I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼‍ Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗

Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.

It takes your boxes entirely too long to arrive. I have several box-memberships and yours by far takes the longest -- consistently - pandemic or no. It also appears that you are now using subpar courier services (at least one) to deliver your slow arriving boxes. No customer service available to inquire about undelivered boxes. But, I do love most of the products.,. Once they arrive However, I can get them from other brands... quicker.

I am very happy with my overall experience with Fab Fit Fun! From ordering my box, I received an email right away asking if my address was correct. (Rural address) the correspondence was quick and didn't seem like it was an automated system, which I liked that I was talking to a real person! My box was sent out very quickly! As a Canadian sometimes we can't even get subscription boxes or the "extra" benefits of them aren't available to us! I loved that I could part take in the "Spring Edit" sale and get a deep discount on some amazing products! I don't have to pay any extra duties or taxes once my items arrive. The whole ordering process from placing my order to receiving it was seamless! The products I got were above and beyond my expectations!

FabFitFun is a great product and experience. Not only do I love receiving my boxes each season, but the experience is great too. I love both the choices and the surprises. It is easy to use and always satisfying. They have great products and the value for the service is amazing. Not to mention their customer service is top notch! Shout out to Lori for helping me resolve an issue with complete satisfaction. If you don't have a membership, you should sign up! I keep coming back for more and I'm sure you will too.

I absolutely love giving your box as a gift however I have had an issue every time I try to buy one online. Those who help me on the phone and by chat are extremely kind and try to be helpful however the issue has not been solved. I have to buy the gift using another email and wish I could actually speak with someone who works at the company with authority. That is the only frustration I have had.

Very, very disappointed in the fall box. It looked like just a hand full of body products were thrown in. This box even had a cardboard lifter of approximately 2 inches in height, just so the box appeared more full. I lifted it out expecting to find more but nothing. A detox pad container leaked all over. Didn't receive anything fall like or to have to do with exercise.

The box contained:
Detox pads
Hair conditioner
Body lotion
Exfoliating sugar cubes
Exfoliating glove
Mini eye crayon set
Aromatherapy roller
Pure C - not sure what this is for...

I have canceled my service. Was really looking forward to this but was such a let down...

I ordered a one time box and they automatically enrolled me in a subscription service. The second box they sent did not have very good products at all! I called them to discuss and they were not helpful. Would not subscribe again.

This company has exceptional customer service and products. On the occasions when the products recurved were incorrect or broken they shipped a replacement quickly with no questions asked. I've also found some amazing deals on their edit or add on sales - a water bottle that is for sale right now on another website for $48 was only $19 at fabfitfun. This is by far the best subscription box I've ever subscribed to.

Don't be fooled by the pictures on their website- the actual box came with items I wouldn't use, even if they were FREE! Save your money and don't fall prey to this scam. Not to mention the worst customer service out there!

I ordered a box Dec 9th, tomorrow is Feb 1st and I still have no box. My status says awaiting shipment. Then when you email them you get an automated response that they may take a while to respond they have an unusual high number of emails. Really? You can probably cut down on those emails if you send out the product people pay for in a reasonable time.

I finally canceled my subscription and expected to be refunded from the Fall Add-on Lilley Anderson Bundle.
I had been waiting over six weeks from time of payment and all I get is empty promises. I don't want to order items (even if a great value) from a company that cannot provide honest and accurate information. They need to get their act together, although most companies like this could care less about the poor reviews because they are already making money. If I were one of the Customers supplying items for these boxes I would be concerned about the credibility the issues with this company is causing.

I'm an annual member and like that I can pick most of the items in my box. They're usually things I will use although a bit lacking on the fitness aspect. The only issue I've had is that my first box shipped over a month after I ordered it, but customer service gave me a credit which was great. I used it for the edit sale because they have tons of cool products I'd like to try but wouldn't pay full price for.

Ordered a box and 1 extra product. Box arrived and the additional product was not included. I am being told to take picture of box contents and invoice to prove I didn't receive. It's 10.00 seriously? In the box the necklace provided became discolored after wearing it for 3 hours? Really? This is not worth the hassle or money. Horrible customer service! Still trying to get the product I already paid for. One shining quality I look for in a company is how they call their customers liars when the company screws up. I am cancelling. I have better things to do then chase down their mistakes. I would give a 0 stars if I could.

I should have read complaints before looking into this company. The box seemed like a deal, so I joined. The value of the items is GREATLY exaggerated, don't be fooled. Less than 24 hours later I realized I would only use 1 or 2 items, so it was a bad purchase. I canceled then. A month later, they ship out my box. Apparently they don't have refunds. That's absurd. I can't return merchandise that I haven't received and won't even be shipped until over a month later? I chatted online, the rep said I could get a refund if I return the box and they'd email me a return label... they didn't. If you cancel your account, they send 1 more box. Poor business practices. Stay away!

I have had multiple orders taken out of my cart involuntarily. They have not sent items I have purchased. Their customer representatives are snarky and extremely unhelpful. It takes about 1 1/2-2 months to ship items. Honestly, it is more time efficient to just order from a company that will send you what you ordered within a week.

I signed up for this to get a variety of products, from beauty, fitness, accessories, and more. I was super disappointed when I literally only received beauty products, and half of them I received something very similar in the summer box. I didn't get a notification to customize, so now I have more foot masks, body scrub, and face cleanser than I will ever need. I wish I could return the whole thing.

I got a mini box with my regular box, and it's filled with awesome goodies. It's been hard the last year, but these boxes help me with serotonin when I absolutely need it the most. It's quality, which seems to be missing in subscription boxes I have had in the past. It's also introduced me to things I didn't even know I needed, like daily sheet masking to boost my mood.

Each season I wait with anticipation for the arrival of the new box. This is the end of my second year of being a member. It seems that each box received is more disappointing than the last. This time I got no cool items at all. Just a lot of the same lotions and a hair wrap. I have received an overabundance of facial products that I will not likely ever use. That's a type of product that can easily cause irritation so trying something new all the time is not something I want to do. My boxes are never as exciting as the ones promoted by the celebrities. I'm not sure why I get the least desirable selections. Needless to say, this will be my last box.

I had left a product in my cart and they went ahead and charged me for it even though I didn't complete the checkout process. Also I Just received my box and it's a bunch of junk! Don't waste your money!

Ordered the spring box but it never shipped. After contacting customer service, they tell me they're sold out but sending me the spring editor's box which had items that I really wasn't interested in and a $15 credit. I still haven't received it and have spoken to customer service weekly to find out why. Every time I'm told its shipping any day now' which is total bs. Then the summer box came around and being a moron, I gave them another chance and added an extra $80 of product. Neither the spring or summer boxes have shipped and I have no faith that they will at this point. Buyer beware.
