I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I needed to cancel my order due to losing my job. Excellent service Was provided and I could tell he really cared about my situation and in a timely manner. For that I will most certainly remain a dedicated subscriber. Thank you again for your help!
I absolute love the boxes I receive. Iv had many subscriptions boxes over the years but this one is hands down the best. When I reached out to them with a problem they were so helpful and understanding! I cannot recommend them enough

I love FabFitFun! The boxes are fun to receive and what's inside makes me happy every time. The company takes time to explore different items to send in each seasonal box, items that I would never think to spoil myself with. Plus, a few times a year you can create your own box basically, with edit sales! I really LOVE the addition to FabFitFun Live and even got to play one of the games live with them! I have gotten several of my friends hooked on them too! FFF makes checking the mail fun again!

I have been a FFF member for over 2 years and this season will be my last. I was charged for the box on May 20, it was "shipped" May 31, and I still haven't received it, it's not even in Canada yet. Their customer service is terrible and they don't even bother respond to people most of the time. If you are one of the lucky ones who manages to get a reply you will get a scripted "Hi gorgeous, we can't wait for you to enjoy your goodies" response.
The items in the box are not worth the horrible customer service or terrible shipping.

Paid for a year when ordering first box because the info says " cancel at any time.". They don't mention that if you sign up for a year you must wait the year out before the cancellation goes into effect. Super sad face.

I had an issue that I was frustrated by. Even though I missed my customization window I was allowed to choose 2 items. I was so upset and wanted to cancel. I didn't expect anything. I thought I would be told, professionally, but basically just too bad and suck it up. But no they were understanding and helpful. It was just not expected. Thank you.

I have now had 2 different issues that I needed resolving and was able to use the website's chat feature to quickly solve both issues. The support staff that I spoke with were quick to respond and make my experience better in any way they could.

I was disappointed at the overall selections in the box. The bracelet broke when I wore it today. Simply fell apart. The clutch was something that one could rarely use. It will end up being a travel bag for make up and toiletries.

Been a member for 2 years now and about to sign up for a third. I love the add ons - they make great gifts and are priced very reasonable. Having the ability to customize what I get in my box is what makes the difference. I love having the choice between products so that I always know I will like that I receive. Highly recommended!
Good luck with customer service. Only via random email and someone that will not answer your question. Getting answers is like dealing with a circus monkey. No live conversations. I signed up for a first box at a discount and never received. They gave me a refund of the discounted price and continued to charge me full price for the next boxwhich I also never received. THIS IS A SCAM. Don't sign up thinking you will just try it. If you want to try something go with Birch box. At least they have customer service.

This was my second box I ever received and it's not a very good one. The scarf leaves fuzzies on everything! And the jewerly holder is crap. One of the legs is shorter than the other and it does not fit properly in the holes so therefore leans forward and falls out if anything is put on it. Not sure if FABFITFUN tests this stuff out before hand as the scarf alone should not be sent or purchased by anyone. Totally unusable :(

To remove the fuzz from the scarf, we'd recommend either doing a quick hand wash and dry on Medium heat or even just pop it in the dryer on Medium heat - it helps get those loose fibers off! I posted a negative comment with my opinion on the Summer 2021 FFF box. It was met with push back from some members. However, a few offered helpful responses on how best to resolve my issue. There were a few that were in appropriate, with one particular member asking if I lived under a rock. The moderator chose to hide my post but left the responses in tact, including the ones that created more drama. I sent a note after receiving notification that my post was hidden if there was a way to just delete it and all responses, thereto. I received no feedback. After looking into it myself, I was told it could not be deleted but rather edited only after 30 minutes of it being posted. If the forum only supports positive statements on FFF, then that's what should be clearly conveyed to the forum members and this would not have happened. I did not take issue with the moderator removing my post but the unfairness that the person left the responses which were also negative.

I cancelled my subscription in mid 2017. Starting December of 2017 till now every month they have been taking money out of my account. I just caught it since I don't normally look at my statements yes. That is going to change. I'm request to get my money back they said they will not give it back to me. I never got anything for the money they just took the money out of my account I'm a single mom of two. They took over $200 that could be going towards stuff for my kids. They don't care all they care about is money. Don't use them because if you cancel they'll take money from you too.

Fab fit fun, goes way beyond than just a box of goodies. With the changing seasons, we get a new box to pick and I genuinely look forward to getting my boxes it's a morale booster. And the products are always so impressive and so good, the annual subscription more than pays for itself in the 1st box. Customer service is amazing, it's just a fantastic lifestyle experience all wrapped up into a cool funky box, which I save, and repurpose!

I have contacted them 2 times about issues that I had and they were both taken care of! I accidentally clicked on annual subscription which charged me $190 and when I emailed them about it, they immediately refunded me! My second issue came with being unable to customize. They replied after customization was over but allowed me to send them my choices and told me I would be receiving what I wanted! The summer box is always my favorite and it's always fun to open the box and to see what goodies I received!
So there is no phone number. If you have a problem, you are sh1t out of luck. I've already contacted my bank and closed out this checking account so my debit card will not continue to be billed. This may be the absolutely worse customer service there ever was.

I was so excited about this idea but...it took a month to ship, they charged me multiple times, they told me they ran out of my order and they won't respond to my emails. I am not so excited anymore. STAY AWAY!

After 7 hours online resolving the problem I agreed to receive my box - if I was able to customize. My box then went missing in shipping it's now been 4 months since my card was charged. Now that they've realized it's gone missing all the items I was to receive are out of stock. While the online chat representative was lovely to speak to - all The items that were offered for compensation of this mess, we're also out of stock. And I am now stuck receiving an expensive box of things that I did not wish to order or receive. After being a loyal customer for years I'll no longer be recommending this to my friends as a good choice for box subscription

Briefly, I had not received either the customization or add-on emails for my Winter box - I didn't get to make my choices. After contacting Fab-Fit-Fun, I received an immediate response, not only acknowledging they had received my email, but were working on a possible solution. They continued to work through the solution with me, always maintaining contact, and, ultimately, resolved the matter in a very short time, to my COMPLETE satisfaction. Their contact person, Moon, was courteous, pleasant, very positive, and very helpful. It was a pleasure to work with her. We need more positive, helpful people like her helping us.

While I do enjoy the items typically included in the box their customer service and slow shipping have caused me to make the decision not to renew my subscription. They do not return requests from customer service fir over a week and once I did get a response from my initial issue they just didn't respond to my reply (over a month ago). Because of this a box was stolen off my stoop as I was on vacation when it arrived. It had 120$ in add ins along with the included items. They refuse to take responsibility or assist in filing s claim and processing a refund or reshipping.

I somehow missed my customization window for my spring box. Upon emailing customer service about my issue, they told me that my box had already been processed and was ready to ship, so I couldn't customize it... BUT they were willing to send me a second shipment with my personal choices at no additional charge. Wow! Customer for life after such a generous solution.
I signed up a few months back for the quarterly boxes. My credit card was charged two months ago and I have yet to receive my first box. At this point I have talked to customer service 3 or 4 times with issues every step of the way. I was unable to customize my box so I chatted with their online chat, next I chatted with them for an update on when my box would be shipped and they informed me that there was some error and it was never entered into their system to send... I have to re submit my customizations and was informed that the box would ship in three weeks. It's now been almost 5 weeks with no update on anything being shipped. I understand that we are in a pandemic right now but this has such a stressful experience. Not worth it.

This box offers everything. Such great variety and an excellent opportunity to try new quality products. The products are so great that even if I can't or won't use them they make excellent gifts. This box is worth the price! I like signing up for an annual subscription and getting the option to customize more products.
I signed up in a moment of weakness and have regretted being suckered by the lies on their website.
You can NOT cancel at any time - I did on the day I received my first box of crap from them and they automatically billed me for the next quarter. After dozens of emails and attempts to contact someone on their service line, and submitting a complaint through my credit card company, they somehow managed to still stick me for a bill on a box I did not receive.
Don't be suckered, this is just another ploy to sucker you into a bunch of crap that is cheaper and better bought at the dollar store for a fraction of the cost

You absolutely can cancel your account at anytime by logging into your account, you will also get an email confirmation within seconds afterward confirming your cancellation.
If you've already pre-paid for your boxes by having an annual account you will continue to receive the boxes you've paid for and your subscription will end at the end of the annual term, instead of renewing.
If you have a quarterly account, if you were already charged for that season's box and it has shipped your account will cancel at renewal so you are not charged for the following box. If you have a quarterly account and you cancel before you are billed for the season, you will not be charged or shipped a box.
