I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
As soon as i got my box and had a few problems FFF answered me right away. Told me one items was coming from a different place and the broken lipstick is not being replace but giving me a credit for $29.83 to be used in a special March thing that was happening and if i didn't use it then it is gone? That was weird. I gave you 5 stars cause i really like FFF.
I am very grateful for all those who help with this fabfitfun honestly, receiving the box to gift box for the first time was a shock but it was a good shock, and more people deserve to have that amazing feeling. I'm talking about homeless people, just give a gift away from us to others who can't express or experience what we are because of a lack of money or a lack of a home. Let us spread more by giving those who don't have. Whatever we don't want or don't need give it away in the box you guys created! Just an idea. We need to help those who need it! The ones who are homeless. I love you all! Keep up the great work!
Four times a year a box arrives full of fun and useful products, everything is of excellent quality and beautiful. It's a guilt-free splurge and I love it. The customer service is friendly and helpful, I've been a customer for several years, and every time I've needed help they have cheerfully and quickly answered my questions.

This box offers everything. Such great variety and an excellent opportunity to try new quality products. The products are so great that even if I can't or won't use them they make excellent gifts. This box is worth the price! I like signing up for an annual subscription and getting the option to customize more products.
My first box I received a hideous red lip color, no problem went online and stated not to send reds, cool colored, and only like warm colors. Oh, but nice scarf. Next box, nice scarf with pale blue and white nail polish ehh, fall box opened and first thing red lipstick! Oh, but another scarf... the rest of the items were nothing I would buy or if the value Lisa states the box is worth. Cancelled my subscription...

We do have an option to upgrade your subscription to the Select membership, which gives members the opportunity to customize items according to color preference. Had a few issues with the FFF site and have had to use customer care twice. Each time they have quickly resolved the issue and had positive, kind attitudes. My only recommendation is that they check their links before sending and make sure customers can actually track their packages from an email.

I got a bit addicted to subscription boxes a few years ago. It didn't take long to accumulate more products than I needed. I canceled most but kept Fab Fit Fun because they give full size products and you have many options. While the boxes are great, the sales they offer members are hard to pass up! So many good deals!

Missing one of my products and they are getting it out to me ASAP. They apologized and did not once question it. I've been a loyal customer for years and will continue to be. As a mom who doesn't do anything for herself this is my one little treat to myself.

Recently a box of add-ons arrived that were damaged. I opened a case via email and my issue was resolved within 30 minutes or so. My customer service rep Eva was awesome, quick to respond and took care of resolving my issue on the spot. I am a very happy customer!

The quarterly surprise for only me! I love receiving so many cool items and if I am not up for using one, I gift it to a friend, who is always super grateful for the gift. The items are always well worth the subscription! Every person should do this! Truly Fun!

This was my first box. I received it with lots of extras I did not order, so I reached out to be sure there was no issue. They were all just freebies! I'm talking full-sized, useful items! The customer service tech was so personable, knowledgeable, and helpful, as well. Above and beyond in every aspect so far! I hope I am able to say the same with my 3rd and 4th boxes so I continue this service year after year!

Honestly, this was the best customer service experience I had in a while.
Took care of the issue withing couple of days and I still gotten email in between to say that they will get back to me as soon as they possibly can which was reassuring.
Problem was sorted immediately after receiving email from their team member.

Gavin was the greatest at helping me with a billing issue. Gave me instructions on what to do and followed back up once it was corrected. Not too many customer reps or companies that follow up the Gavin or FFF. Super job, I am impressed!

Everything is fun and fabulous about the FabFitFun Box! It's fun picking out your products, the anticipation of sales and waiting for your box, the extensive discounts members receive and of course finally opening that beautiful box! I am never disappointed. And my very first box paid for my annual membership. The products you get are extremely high value that I would never buy for myself individually. And the customer service is amazing! I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Half of the items were skin or hair care items which I will not use. I'd rather have household items or personal accessories. I only was tempted to sign up because my daughter received cute tiny dishes and I was interested in the Vera Bradley item promised with the Memorial Day promotion…which I did not get.

My customer service rep Elle was great! They couldn't replace my box because it had already sold out but she went above and beyond to make sure I got taken care of! She got me a different box and let me pick all new stuff!
I have never had any issues with customer support concerning questions about my account or orders... They have always helped ease my mind and are very efficient and patient... I hope I never do... I received my Spring 2019 box and was thrilled to see glasses as the summer is well on its way! Unfortunately my pairs arms were not level and my glasses were at a permibant tilt. I contacted customer support and with in 24 hours they had issued me a replacement pair for my defective ones!

I've been a FFF customer for about a year. Absolutely love the product, user experience, etc. I upgraded to an annual membership finally and had an issue with a promo code. I contacted FFF customer service - they responded within 24 hours, resolved the issue and really made my day with how positive the rep, Sandy, was. Highly recommend as they really take care of their customers!
Took a week but customer service called back and I told them what happened. I was almost certain I wasn't getting my box it was lost/stolen in the mail, but they gave me a new one, no questions asked! Thank you!
Cesar is the best FFF customer service representative. He is professional, helpful, kind. You can hear his smile on the phone like he really enjoy's his job. What a breath of fresh air! I absolutely recommend FFF, they have great product's and variety. There is a lot of beauty and health subscription boxes out there. But, if customer service is your main priority, get this one!

I received my 2020 Winter Box. What a huge disappointment. Cheap products (a wood face brush, blemish patches, and plastic cutting boards)? Really? This box was not thoughtfully curated. It was stuffed with junk and passed off as having a $200 value. I canceled my membership. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I believe FFF has grown beyond what they capable of handling. Huge waste of time and money.

I missed putting in the coupon code to receive a mystery bundle when I reinstated my membership. I used the customer service chat on the website and the person I spoke with took care of it right away for me and told me I would be getting the bundle that comes with reinstatement separately from my order but it would be here for sure. I also received a follow-up from FFF letting me know it was on its way as well. Just an all-around wonderful company to work with, I love being a member.

I guess the celebrities get the good stuff, got a cheap scarf that is shedding all over the place, ugly eye shadow pallet, cheap earrings and cheap gym bag, 2 sponges and muscle salts. I threw the scarf out, still vacuuming and I don't know what to do with the other crap, wouldn't even give it away. Save your money and just buy what you want

I've been a member since fall of 2019, I love the products that Fabfitfun offers, I do go a lil crazy on they're sales sometimes but honestly who wouldn't? Lol. The prices are cost efficient and I enjoy getting my boxes.
