Being new to this subscription program, I was not sure if I had done everything correctly when I signed up-to be able to access the savings and free extra box. Customer service was very prompt and answered all my questions clearly. I felt much better with my choice of joining, really looking forward to my continued experience and box!

“Garbage Products - No where Near worth the $$”

1st box was supposed to be a bonus box. I received a plastic tray with felt as a "high end" item. Also received an cocktail shaker that looks cute but is completely unusable. Ni way was any of this worth what they claim. The high end advertising with great products are not available. I've heard from many long time subscribers that they constantly repeat products. 2nd box selection was not good so I picked surprises for 3. I received 2 scrunchies in broken packaging. I am convinced this is just crap no one wanted. I'm sorry i paid for any of this. I haven't gotten one thing I love, everything is just ehh.

I ordered my fffb on tuesday of this week. how long does it take to receive the box? i'm excited!

Answer:

I used to get my box in a timely matter til the went with Pitney Bowes. You'll wait til hell freezes over. Pitney Bowes let's your you stuff sit for ever til sending to usps. Many complaints... I have a large order from fab fit fun over $500 in orders and my stuff is just sitting in Indiana. Was suppose to be her the 23thrd... I'm done with fab fit. They went with a cheap alternative for shipping and we get squat. Called usps hadn't a clue about my package. But knew Pitney Bowes well. Let's just say not happy with them either

When you order regular items from the "shop" do they ship right away?

Answer:

Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.

Thinking about a gift membership for my daughter. is there a way to purchase the winter box and the remaining seasons without the use of a gift card?

Hi Karen! We are so happy to hear you are wanting to gift our membership! The best way to do so is by purchasing a gift card that can cover the cost of the Annual membership! This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team if you have any additional info!
