I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
Got my starter box and loved it. So glad I didn't go by the reviews. I can't wait to get my summer box. Thank you fabfitfun. I have been sending this to so many friends and family. People keep in mind everyone has different taste on what they like. You may get something you don't like, but it's worth it and I loved it.
Love their products and selections! They offer amazing selection of high quality and high-end beauty products at a great price! They are very responsive and have great customer service. This is definitely one of my all-time favorite subscriptions!

I use to love fabfitfun. I spent an hour waiting for a customer service representative just to find out that fabfitfun lost my box a month ago. Then the products that I requested were not available and I have to wait an additional month for the box. I would expect them to at least use expedited shipping and give me a refund or something since it is two months late and I am not getting the products I requested. I specifically became an annual member to customize my entire box and then they fail at the one task. I have originally loved fabfitfun but I am very saddened by this experience.

I have been a long time customer and my Summer Box was in the same place for two weeks. I reached out about the problem and Angela off the customer care team handled the situation immediately. She sent a replacement box and credited $15 to my FFF account. Customer Service is about being professional but kind. It's about helping out the customer and not making it feel like we have to jump through hoops to get an answer. It was a breath of fresh air.

FabFitFun is a fun, cool product, and I can see many people enjoying it. However, for me personally, some of the products go unused and have no purpose, sitting in my room for years. Most of the time, I would probably rather just go purchase the actual product. Although, FFF often encourages you to try new things from different companies, so I do like that aspect of it. All in all, you can check out what the previous boxes have contained, and if you really like it, you would probably enjoy what is in it- though it is probably a perfect gift for any event!
I've been a member for many years and love the sales the most. Unfortunately the box choices seem to be of lower quality since spring of 2021 and I'm looking less forward to them as they provide too many repeats and the new items are not great. That said, the sales are amazing.

As fabfitfun is getting more popular the value of the boxes is decreasing. My friends and I have discussed similar experiences recently, over the last year or so the boxes seem to have cheapened. They used to be so exciting and I felt like I got so much value for the annual fee, now I feel like I'm not getting my moneys worth and I give 50% of the products away because of duplication - I don't need 4 eye shadow palettes/year, not to mention my preferences state that I don't wear make-up and 3 of the items I received in the winter box were make-up related. Truly a bummer because I always looked forward to this time of the quarter! Make fabfitfun great again.
Phenomenal, even though I don't like a couple things I've gotten like colored lip stick or eye shadow since I literally never wear that stuff! It's still fun and I can give it away! Which is great! Who doesn't like to share and give?! And receive! It's all
About the giving and receiving! Plus I live on the big island of Hawaii and let's face it. To find quality product here is a joke! I feel like I live under a rock on a big rock! Which I love but I love it more with my box every few months! It's like my birthday 4 times a year!

I had made a mistake in ordering and they quickly fixed it. The box was so exciting to open! I cannot wait to get the next one. All products are high end and usable! The reVive Light Therapy Glo Wrinkle and Anti-Aging Light Device was a pleasant surprise. I'm anxious to try it!
So recently, I had cancelled my subscription due to financial issues. (Going through a divorce)
I received today, what I thought would sadly be my last box. This FALL box was amazing! I was so happy and excited. I'm going to renew my subscription. I've decided that especially now, during this difficult time, I deserve to treat myself!

I received the Editor's box and the Spring one and I can say that I'm extremely satisfied, the value of each box is way over what you pay, very happy with everything inside each box so far. I don't understand all these negatives reviews, Fabfitfun customer service is great, they're always so kind and willing to help and satisfy your requests.

Order 1 box and they will sign you up for more boxes in a sneaky "subscription" that you don't even know you're signed up for. They will then steal your $50 and ship a box that they refuse to refund. Of course box 1 was filled with things I wanted, and the box that they tricked me into receiving was filled with garbage I can't use. Never again with these scummy subscription companies and their over priced dollar tree garbage.

The girls behind the customer service try to act bounty by adding exlamation marks after every sentence, are unprofessional, and provide no real solutions to your problems. I have yet to even receive my first box. I was told that it takes 7-10 business days to ship the box after purchasing the box. It has been 12 business days so far and their response to me was "No worries, your box will ship soon". I really wanted this to be a good experience, but it has not been good and all because their customer service ruined the experience for me. There are many other subscription boxes out there and if fabfitfun doesn't get their **** together, they will have a serious downfall.

I am a fairly new customer and have received two boxes. I like the products and it's a fun surprise to get every few months. The issue i have is with the shipping. I am so confused why the box takes almost 2 weeks to get to me in Massachusetts? I get so excited when the new box FINALLY ships (after a week or 10 days from being billed) and then my excitement wears off by the time it arrives eons later. I am thoroughly confused by this with all of the overnight and 2 day shipping offerings from other companies. I think it's reflective of the company and their standards. I may reconsider being a customer if it continues.

Great customer service, I panicked because I had a lot in my cart for add on's. He helped me when I panicked that I put the gift card on wrong place area & couldn't redeem. Told it was applied to t my Add on's and fixed it.

I would give a one star but the customer service experience I had was very positive even though there was no resolution in the end. I feel the products are cheap and definitely not worth the $50 I paid for them. You can get the same stuff at Target for half the price. It's the most expensive subscription I've ever had and the least worth it. I've never cancelled a subscription after one month but I did with this one. I have many subscriptions because I'm a sucker for them so when I say its not worth it it's really not. 10/10 would not recommend.

I joined about 5 years ago and am still a subscriber after 5+ years. Each quarterly box truly delights me! If I don't personally like an item, I can gift it to someone who I know will Iove it. I love more and more of the items with customization options. Best subscription box on the market today!

Great way to try quality products at a fraction of the cost. Love that I can customize my box each season. I share the box with my teen. So the box has anti-wrinkle cream mixed with acne gel & trendy items. Great customer service too!

I have had cancer and I am here today but, I weight less than 100#s my hair is has bald spots my skin is sooo dry all over. I have been out of work for a few years now. I was a toddler teacher for 30 years. And my hubby and and I adopted our granddaughter who is on the deans list every semester. She wants to be a researcher so as you can image I really want this box but on the larger picture it doesn't seem what to spend my money on? Thanks for listening. Ann
