I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I was at first really happy to get FitFabFun. The products are wonderful surprises and great value. Then I went shopping for extras and left them in my cart, didn't know if I wanted to purchase. Come to find out they force you to complete the purchase, charge your credit card and voila! You've bought more when you didn't want to. This is illegal, I think. I didn't agree to the purchase, was simply shopping. To boot, I asked for a credit and cancellation. The products were cancelled, never arrived which is good because I didn't want them, and one month later I see that they still charged me. A big deal to get reversed. Very bad policy. I'm still a member but remain a skeptic. I won't get any of my friends involved until I'm sure they change this horrid practice. So there you go, buyer beware. Just keep after them if they try to charge you for products you don't intend to buy and for goodness sake, make sure they credit you if you're due.
I love FabFitFun- so many new and old products to try. I have actually reduced my time and money on the purchase of skin care products. These are full size products and most of all you have the opportunity to purchase them at a discount with the awesome discounts that fabfitfun offers. I really look forward to getting my boxes of surprises and look forward to their sales in between receiving my boxes. LOVE IT
Was charged for the box a month ago today and still havent received it. No update on where it is with their shipping provider, only that its on its way to the Mississauga warehouse. Wouldnt be so frustrated if they had actually responded to my email that was sent over 48 hours ago inquiring if they had any more updates to its location, seeing as they state on their website 9-14 business days from ship date which would have been Monday (at the latest).
Maybe they switched to another shipping provider which apparently carts their product with donkeys... because I could have literally ridden my bike from the GTA to their warehouse and back in a faster amount of time than its taken them to get the box here. I expect this sort of delay when buying product from China, not when Im PAYING shipping fees from the US. Considering cancelling my subscription at this point.

I had purchased a glass pitcher about 45 days ago. After my second use it started to peel. I reached out via Facebook and shared my problem.
I will say within 24 hours not only did they respond, they fixed my problem.

After accidentally charging more than I anticipated, this company did not try to keep the unwanted charges I maid. She got back to me quickly to let me know everything has been resolved the way I thought it should be.

I've been a FFF subscriber for more than two years. The products are always fun, useful and varied. I've contacted Customer Service twice in those two years, and I had very good experiences both times. My issues were resolved quickly. I highly recommend this subscription service!

I received my winter box on 11-14 and to my surprise I had gotten a wrong product. I got the salt/pepper grinder instead of the Sherpa blanket. The rep tried to give me a $20 credit but I insisted I wanted the blanket, the one item I was excited about. She said she processed the correct item and it should ship in 5 days. We will see. If not I will be upset, Im an annual member so I can pick everything in my box..

So far I gave received 2 boxes and am waiting on my third. Even though I'm in the UK the service is really quick! Boxes are absolutely fabulous and I love the items! Not to mention their customer support who are absolutely incredible! So sweet and helpful each time!

Well I am 3 weeks out now from when I received my Fall box. I am currently waiting on an item that was supposedly shipped separately. According to the customer service agent, I was told there was a problem with shipping and that they were going to re-send the item, but it would take up to 2 weeks to process and send out. If we assume the same shipping will occur, this item might make it to my house by the time the winter box arrives. Sad thing is I was looking forward to using this " overnight bag" for a few trips that I have and had planned. Alas that won't be happening. FFF may want to make sure of the capability of outside vendor shipping and wether they have enough of said item to fulfill orders. This is a big company with a great business model, but I believe they dropped the ball here. I will be thinking twice about "add-on" items.

It was my first box, I received a cup, a paper thin yoga mat, hand lotion, face lotion for oily skin, I'm 44, my skin is dry as a bone. A sarong and what is supposed to be a car diffuser that resembles a block of stone and stinks. It clearly states on the ad, receive a Coach item - no Coach item. Nothing designer or name brand. Not one item I love. Nothing I want. Seriously disappointed. Canceled immediately.

My first box came with one piece damaged and it couldn't have been easier to get it fixed. I really appreciate that no additional information was needed from me that could hold up a replacement being sent. She gave me a time like of when I can expect my replacement to set my expectations. So easy.
I recently subscribed to the fabfitfun box. I got laid off in March. I had to cancel my subscription. Not something I wanted to do. Due to coronavirus our extra spending funds are depleting. Kirsten professionally handled my order and cancelled for me until I can pick subscription renewed. She refunded & was very helpful & personable about it.

I have been getting my FabFitFun boxes for over 2 years. It's about $50 a box and the stuff in to box is usually worth a lot more. It is super fun to get a box a few times a year. Some stuff I use, some I pass on or gift.

I've been waiting for any updates on my box, it says it takes 10 days after you order it to receive it, But it took more than 20 days You need to improve your shipping methods, if you have a high demand you should prepare ahead of time so your clients get a good experience!

Of course with a business like this, being an annual member is better than seasonal if you run across an issue their support staff is excellent! I have never had a bad experience and I am going on 3 years now
My advice would be to go annual the perks are just better! Treat yo self! You are the only self you have! Love and spoil it and do it by ordering fff you won't regret it!

Usually I just write a review when the service is really good or really bad. Well my experience with fabfitfun goes beyond my expectations! The boxes come with really great products and it's a reminder to treat myself in this busy world. But what I really like is the customer service. Very dissatisfied with the winter box. My first and last box. Just cancelled. They need to spend less on fancy packaging and give better more useful products. I only liked the candle. I feel like I spent 50.00 on a 20.00 candle. No more for me!

I definitely love the bum bum! The silicone mugs are cute. The robe is a major fail. The cloth was cheap and made inexpensively. For me it was too big. Can't please everyone. And I get that. The masks, were an outstanding find and treat! The bowls were very cute and well made. The other skin items I will use eventually but I am on skincare and makeup overload.

I love FabFitFun! The boxes are fun to receive and what's inside makes me happy every time. The company takes time to explore different items to send in each seasonal box, items that I would never think to spoil myself with. Plus, a few times a year you can create your own box basically, with edit sales! I really LOVE the addition to FabFitFun Live and even got to play one of the games live with them! I have gotten several of my friends hooked on them too! FFF makes checking the mail fun again!

I have been a FFF member for over 2 years and this season will be my last. I was charged for the box on May 20, it was "shipped" May 31, and I still haven't received it, it's not even in Canada yet. Their customer service is terrible and they don't even bother respond to people most of the time. If you are one of the lucky ones who manages to get a reply you will get a scripted "Hi gorgeous, we can't wait for you to enjoy your goodies" response.
The items in the box are not worth the horrible customer service or terrible shipping.

I have been with fabfitfun for four years! This is the first issue I have had with a box. An item was accidentally provided Instead of the item I chose. They responded to my email within 12 hours (during the weekend) and are sending me the replacement. Very quick and courteous response. I love my boxes! It is always a great deal and the products are a great value!
