I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I know you can't help when items come late from other warehouses but I'm hoping you can do me a favor and hurry them along. The lights are for my new salon and the lighting is awful right now, the rest are christmas gifts so you can see why I need them asap. All of them. Thankyou and happy holidays.
Quick and easy with effect information. I needed to know my renewal date and amount which doesn't show on my account. It ended up being the same amount as last year however the date of renewal was about 10 days in difference. Glad I asked so I could be prepared for my charge. This box has been really great this year so hoping another year will be worth the splurge!

I have been a customer on an annual plan for 2 years now. I love being able to customize and get little surprises as well. I have the seasonal candle and pet toy upgrade and my dog loves every toy she has received. I'll definitely remain a customer for a long time. My box always comes in a timely manner and I've never had any issues. I'm a happy customer!

I used to be a huge fan. I have been a subscriber for many years (seasons). Wow how things have changed. The past 4 orders that I have made (I spend thousands a year) have either 1. Had product broken 2. Had product packing smashed 3. Appeared that everything was thrown into a box with out care 4. Twice they have messed up on my order and could not send what I ordered 5. Delayed my edit order 2 months so i cancelled it - they didn't care - i had ordered similar product with the fall box add ons and then both boxes are showing up. Duplicate product and they acted like "sorry better next time".
There are so many boxes to subscribe to now a days that they can't afford to make such huge mistakes.
I have cancelled my order because they don't take care of their customers.

Really, you sent junk. Crap I wouldn't even give a person I don't like. So thanks for sending me $#*! I will never be able to use or give away. The trash is calling for the crap you sent. Oh, and you don't do returns. But you'd let me return it at a cost to me. Gee, thanks. You may as well bend me over and stick it to me. Wait, you did. You sent all the $#*! that no one wants to have or should ever need. I hate your business platform and I would never hire to guy I got. Congratulations he seems like a bot, you did good. Making sure each home is filled with your rejects when they don't have time to pick from anything worth while. Would never recommend or would never be a subscriber again. This is what happens when you do something nice for yourself. You are reminded moms can't do anything nice for themselves because you get crap.
Tip for consumers:
Just know if you don’t have time to select your items they will send you absolute garbage. Literally only the things no one wants. It’s a trash box.

The only thing out of that box I will try is the billion dollar brows, but that is it.

I got the fall box expecting 7-10 regular size items. I got a tiny folding coffee cup, an ugly hat made in China, a tooth brush (only thing I liked in the box, a travel size lotion, combs, cheap eye lash curler, and a small cutting board. I was expect fall things such as candles, blankets, fall decor, etc…… will not be buying again….

I have enjoyed my subscription been a member since about 2017. There have only been a few hiccups along the way such as a missing item but every time the agents are always helpful & courteous when I do have an interaction. Thank you for being a great company & remembering Customer Service Matters.

Customer service is incredibly responsive. When most companies are at a 48 hour + response time, I received a response within just a few hours of my query and they shipped a replacement no questions asked!

Okay, this is my 6th box and I put off opening it for days as I was so disappointed with the last few I thought I needed to be in a good frame of mind before breaking out the scissors. Not to disappoint, this box was equally as disappointing. I would honestly only use one of the products inside as the jewelry is cheap, the plastic purses I might have carried as a teenager and the samples are weird color palettes (bright purple blush, etc.). I had to bite the bullet and cancel. The only good thing I can say is the box they ship it in is pretty and always makes me smile. Not $50 worth of smile, though...

Our boxes are a completely different mix of 7-10 full sized items valued at over $200 retail value! We are so sad you have decided to cancel. I had a broken item in my box and let customer service know and the response time was insane on a holiday weekend within mins. And all was taken care of and I don't have to worry about looking for another email n replying.

I have been having issues with fabfitfun for over a year. I am never sent the customization emails. Each time I try to resolve the issue, the customer service rep will say they fixed the issue... apologize and promise it's fixed. Next season... same stuff over and over! I have changed my email address twice now, and have still had this issue... I have asked to speak with someone higher, do that maybe they can help me figure out the issue... I have been promised, yet nobody has contacted me.
I have been with FabFitFun for a year now. This is one box I truly get excited for each season. My husband even knows which days are sale days and selection days as I must be home. My first experience with their customer service team was the Winter box. A response was provided within hours and they handled the concern right away. It's hard to find that level of customer service nowadays. Excited to be a member and would recommend this box.

I just want to say that had the add-ons that I purchased been labeled that they were shipped from another location with a sticker or in the description... I may not be as frustrated as I am today waiting almost a month for my item to get from Nevada to WI. I know delays happen. I get it. But at this point I have been more than patient. I can't even see where it is on the map!

Fab Fit and Fun gives me something special to look forward to. I love having the opportunity to shop the sales, purchase add on items, and customize my own box. It's a fabulous way to try the newest and and greatest products hot off the beauty scene for a fraction of what they cost at retail prices. Having a Fab Fit and Fun box or an Edit box delivered to your door each season is like having Christmas several times a year!

I have been a member now for a few years and absolutely love getting my box! I understand that not items are for everyone but they do an amazing job at selecting items for each season. It is seriously a gift to myself 4 times a year! They are always seeking customer input and their customer service is wonderful! I have tried other subscriptions and the item quality, limitations to customization, and customer service doesn't even come close to FabFitFun!

I have been a member of FabFitFun for almost 2 years now. I love the majority of things that come in my box and the price per box is well worth what you are getting. As a single mom of two boys, I don't get to splurge on myself often and this is a great way to celebrate me a little bit.

When I first signed up for Fab Fit Fun it was great. I received great products. They changed their membership benefits allowing those who pay for the entire year at once to choose their products first. Unfortunately the pandemic changed our income dramatically. I am not in a position to change to an annual membership. Due to my tier of membership I receive the leftover inventory after many have chosen the best and most popular products. This is not why I signed up originally.

9.% of the products are for face or hair. And, really, how much of that do we need?
The non-body related products can be purchased at stores such as Ross or Burlington Coat Factory for much the same prices.
I like the selection of bags, since I love oversized bags for shopping expeditions.
I also, like a kid, love getting packages in the mail.
There are no returns allowed, so if a product is not what you expected or hoped for, find someone to give it to.
The cancellation policy is horrid. If you purchase a year's subscription and decide after one box that you want to cancel, you can, but there is no refund for the three boxes you will not be getting.
My shipment had stalled for 12 days and I was concerned there was a problem. I emailed my concerns and got a response back fairly quickly and felt confident that if it for some reason it doesn't show up it would get resent. Even though the outcome may be delayed more than I hope I felt assured you as a company want to do your best for your customers.

I've been a customer and my family and friends have been customers for some time. I got my mom and my three cousins and my niece to join. No I am greatly embarrassed as the service and products have just going downhill. Whether it be multiple orders that have been somehow forgotten and every time I order something that's in stock I get a notice weeks after saying sorry it's not available. I am Centennial member but both myself and all my family members already most of them have cancelled and I will not be renewing. I do not know what's going on but clearly no one cares about its customers and I'm sure the business is suffering for this seeing as it's all about the customers.

What would I like to see improved? Your statement that annuals get shipped first. That statement is not Necessarily true. Yes, you have overlap but it makes people angry and upset. I worked for attorneys and it was pounded in our heads that everything is based Facts.

I was sent 2 types of kitchen utensils in my summer box after I had put on my survey I had no interest in kitchen stuff. Lex at fabfitfun customer service fixed this within 3 minutes. He was nice, courteous, efficient and helpful beyond expectations. Great job.

I didn't know my Mother was going to pass away and needed to remove any luxury items my daughter and I could buy, due to her death and funeral expenses. She offered me half off and keep the boxes, since they had been processed already. That's sweet.
