybe an account drainer... that's in a great way. I just want to know how people don't buy everything! If I had the money 100% I would have bought it all. I got a Kate Spade purse for half the cost! I got Kate Spade earrings and socks, and just sooo much more. I spent a lot, but got so much more. I save more than half I would say almost 2/3 off retail. My hubby took my CC until the sale was over to prevent any more orders lol.
Ok so one box I was not too happy with I didn't get to make my choices during the customize window. Anyways, I wasn't very happy with the items I got. They were not bad, just bit things that interested me. I emailed them over it, expecting nothing. I won't say the outcome but the rep was amazing! So friendly! No matter the outcome I would have been happy just bc she made me feel valued and made me feel I was important to them.
All around wonderful company. The only thing that I am not thrilled with is the shipping time. It takes forever to get your stuff. I received my spring box today, it took like 2 weeks. It sat in a post office in Indiana for 4 days.

I signed up for the yearly subscription and I am ready to get 3rd box.
I canceled the Auto renewal for next year yesterday due to personal reasons.
Today should have been add on sale for me a perk of doing yearly membership but now being told due to me canceling my subscription for next year I no longer am able to enjoy any of the perks I payed extra to have for this year that I have paid in full already.
Not understanding why I am being penalized for something that I pre-paid for a year only canceled next year's subscription that hasn't even started yet.
I paid to have a year worth of perks on this and now due to me not wanting to do it again next year they are talking away all of this years perks that I paid in full for.
Also always had trouble logging on to system when time to customize my box, they alway say due to high volume and they are working on it... well hello you don't know how many subscribers you have and can't get system that can accommodate for all your customers?
Box is ok kinda fun and did get to try out things I wouldn't have under normal circumstances but just feel not worth the price and Customer Service isn't much help just say " Sorry" a lot and don't really resolve anything.
For the money and hassle I would pick different company

So this is my 2nd box, and seriously considering canceling future boxes. Not very pleased with the box contents - in fact, I'm quite disappointed. I saw the winter box for 2015, and that was a fabulous box. Ear buds, skin care kit by Dermilogica, a huge tub of whipped, wonderful skin cream, fingerless texting gloves, and other awesome goodies. This box contained a candle worth $45.00 (no way $20.00 tops), a fake gold plated necklace (? $75.00?), a planner, a tube of mascara, a gold star pin, face peel, a tube of lotion, and thank you cards (say what?!). All and all I think it probably is worth the $49.99 I paid for the box. Sooooooo disappointed. I was so excited too.
Plus I bought some add on's: not only was there not enough of some of the most sought after items - creating a free for all, and much disappointment for those not lucky enough to get those items, but the sweat shirt I bought wasn't in the box. I got an email yesterday informing me there was some sort of delay. I can only hope it arrives before June.
I think Funfitfab May have had some great past boxes, but I haven't been lucky enough to be the recipient of any so far. Not sure I am going to stick around to see if the sliding 2017 box shapes up.

Oh no! We're sad to hear you're not thrilled with the Winter Box! This Winter we really wanted to focus on pampering our members and including more luxe products. We know with Winter comes the holiday season and so many of our members are busy taking care of others so we wanted to curate a box members could use to pamper themselves. Our hope was for you to recieve your box and and really enjoy it once you have a moment to yourself.
We included some high end brands this season hoping to make members feel a bit more spoiled this season. We were absolutely thrilled to be able to include the Gorjana necklace in our Winter box. Similar to our brand they believe in Inspiring women to recognize the power within themselves and to share that with others. Their jewelry can also be found in stores like Nordstrom and Bloomingdales so we hoped members would be absolutely smitten with this product. Moleskine and Butter London were also two other greats brands we were happy to collaborate with that we knew members would recognize and be thrilled to receive.
We hope once you've gotten some time to yourself you're able to light your candle, take a nice shower try out the O. R. G face peel and treat your skin to the Anderson Lilley Body cream.
We appreciate you being a member and while we understand you may not love each item you received our boxes are continuing to get better each season and we are very excited for you to see what we have in store for you this Spring.
In regards to your add-ons we did have a slight delivery delay with one of the sweatshirts but have been informed that all delayed items have also been processed and shipped so we hope you're currently enjoying your sweater. We are also working to improve the add-ons experience so we appreciate your patience as we work to make things better and better.

However I recently reactivated my account to see if I could catch the edit sale, it was over, so within 5 minutes i deactivated it. Apparently that doesnt matter, as soon as you activate your card gets processed and there is no going back. When I noticed the charge on my card I contacted FFF for help, they said there was nothing they could do, I couldn't even customize it - so now I'll likely get all the stuff people didn't want, without being able to choose anything myself. EXTREMELY disappointing. The person I chatted with was pleasant enough but it seems like they have to follow a script."
UPDATE - After leaving various reviews, another member of the FFF team contacted me and pulled some strings to make the overall experience better. I did not leave a poor review for that purpose, I honestly didn't even think they would be checking their reviews on these websites, but it is clear that they do care about their reputation. The last person to message me sounded way less automated - it was nice to deal with someone who didn't appear to be following a certain script

I am so unhappy with the fall box, I will be mailing it back to customer service at my own expense and have deactivated my subscription.

SO I bought the fabfit fun box with the $10 off coupon and still though it wasnt worth the price. It came with so many products I have seen advertised over for over a year. I got the striped bag and it's SO CHEAP- the lining of it crackles loudly when the bag is touched. I cant stand to use it. Also it feels summery for a fall box. I got 2 foaming face masks which were cool because I have never had any but I could also just buy these for much cheaper. I got a pearl ring which is my favorite thing in the box. I like it and it's value at approximatly $60. I probs wouldn't pay more than $20 - it feels cheap and I am super worried it'll break (it hasn't). One of the pearls has a weird dent in it so I would have picked a different ring had it been in the store. The head phones are ok at best (easy enough to hook up to my phone NO IDEA how to do it to my computer) but I love my apple ones which I can usually find on sale for about $10. I don't know why any one would want a leather cooling face mask. I tried putting it in the fridge but it doesnt help with bags. I have a face mask for my travels which is much lighter and doesnt feel so tight. The hand cream is nice but I know me and dont keep up with skin care- thats why it was ranked tAhe worst on my profile. I havent tried the face peel but we will see. The body wash/ scrubber has a scent I'd associate with old people. I have seen scarves advertised which seemed nice and the rounds but those weren't in my box. The verdict: the $50 I would spend every three months I'd rather put to a splurge on things I like.

Understanding, why misplaced items that were not sent in my second installment (had to make a $190. Difference in payment to FFF which I'm aware but had to to cut back extensively from original order at the outset... was way more than 300 USD ( had to cut back extensfully because of my hospitalization, dollar amt USD didn't know when Id! Coming back to gather and make funds available to cover over 250 to 300 USD original price... would not be able to cover that I was, well, at home now, trying to recuperate... sent amt to box number 2 ( second amt of products. Revised Amt after all this was the 190 I was charged and paid for then my second box... was sent

When I received my Winter box after waiting for what seemed like forever, I was immensely let down when I saw I was missing my makeup pallet! I understand I have to be a yearly member to have more choice items and this was one of the choice items for yearly members. However, from all of the YouTube and Instagram unboxing videos, I had the understanding that all member would receive some kind of makeup pallet, as there were different brands of pallets being advertised. The box is much more valuable to me because, at the time I was choosing between FFF and BoxyCharm. My box did not include any makeup so I was simply just was not lucky enough to get a pallet or I needed to be a yearly member so that I could have picked it. Luckily,, my entire experience was turned into a positive one! I was hesitant to even contact customer service, I was just going to cancel and not say anything. But I am so glad I did and the customer service was above and beyond. I will not be cancelling, I hope to upgrade my membership soonz! I am being mailed the Puddin' pallet and I am completely happy with that! I am so excited to get it! The customer service really helped me and made me very happy with my overall experience.
