I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
It's the best gift I give to myself. I get so excited when shipments come in the mail. It's like Christmas Day. The products are wonderful and such a great deal. I get hundreds of dollars worth of amazing products at a fraction of the cost. I have been able to try new stuff I would have never tried in the past. My skin has been better than it's ever been. I am so thankful to have found that Fab Fit Fun!
I loved the old boxes of fabfitfun. This winter (2019) box is ridiculous. None of the items are full-size. I did the annual membership, however I'm really feeling ripped off. In the section where you choose the products, they basically had you choose between all the cozy things. It's winter, all I want is cozy things. Also got a make up eraser, and I don't wear make up. I'm really disappointed in this box. I would suggest waiting to start your membership in the spring if you are considering it. Don't waste your money with this box.
I let my daughter pick out the stuff in my box so it would all be a surprise but she did mention a few hours later that maybe she nor I would like one or the things she picked and she wish she would have picked something else. I emailed and explained the situation and just said I understand if it can't be changed but thought it may be worth a try and it was they switch it out for her. That is really awesome! Also want to comment even though it was late I got a reply email back within two hours which is another awesome thing. Very good communication!
I love FabFitFun. I get a variety of things. Even if I don't love everything, I'm happy to share with friends and they're always thrilled. It's such a nice surprise every few months. I have done a few smaller subscription boxes in the past and was always disappointed. I never feel that way about these boxes and look forward to getting them every time!
First shipment came with a broken speaker and a leaking bottle of setting spray that I paid extra for. I had ordered extra items and they were lost and was told after waiting 3 weeks it would be another 3 weeks. The items never even made it to shipping but they took my money.

I love most of the items I receive. Occasionally there is an item that's just not for me but makes a great gift for someone else. I love the high end skin care, home accessories and I find I wear more jewelry now. I also get compliments on the jewelry, purses, scarves I've received.

I spoke to M. J. today and she was so nice and pleasant and went out of her way to fix the problems that I had and also answered all my questions very patiently. I hung up feeling like this company really wants to keep their customers happy and she did this 100 percent!

It is quite common for my box to be shipped out two weeks after the email stating my box is on its way. The site says to wait a week but customer care always says 14 days. Last box was 3 weeks before tracking showed progress. I could have walked to the warehouse quicker

Each box that I have received has been jam packed with fabulous items, many that I never would have thought to get myself. From skincare to home goods to clothing, everything i have received from them has been high quality and stylish, and all for a great value. I had an issue with my most recent box, and the customer care representative that I spoke with was able to completely rectify the problem and was very kind. I highly recommend trying FabFitFun, and even if you don't want one yourself, gifting boxes for Christmas and birthdays has worked out wonderfully for me!

I've been a member since Summer 2018 and have enjoyed every seasonal box and every sale! I've been able to try a lot of new brands for a super good prices that otherwise I could've never purchased myself. Also, customer service in this company is AMAZING! I recommend this subscription *******%!

Customer services was helpful and nice. To be clear the STARTER BOXES are all the SAME. My 3 sisters and I took the personally test thinking we were going to all receive something different. We all received the same exact stuff in the starter box. You get a lip gloss, face oil, Micheal Kors passport wallet and a 2 toned colored woven basket (black/white). I tried to exchange an item but it was more of candles and cosmetics stuff so I decided to just keep what I had. Customer service explained the personality test will be in affect when you buy the subscription. Wish this was more clear. Oh and when I received my box it was mangled like someone tried to open it :/

I had mistakenly hit the upgrade button on an email as I was a swiping to get out of the mail - like that $179.00 was removed from my checking account, I was lucky enough to get Kel who rectified my mistake and was kind enough to give me advice about being careful when exiting emails - my fault entirely I should've been more careful- thank you Kel
I wish fff would use a different shipping carrier. My boxes are normally extremely damaged where items are missing or box is lost in mail and never received. They do have great customer service but normally the items can not be replaced due to being sold out.

Since I started receiving packages years ago I have never received any emails giving me notice of mailing. I even started paying a yearly membership to be able to have a choice in the items I receive, still no notifications. I decided to drop my membership when it was automatically drawn on my account.
I will try one more year to see if I get any notices so that I may have some say so in my packages.

Whenever I have had an issue with my product or shipment (rare) staff have responded quickly and professionally... they are always helpful and rectify my problem immediately. Excellent customer service and truly fabulous products.

Customer service has helped me resolve my issues twice already. Both times they were very kind and quickly and easily resolved my issues. Fabfitfun is a good value with nice full size items and the ability to edit some choices. That and the excellent customer service will definitely keep me around
I have only had 2 times that I've had issues with my products and each time when I reached out the problem was immediately solved and made correct. The customer service agents are always kind and knowledgeable and helpful. I really enjoy receiving this shipment!

They continually let you buy things then you discover when you get your order it's missing items they over sold and cancelled on you. Very disappointing experience! Was a member for 3 years and today cancelled due to these issues in the past 3 orders.
I received an email reminding me the Sterling Silver Sales was ending.
I replied joking, Yaya, Just take money already!
The reply I got was a $10 credit added to my account, saying I might want to shop some more now. And I did! Lol!

Why fill out a the profile information and allow you some choices each month when you don't follow the profile info nor do you give the choices picked? Yes, products a good or high quality. I don't need a blanket in every box or 2-3 hair care products in each one (which I rated the lowest on my profile for preferences). I can only give away so many items a month as gifts before I would really like a few myself.

I just received my first fall box and loved it. I even ordered it late and didn't get to pick the products I wanted because their supply was low, but still an amazing box. I love the cozy scarf. It is warm and comfy, but also super cute to wear with some boots. I looked up the prices of each individual item and it was well over the price I paid for the box. Get your box! You will love it.

I came in late for the spring box. I had zero choices, got 6 small items in a giant box.
When I originally saw that nothing that I really wanted was still available I asked for a refund but was told no. So I'm stuck with a lazy susan (garage sale) and some hair clips. I loved the robe and the blush, but they were sold out. I feel like I got the left over stuff.
