I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I received my 2020 Winter Box. What a huge disappointment. Cheap products (a wood face brush, blemish patches, and plastic cutting boards)? Really? This box was not thoughtfully curated. It was stuffed with junk and passed off as having a $200 value. I canceled my membership. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I believe FFF has grown beyond what they capable of handling. Huge waste of time and money.
Honestly my favorite time of year is when I know the box will be arriving shortly! I am going to be so sad when my box runs out! Every beautiful box IS FILLED with amazing items... it feels like such a treat. Ive loved so many of the beauty products as well as the home items and accessories.

I was a member of FabFitFun for 3 years and I used to really look forward to it, even without customizing I got fun, new and exciting products. 1 yr in I realized if I didn't customize I would end up with a box of stuff that would just sit in the box unused. Boring products that were not relevant to me. This latest Spring box was the last for me. Even though I am an annually billed "VIP" subscriber, every single thing I was even mildly interested in was sold out. This is way before the regular customization even starts! And the items that are left are so called "throwback" items, which is a fancy way of saying "stuff longtime subscribers already have" or "crap no one wanted the first time". Complacency is the enemy of subscription boxes. I will remember the first year of FabFitFun fondly but I wish I had cancelled sooner.

I have a mailing issue because I live in two different states, half the year in one state, half the year in another and their reps were very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. I've only had one item broken one time and they quickly replaced it. So both times I've had issues they were very responsive and quick to repair the problem. I love the items I get a feel it's worth what I'm paying and like other companies they haven't gotten cheaper and sending smaller items they still send full size items. I also have the ability as a annual member to be able to pick my items ahead of time so I don't get things I don't use or want. I have been with fab fit fun for several years now and I love them!

I had been seeing a lot of ads for this box and so I finally decided to give in and order one. After putting in my order, I read through the descriptions and was honestly pretty nervousa lot of people seemed to have problems with the shipping and the products. I got my box within 2 weeks and absolutely LOVE everything inside! Its all full-sized products from phenomenal brands, this box honestly seems like a steal. Im so so happy I ordered one and will probably continue with my subscription in the future!

I have had only 2 issues (issues is a hard word to use here) where I have needed to call into customer service to get the situations resolved and both times the customer service reps I have spoken with have been so friendly and extremely helpful! I love my subscription and love the fact customer services makes me feel taken care of!

Your Customer Service Rep Renee promised to resolve my issues and issue credit and did none of it. After waiting a day I had to get in touch with CS again... and by then (or maybe Renee promised me replacements that were all ready sold out anyway) many replacements for defective items were sold out. :( Its even worse experience to be promised resolution that is not deliversd and the items you thought you were going to get are not available :(: ( I didn't even get a review of service email after chatting to her!

I enjoy the products and value Fab Fit Fun offers - however, I do not like their billing and shipping practices... I was billed a month ago and still have not received my box. This is unacceptable. I discovered they ship using Surepost (which is the slowest and cheapest shipping method on the planet). Basically Fed-Ex and USPS share delivery responsiblity. It starts with FedEx then moves extremely slowly from one hub to the next, then awaits transfer and pick up by USPS. Eventually it arrives. I live in SC and one day tracking indicated it was sitting in my state - then the next day it was further away in NC!? It is supposed to be here by Monday. Fabfitfun really needs to step up their game with billing, shipping and fulfillment. I also think it merits note that you tubers and Instagram influencers seem to get their boxes weeks before everyone else.
I had to pay first only to realize most items were sold out. I'm fine with you collecting my credit card but don't charge me until I'm satisfied with the options I receive. Also not cool that I couldn't swap for credit right away. Thankfully I was able to get my money back but I was highly disappointed by this and immediately cancelled.

I was so excited to receive Fall 2020 box, also my first box. What a disappointment. First, the black tote is cheap. Second, in my profile I listed I wear silver jewelry and I received a gold necklace. The rest of the stuff was just eh. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Wish I didn't purchase the yearly subscription.

Every time I have had to deal with FabFitFun's Customer Service, they have been quick to make everything right for me! If a product needs to be replaced, but they are out of it, they offer me a better product or my money back! Sometimes, they send me the product and give me a credit on my account! I wish all companies had such awesome Customer Service people!

I get so excited when my box arrives. During these strange times, it is a very special treat. I am a very very happy customer. For the cost, it is more than worth it. All the doctors say "take care of yourself, so you can care for others". This is a great way to do that, without breaking the bank.
I should have read the reviews before signing up for a trial box. They asked me to activate my account which i did not and they still took out over $53 from my account. I tried to resolve it with them but they quit responding to my messages. I had to contact my back to report fraudulent charges! This company is the worst I have ever had to deal with! This is my warning to you! Do not give them your payment info! They are a very greedy company! And as i write this, its been a month since they stole my money and i still have no box or product! They're not even worth the 1 star I had to give to get this posted!

I had over ordered in the summer sale by $17 and my credit card was declined due to a summer program I'm taking advantage of so it's frozen. One of fabfitfun's amazing teammates Pierce, gave me a generous offer to add another $10 credit to my account so that all I owed was $7 and some change and could complete my purchase. It was so unexpected and it made me so happy that I was able to get all of the items that I really wanted and needed. This is by far my favorite subscription box and I cannot wait to renew for another year!

I don't understand all the negative comments. It says right on the add on page that you don't have to do anything just put in your cart and you will be billed on a certain date. The date isn't the same day either it's about a week later. So people before making negative comments do your homework. Btw the add ons are great deals. N each box I have received has been season appropriate. Thank you FFF

I have been getting my FabFitFun box subscription for over a year now and I am totally in love with it! It's a special treat that I get for myself every season that is JUST FOR ME! As a single mom, I don't get a lot of stuff just for myself, so it's nice to be spoiled every once in awhile. I am never disappointed in the box! Plus what's not to love about getting stuff at a super discount! It's worth every penny! It makes it even better to get to add on a few little extra items each time I get a box! If you're considering it, just do it, you won't be disappointed!

I had an ad on a product that never arrived and they fully refunded me for it. I also had a bottle of shower gel that broke open inside my box and they sent me a new one to replace it. They are very efficient in returning emails and very helpful in resolving any issue I've experienced. I also love their products.

I've only needed customer service twice since joining months ago and both time have been exceptional! First the wrong items were sent to me, (was had to find a phone number to contact by person, only issue) and instead of having me send it back I was told to keep it as a sorry for the inconvenience! Very shocked and was a nice surprise!
Second I was having issues with my customization of my box, the website wouldn't let me move onto the next one, even after restarting my phone and the website. Customer service helped me via live chat, sent me pictures of the items and I could choose! Thank you! All very much appreciated. Keep up the great work!

I loved the boxes and have bought a lot of add-ons. However, I'm finding it is the same stuff over and over and even though I'm an annual member most of good the early access items are already sold out. New members will love it just as I did. My membership is due in December and I'm thinking I will drop out.

I'm extremely happy with all the goodies that came in my winter box. With the exception of a few missing items. It's unsure if it was fabfitfun packing mistake or someone took it. The mailman delivered it to the wrong address but the body was intact when I picked it up. So needless to say I was really disappointed when I saw that there are hardly any things in the Box. However the moment I called fabfitfun customer service they corrected it and will be shipping the missing item.

It was very helpful and changed my subscription fast. Zed was my advocate and he made my experience wonderful. I was going to cancel overall but Zed put me on the correct subscription. I have been a long time customer and my Summer Box was in the same place for two weeks. I reached out about the problem and Angela off the customer care team handled the situation immediately. She sent a replacement box and credited $15 to my FFF account. Customer Service is about being professional but kind. It's about helping out the customer and not making it feel like we have to jump through hoops to get an answer. It was a breath of fresh air.
