I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I received a defective item and I emailed them, mainly to just let them know, and they responded very quickly. The wonderful customer service rep told me she issued a replacement and was so kind! I really enjoyed the interaction between us. I loved FabFitFun before but this made me really happy with the company overall.
By the time you receive your box, it's already been posted all over social media. So there's no surprise, and then you're waiting for your box of disappointment.
When you try to contact them they send you a scripted email every other day saying they are busy. But when you say the issue is resolved, they respond immediately by asking you to reach out to them again if you ever need to (ummm that clearly doesn't work). Ie. Customer service = the worst
Not worth $80 Cad. They don't even pretend to care who you are, as long as you're buying their low rent products.
Instead Go buy yourself something you don't have to convince yourself to like.

I know that's an important part of the experience for some members! If you order your box or check on items too late everything is sold out and you get random stuff left over from prior boxes! I wasn't happy about that but they did try and make it right with selecting something different from a pick list. This was after 3 different chats with support and verification of these chats multiple times!

I've had numerous glitches & freezes w/computers, in the last week's -- as apparently, virtually everyone I have spoken to has also experienced, lately. My 1st fff box did not arrive w/my choices. AJ readily arranged to send out those chosen items, & answered all of my questions about normal procedures. Looking forward to my next box!

I am so frustrated, the winter box was horrible, a chain with no pendant on it or anything? & that is $75. Very angry and not worth the money at all? Where was the fitness part of it? Cancelled my membership right away. SOOO disappointed.

We hoped everyone would be totally thrilled with the Gorjana necklace. Similar to our brand they believe in Inspiring women to recognize the power within themselves and to share that with others. Something wrong with either my account or the site. My sister and I were sitting next to each other customizing our boxes. She was getting 7-8 things to choose from, and I was getting 3-4, plus the site kept locking up and turning into a blank white screen. We both have the seasonal box. We called 3 times about everything g that was happening. Then when it started working again, most everything was out of stock. The customer service person, could see there was a problem, and said someone would email me to fix the issue. Still waits for an email, and now everything is out of stock. NOT HAPPY. I rated 1 star but it's showing 5

I do review products on their particular websites but I do not post anything in a public forum. I have been a member of FFF since December and the Editor's box was the first one I received followed by Spring 2017 etc. Overall I loved my boxes, some more than others. I received a broken item in my Summer box and called Customer Service. They were pleasant and assured me that a replacement would be sent out, eight days later I had a new Cargo highlighter. In my opinion the CS department is courteous and helpful. The other thing I will say is will you love every item you receive in this, or any, subscription program... most likely not. That is subjective, every person has their likes and dislikes. Personally I am looking forward to Fall 2017. The choices offered are fantastic and I think this will be my favorite box to date!

Paid about $200 for years worth of boxes. Going on 6 weeks and first box stillnot here. Called, live chatted several times. Best I get is a label is being created. Pathetic and the screaming in background when u get someone on the phone sounds like an insane asylum.

I loved FFF when I was first a member over 2 years ago. The products were unique and fun. My first box contained a broken necklace but they quickly replaced it. Since the company has made changes and quickly expanded their products and services have really gone down hill. I used to look forward to the box and now it's kind of stressful. I will definitely not be renewing my subscription. The past boxes have been boring, a random mix of things not necessarily related to the season. I've had multiple issues with add on items and edit orders. Either getting the wrong item or not getting items at all. Never received two items from the Summer edit and after contacting customer service three times they finally tell me I won't be getting those items. I'm sure they were not planning to reach out to me. Such bad service and just not a fun experience anymore. Makes me sad.
For anyone who doesn't know about FabFitFun, it's seasonal subscription box that sends around 8 full size items of different categories (beauty, lifestyle, cooking, etc). It costs 50$ a season, but you can have a yearly subscription for a bit cheaper. The yearly sub gives you some advantages, like more customization choices and early access to sales on the FFF site. You're not necessarily going to love everything you get, of course, but all in all I would say FFF is the sub box that gives you more for your buck (which sub box sends you full size Kate Sommerville, Dr. Brandt, or Farmacy products, honestly?). All the boxes are worth at least 1.5 times their cost. I've been a member since 2016 and I really love it!

FAbfitfun Customer Service is terrible! I have been an annual member with fabfitfun since 2019. I ordered an item through one of their popup sales and didn't receive the item for over a month. I contacted the customer service line requesting a refund since I had not received the item. They refused to give me a refund, so I did the logical thing and filed a dispute with my credit card. Fabfitfun then sent me an email stating that due to the dispute they were cancelling any of my future orders. Fine by me except I was an annual member and still was supposed to receive one more box from my annual subscription! When I contacted Fabfitfun customer service, they refused to give me a refund for my last box from my annual subscription! Their customer service team is extremely unhelpful and they will hold your money hostage if they can! I will NEVER order from FABFITFUN again and I suggest that everyone do the same!

FabFitFun has been an awesome subscription since I've joined back in 2013, I believe. The box just kept getting better and better every quarter. I'm a subscriber of many other boxes but FFF always ranked at the top 5. Unfortunately, the Spring 2022 will be my last box. It's time to explore something new. Perhaps another Home Decor box. It has been a great ride, FFF.

I have received low quality bizarre items. Several which have been repeat items.
These boxes are obviously second hand junk.
I believe if you don't get back to the high quality Fit Fab Fun, you will go out of business. I am a long time customer and this last box was the worst ever.
I have canceled my subscription. Who ever is in charge of buying products, should be fired.

I only received 5 items in my Spring box & knew there had to be some items left out, because this wasn't the norm. I emailed my issue & was impressed with our quick Rose responded. She apologized, thanked me for my purchase &
Let me now exactly what she needed to rectify the requested the information she needed from me to resolve it. Within hours of me sending the info, she let me know exactly what was missing, the exact items I would be mailed & approximately when I should be receiving them. She didn't leave me with anything to question or ask, now that is what I would call High Quality Customer Service. I usually don't send reviews unless the service was absolutely terrible or if someone needs to be acknowledged for being the best at the job. Definitely a fan of the products & the CS, even with the world being so unbalanced. This leads me to believe that FabFitFun treats their Employees well. Would love to work at home for this company!
I love getting these boxes! They are little gifts to my self through out the year. Because sometimes we forget to do things for ourselves and Fabfitfun is a great treat. Every now and then the products selection aren't that great but over all still enjoy getting them.

Everything in the Spring 2018 box is terrible and seems very cheap. I ended up giving everything to my niece. I unsubscribed anyways, I got two boxes and was really disappointed with both. It's basically just a bunch of stuff they probably have a hard time selling lol.

Fall box = disappointing to say the LEAST. A French press, tea towels and an umbrella? Not to mention a horribly ugly "expensive" tote bag? A nicer tote bag would've been great, but just because it's expensive doesn't mean I want it. It's awful looking & made of real leather, which is not a material that has mass appeal. And honestly what woman doesn't already own a few too many umbrellas already? I'm only giving it two stars because I do like the two face creams that I received, other than that the rest is stuff I will wind up giving away. :( I hope Dec is better or I'm definitely canceling.

Everything I wouldn't personally use gets passed on to my teenaged step daughter or put away to give as a gift later. Such awesome full sized, high quality products that I look forward to receiving each season.

The box didn't seem worth its cost and the items were not good quality, nor desirable, for the biggest part of selections included- dish towels is such a shocking addition- it's like a joke gift a man gives his wife and everyone knows that's not cool. They weren't even special in any way. There were too few items or the items should have been better than Family Dollar selection and quality. Used to recommend, now I don't even think I'll remain a member.

I joined in on all the fun in Summer 2018. Became an annual member, because... why not? I love seeing new beauty and techy materials they have to introduce. Their team are fun and informative. Enjoy the health classes and products they have to offer. When I have an issue with an item, they made me feel heard. Very friendly group of people.
I have been involved with other subscription boxes and always come back to fabfitfun because of the consistent great products, prices, service and experience. On the rare occasion there is an issue, they go over and above to make sure it's resolved. I love me my FFF!

I guess I took a chance on FabFitFun, as reading all of the Facebook comments tells me more than enough about this company. My second box ever & it was never received at the shipping facility? And now... that I FINALLY reached out 20 days after receiving my tracking info... they tell me that you changed the contents in the Spring Box? What the heck? I was very much looking forward to a lot of the items in the box. Really hope my customizations are still available. Will decide if I'm keeping my subscription once (if ever) I receive my Spring Box. Customer service (jack) was great & just doing his job. I applaud him. As a company, do better.

As a photographer for urban outfitters, I attend buyers meetings on occasion and can tell you that they made a lot of revenue off of a pretty junky box this term. Conservatively worth 25.00 if you pieced it together at Nordstrom Rack, it was underwhelming and overpriced. Immediately cancelled service. The Fall box was actually great, but not a great direction and when they say a gold plated chain is worth 75.00, it's more like 9.99, so diminished trust.

You specifically mentioned the Gorjana necklace and I wanted to highlight that the price of the necklace is the normal cost of their jewelry which is widely sold in stores like Nordstrom and Bloomingdales. Most of their pieces are very similar to the one included in the Winter Box, we loved the daintiness of their pieces and hope you'll find a chance to be able to wear it and enjoy it as much as we do.
