I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I screwed up and didn't read their policies and procedures. A quick email sent and I got a nice reply that someone was escalating it to see if they could take care of it, now a few days later they have gone against their policy and refunded the $. Btw, I love their products too!
I love FFF because you can be part of a community of people with many different thoughts and opinions. They help become acquainted with new products that you may have not tried otherwise, that in turn become staples to your collection. My favorite thing is the customization of boxes. It helps gear the box to your liking and wants. The add on and edit sales are also helpful but so much fun. I really am happy to be part of this subscription box.

Very disappointed with the winter box. I ordered a bunch of add-ons but was never given the opportunity for customization. Now I'm stuck with whatever they give me. Tried using the live chat but ended when I realized I was talking to a robot.(His button must have stuck because he kept sending me the same response over and over even when it had nothing to do with the question I asked.) Spring and summer boxes were great, fall wasn't anything special and it's taking almost a month after winter box ships to get it. Not impressed!
I love getting the new boxes because it's like a surprise gift for just for me. I like the variety of new and different products to try. I have never been disappointed and I love showing what I get on my social media. I can't wait to get my next box! Even the customer service is great at helping with any problems so it will always be 5 stars for me!

FabFitFun has always been the best box out there. Great selections and wonderful products. I had a slight issue with 1 product, not their fault and they sent me replacement products in place of it! They are great to work with and are always there to answer any questions! I highly recommend this subscription service!

This was not my favourite box. I was actually pretty disappointed with it which is rare for me. Tea towels and a French press? Not great. The makeup wasn't even that interesting. Hopefully the winter one is more exciting.

The customer service is amazing. However, I am beyond displeased with ordering, filling, shipping and tracking. FFF allowed me to buy a totally rad flip clock that I was super-excited about, only for it to be cancelled. And why they still use Pitney Bowes is beyond me. Why they complete an order using several shipments is rather dumb. Why an order sits packed and ready to go for days, sometimes a week (I've actually had an order not move for well over a month and had to cancel as a result)before it even leaves the order fulfillment center is ridiculous. You've got to do better FFF. Customers are growing tired of all of this.

I just ordered my box yesterday and accidentally upgraded to an annual subscription. So they wound up taking out around $250 instead of the $50 seasonal. She was able to refund the $200 and I got it redeposited today!
It's so fun to get packages in the mail! The items in these boxes are pretty nice, especially for the price you pay, the items are worth so much more.
The customer service is excellent. I've used their chat feature and their email feature for issues I had run across (being a new member). Their customer service really does make my day.

I love my subscription to Fab Fit Fun! They offer a wide variety of products with great prices and lots of sales to shop. Anytime I've had an issue they were quick to let me make a return or an exchange. Their customer service is second to none! I love my seasonal boxes and they are always full of things I use!

The products are amazing! They're what's in and hip right now. I get items customized to me sometimes. I cannot say more positive things about FFF. I look forward to my box every Season! Every product is full size!
I have been doing the taciturn boxes for awhile now, I say" boxes" because for the holidays I get the year subscription of boxes for our 4 daughters, 4 daughter- in-laws, my two best friends and at least 2 of my sisters. I really haven't been wowed, but this fall box felt like I went to my dermatologists product room or that I was 16 and my mother had dragged me to the Woolworths skin care counter. I'm going to look in other subscription boxes where the prices are very close where the content is better and more diverse.

I was charged $89 for a hair dryer that I did not order. It took several days for me to receive a response from customer service saying they would look into it. Today I got a message saying they couldn't cancel or return. Customer service tried to put the blame on me for leaving an item in my cart during the edit sale, but I put absolutely nothing in my cart. I will be taking this issue up with my credit card and I am cancelling all future boxes. This is a terrible way to do business.
They will tell you your box has shipped when it has not. I received both an email and it was posted on my account. You will have long wait times to receive a box and if you were planning on giving any of the items as a gift don't plan on receiving it on time. I was told they were waiting for USPS 9 days to pick up the box. Give me a break!

I joined FitFabFun because everyone was taking about how great the products were and such. The Fall Box was very disappointing. I will not use half these things, I will gift them as people have suggested, however, why would I sign up for this if I didn't want the products myself. Also if you do not spend more money to be a select member or spend more money to add things on to your box, your box is shipped last and all the good stuff is already gone to choose from. Debating on giving it one more try or just cancel.

I absolutely love my seasonal boxes, but was bummed when I opened my spring 2019 box to find these amazing sunglasses broken. I took a picture, sent it in, and within minutes, had a response. Even better, FabFitFun had already processed sending me a replacement pair before even responding back to me. It's nice knowing a company sees you as a person, not just as a sale! Customer for life!

As a premium subscriber, I enjoy picking out the items I can really use. I love several of the brands like Avana, Tarte, Amika, Vince Camuto, Pier one, etc. Cute kitchen items, great beauty products. They have great add on sales, where I find facial products like Dr. Brandt. Customer service has been top notch!

I clicked on something by mistake, and it was ordered. I immediately emailed and Ellie got right back to me. Very understanding and took care of the problem. Just one more reason that I love that FabFitFun
So I misunderstood some of the ordering process and messed up, I was distracted! I sent an SOS message and got a prompt email back on how to fix it via email and the email suggested that I just call them and have someone help me out and I'm so glad I did! What amazing customer service! I actually felt better after getting off of the phone! How often does that happen? She even went over the customization options and read reviews on them for me. I spend my days teaching high schoolers, and tried to place an order over a couple minute break and there's always chaos even in that, so I sat in my car after work and I'm just so thankful to have ended a long day like that.

The products were great, I actually really liked the Summer Box... BUT I am so disappointed with how they charged me for the Summer Pinterest Box (which is not part of the subscription) without my authorization! They just charge your credit card without your confirmation! I tried to complain about this and cancel this transaction but they said they cannot cancel it and they don't normally allow returns, but they will let me return but I need to shoulder the shipping expenses.
Very disappointed with how this system is and how they have bad customer service. Don't leave your credit card details on this site. Such a shame since they have good products sometimes.
What started off as something sad turned into a wonderful experience! FedEx stated my package was delivered, yet I never received it(and have received all of my packages that I've received confirmation emails for). I contacted fab fit fun to see if they insure their packages and to seek advice. They checked my account and simply put in for a replacement to be sent! I'm beyond impressed with their service! After a bad week, I was looking forward to my box and was so disappointed when it wasn't here when I'd received the delivery email, but I'm so grateful for the replacement!

I received my spring box around three weeks after ordering, which is pretty good in my opinion. I got exactly what I asked for in my box, and I am so happy with everything. I thought it was too good to be true to get over $200 worth of products for only $50, but it's true! Thank you, FabFitFun! I will be ordering again.

I bought into FFF and had no idea any company would not stand behind their product. This company takes your money, charges extra for the products you actually would want, denies any returns and will not allow annual membership to cancel without keeping your money. When I attempted to return, I was offered 50% back. Not yet received. Think many times and really read the conditions this company is based on before you invest and believe in them. The quality of the products I received is very poor. Treat yourself to a trip to TJ Maxx. You will get better merchandise and save money.

Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Annual Membership cancellation requests will go into effect at the end of the annual term. Annual Memberships pre-pay for 4 boxes and are non-refundable. Additionally, the items in our Add-On sales are an additional charge and those prices are laid out in the sale. There is also a disclaimer prior to entering the sale and in the cart that explains the Add-On sale process. We apologize for any inconvenience.
