I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I'm just done with this. I stopped before for awhile, but decided to restart after paying up front for a year and being able to choose what I would like earlier and have better choices. Occasionally, I would get a box that was worth the price of it, but for the most part it was def not. I swear sometimes they change your choices as I would get things I would never have chosen. This just isn't worth it
My box had been marked as delivered, and never showed up. I spoke to fedex, local post office & neighbors in my panic. I picked out things for my fiancé and it was very important to me. After waiting the recommended business days I called again with little hope. My box is currently replaced with the same items I picked out for her! I'm so happy with this company and impressed with customer service!

I was gifted an annual membership and get so excited with each season. The whole process is fun. I've even found items that I use in my everyday routine that I would never have found if it weren't for my box. Completely worth it!

Harris have me an option of how I'd like my issue resolved. He left that choice to to me. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Very personable. I have no complaints and would recommend FFF to everyone who wants a little self pampering.

I needed to cancel my subscription due to financial difficulties. She was able to get me refunded as well as empathize with my situation. Once I'm financially stable I will definitely subscribe again! She was so pleasant and understanding. She's a *******@fabfitfun

I have used so many products from what I received. No problems with choices or shipping. I chose household items. I use makeup…. As well as the facial things. I love them. I even got a nice blanket that we all use

She was very helpful very knowledgeable she helped me out with my whole problems she said that they do take returns but it was out of your style fit fab and fun part of your store she helped me out great I would love to have her all the time as my customer service person

One of my boxes was sent to a old address and not returned. The rep was able to pull my information and get most my customary items in the new box coming. It was quick and completed! It makes me want to continue my membership with Fab Fit Fun. Normally things are not so simple
I first joined Fab Fit Fun as a seasonal member Fall 2019 and have absolutely loved every box. I love my FFF boxes so much that I recently upgraded my membership to Annual member so I can customize more items. Their customer service is awesome as well. I highly recommend this company. You do get a lot for your dollar however shipping is long and the products sometimes are not very exciting or not suitable for everyone(heavy scarves for people living in a temperate environment). However occasionally their are amazing products that you get for such a great deal. They also have an amazing workout video platform.
I love being a subscriber. There are always lots of nice options to customize my box and I feel like I get a ton of value for the price. It's something I have to treat myself, like four birthdays a year. I also like the add ons and sales you get access to. There are so many great products at great prices. All the customer service interactions I've had were amazing; really quick, kind service. Totally worth the subscription price.

I was having issues signing into site and with ordering a box for my daughter. I chatted with a staff online and they were kind, quick, and helpful. That is what makes a fine business. Oh, and the products are so fun!

Update: After reading my review, a rep from FabFitFun reached out to me to correct these errors. The customer service is always excellent and appreciated. I would love to return at a later time as a customer but maybe once I know that their system errors have been fixed. I would love to thank them for their attentiveness!
I received an email about upgrading to an annual membership and clicked on the link thinking it would take me to more info. Instead, It automatically charged me for an annual membership. I chatted online with customer service and they refunded my money, minus the cost of the current summer box I was getting. Then fall comes, I am charged another annual membership fee. I chat again to cancel it and get my refund. Then a few weeks later my fall box arrives but none of my add-ons. Turns out they canceled the add-ons I ordered without asking. They have awful policies and are not careful at all.

I love and use all of my fab fit fun products. I look forward to my box. Only complaint might be to please stop sending so many facial peels, face exfoliators and more body creams, hair masks, hair products, cosmetics, accessories in their place.
Not only are the products amazing, but the customer service team is one of the best! Any time I've had an issue, they are quick to respond and resolve the issue with no problems! They go out of their way to ensure a positive experience for their clients and I am a very satisfied customer.

I've been a member for a few years now and I've never had a problem, just get my seasonal box when it was time. However this time I was so busy selling my house and moving I forgot to update my address with fabfitfun before they sent my summer box. I was so sad when I found this out. It did take a while to work with ontrac, the shipping company. However once fabfitfun received the package back due to wrong address they were very quick to respond and replace my box. I have not received it, however they said i should see it in the next 5 days or so. I appreciate their quick response and willingness to help ship out another box for me.

The box came quickly, and was okay. I used a promo code for my first box. About a week later, I received another small box from them, and I had no idea why. Turns out, it was 3 items I had looked at from the edit sale and put in my cart, but didn't hit a "pay now" button. They sent no email confirmation, and no prices were listed on the invoice. Total scam! I canceled that moment.

I had an issue with my order and sent an email to Fab Fit Fun. Someone emailed me back within 12 hours and fixed my problem quickly eventhough I did not think the problem could be fixed at all! I have always loved getting my boxes because they feel like presents to myself but now I am in love with the business!

Fab fit fun charges you but you don't receive anything for a good month! Also it is supposed to be a 4 times a year box, but they have so called sales every other day! Not very special! Also, they run out of items in customization, so you cant get what you want. I tried it but I'm going to cancel! Ehhh

I have been a subscriber for quite sometime now. All the products are of good quality. As of recent my job has gotten slow and checks got smaller. I've had to cut back on a lot of extra things. Well I thought I had canceled summer box and found out when I was charged that I had not. I emailed the company and it was fixed immediately!

I ordered and prepaid for four boxes. After my first box arrived with a glass shattered French press, it took two months to get a replacement, and it wasn't the coffee pot. It was some other substitute I had to pick. Second box arrives and I had ordered an add on item that was not in my box, and I was charged for. After some rude customer service, I decided to cancel. I was expecting a refund of two boxes I had pre paid. Nope. No refund. So I thought I would just reinstate my subscription, nope. It would cost me $49 to reinstate. I've sent emails but no response. I'm going to dispute the whole charge now. This is a terrible way to do business, but it's my own fault for not reading the super tiny fine print.
Steve was great in handling my issue but still not happy with what happened. All of my customized were not available to send to me because of a communication issue. You guys needed my credit card info for renewal but emails were going to my spam folder. Wish there was a better way I could have been communicated with time sensitive info. So I was sent all mystery items for this box and I always go on early to customize what I want. I have been on the fence about continuing my subscription here and this may have made my decision. But Steve was able to help me somewhat get a couple of the items I had ordered which I don't know why that couldn't have been sent in the first place and not all mystery choices. So upset since the hooded blanket was the one thing I wanted for a Christmas gift too and now it's not available.

My package shipped 2/28 and the track my order button in the email does not work. On the fabfitfun website, the track my order button also does not work. Both do not redirect at all. It'd be really nice to know when my package was actually coming. Customer service provided me with an estimated delivery date of tomorrow but still no actual tracking number.

Not only am I not able to cancel on the website (it says not available at this time), but it will not allow me to remove my cc info from their site or allow me to totally unsubscribe from their mailing list! I have reached out to the company multiple times and they have one of their community of members answering back and they can't do anything but try to encourage you to stay. It is ridiculous! Only sign up for their products if you want to get locked into a lifetime of getting charged and getting a box of stuff you will never use!
