I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I absolutely love fab fit fun, not just because of the excellent products, or the feel like it's Christmas every three months, but because of the customer care when anything goes wrong? Everyone is so helpful and efficient and takes great care of the client! It's fun in a package!
I'm loving my Fab Fit Fun experience. I get a few things every season just for fun. Some I give as gifts and some I keep to treat myself. I get to pick my items which is great. I've had one small problem and customer service was quick and friendly.

Super helpful and pleasant to communicate with. Also in a good mood when I message them. When I didn't get my shipment they sent me a new box. And helped fixed my address for further shipments I've spoke to 2 employees and both were great. Thanks fabfitfun y'all are doing great and are pleasant to speak to.

I have received three fab fit fun boxes now and I always love them so much! I love how you can personalize certain things and the items are always amazing products! The company itself is amazing and I did have to contact customer service one time and they were super helpful and friendly. Nothing but the best!

The fall box was disappointing. 75% of the items seemed to be a repeat of things I have gotten in previous boxes, just with a different name brand. The person who "customized" my box did a poor job this time. It's a stretch to say that the items in this box are worth between $200 and $300.

Live chat was not worth the time. I was disconnected several times BUT when I would reconnect I would be put back in touch with the original rep I was dealing with. That's always a nice thing so you don't have to sound like a broken record repeating the issues.

I started out a seasonal member. Loved the edit sales and always got what I wanted even as a seasonal member. I upgraded to annual for the extra perks. There have been a couple glitches over the 2 yrs but nothing serious and FFF has been awesome fixing the issues. Cant wait to have more fun with my deliveries. It's like Christmas 4 times a year! Tha is FFF!

I received a gift from my wife that was a Fab Fit Fun add-on. I didn't really want a sous vide machine, so I figured I'd return it.
I go to the site to print a label or whatever and see that they don't accept returns!?!?!?
You don't need to know any more then that. They don't accept returns. Sounds like a scam to me. Looking at the reviews, it looks like one too.
All I could do is vote with my wallet, so I cancelled my wife's subscription.

I just received my 5th and worst fff box. Even though the profile I completed specifically tells the products I'm most interested in and beauty products are listed as least liked, as I am a Rodan and Fields Consultant, every product in this box is "beauty" related. I am seriously considering canceling my subscription. What good is completing a profile if it's not going to be taken into consideration?

I received an email from FabFitFun that if I reactivated my account with them I could customize my box & also receive $125.00 in extra goodies. So I paid $200.00 (they make you pay first) then went to pick my products & apparently it was too late to pick. So I paid $200 for stuff that I do not even want. When I called customer service they were HORRIBLE! I was bluntly told too bad and that there was nothing they could do about it. I feel totally scammed

To clarify, members who reactivate after the customization window for both seasonal and annual should still be able to select their items for an hour even when customization is closed for the season. Actually a terrible experience with their shipping company... after years of enjoying the boxes in December the shipping company decided they could locate my house... it didn't move. Caroline was able to refund my money quickly after not being able to resolve the ongoing issue. If you resolve the shipping it is an amazing service with the best products!

I have been writing in about this same issue for 2 weeks now and someone finally told me what's going on. He found the issue, educated me on it and found a way to fix it. Now it wasnt what I wanted to hear but it's not his fault. He did his job, unlike others I have spoken with.

I contacted customer service to let them know that my package was missing. Customer representative Elaine looked into my account and verified the incident. I was offered two solutions promptly and once I made the decision my issue was resolved right away. These boxes has helped me to venture out to new products I would have never tried. I've felt empowered and more beautiful with each box because I'm learning about my inner beauty and what makes me happy! I was hesitant to start the subscription but my fiancé nudged me and it's the best decision I could have ever made!

The boxes aren't worth the price, and once they have your credit card, it is almost impossible to cancel. There is no way to reach a live person, and emails and chats to customer support come back with comments that they're swamped but will get back to you some day soon.
So its been several weeks and after initially offering a partial refund the company has gone radio silent on how I can receive this. Of course it remains impossible to reach anyone, with emails sent to customer support saying they'll get back to me soon and days later receiving additional emails saying they still plan to get back to me.

I ordered 2 editors boxes and specifically picked an item for each box as gifts. I did not get what I ordered and they send something else instead. When I contacted customer service, they were like, "oh well". They have apparently pulled the bait and switch a lot. The customer service is the worst. They do not help solve the problem.

Once I signed up I was getting an email daily that there was something wrong with my shipping address. Each day I looked and it was correct and I would reach out the Customer support. I was told on a daily basis (about 4 or 5 times) to just ignore the email... Then I was told it would be delivered that day, I got super excited! Box didn't come and I was now told that it had been returned to them... disappointed! I guess it wouldn't have been so bad if someone would have put a little effort in to see what the problem was! But instead I was just pushed aside like I didn't matter. They did agree to refund my money, which is nice. Its now been 7 days and I have received nothing! I checked with my bank, because that's who they said is at fault and there is nothing pending! I've replied to an email apologizing to me and have heard nothing back from her! No compensation for their lies and errors! I work with clients all day and if I treated them this way I would not have any clients!

I paid for the one year of boxes. After answering questions about what I wanted in my boxes, I was happy to receive plenty of wonderful sustainable products. Even though I have taken a break from my subscription, I felt I got my moneys worth in product by a long shot. Full size, quality products, that I continue to use. Worth the money.

You cannot have an active account without keeping your credit card on file, even if you pay for a full year subscription. Very dangerous to keep your card on file like that. A year subscription is non refundable and the only way to remove my card was to cancel my account. However, I cannot customize my order now. Just keep this in mind.
A friend sent me a starter box and i really liked it so i decided to sign up. I read on the site that new members could customize some options and that is the ONLY reason i was willing to sign up. I had a coupon code for 10 dollars off and when i clicked on get the box it just automatically charged me. I figured it would be like EVERY other site and take me to a checkout page. That's so sneaky that they just charge you with one click like that. I emailed them to cancel my order, they haven't emailed me back but if they refuse to cancel my order i'll be disputing the charge because that isn't right. I also got my starter box with my husbands credit card and since they didn't give me a chance to review it or change it, it charged his card for the full box so i know he's gonna be annoyed. Would not recommend.

I missed the deadline by a day due to a family situation. Although I was allowed to choose from the 6 available categories I have found that as a preferred customer it has been increasingly difficult to find available items. I have been a preferred customer for the past few years but feel like it's a race to get items chosen before they are gone. Preferred items disappear within a few hours of being made available. My being unable to choose anything extra after missing the deadline by a few hours was frustrating to say the least. I have loved being a member of FabFitFun but am sad to leave because of these difficulties. I thought that COVID was responsible for the decrease in product availability, however, it has seemed to continue. Supply versus demand? Please let me know if things improve. I have been a Fab Fit Fun customer for several years now and I love, love, love my seasonal boxes. It makes my day every time I know a delivery from Fab Fit Fun is coming. The products are awesome. They really take the time and pay attention to what each customer wants and also lets the customer have input into what they will receive. Not only that but the products themselves are luxe and from reputable companies, so they take their time to source what you get in your box. I just adore Fab Fit Fun.

I had an issue tonight relating to the annual subscription on march 6th, and within 40 minutes I was able to get a response. I was pretty scared beforehand reading these reviews but the agent I talked to was very understanding (his name was Riche) and we were able to get my issue resolved in no more than 5 minutes after first speaking. I did have to call a few times but third time was a charm. I wanted to write this and show my appreciation for the agent working with me on this, I would give 5 for him but I will update the review once I get the my first box to see if it was all worth it :) and hopefully other customers will get this same treatment!

I just became a member this spring. I haven't received my box yet. My credit card was billed on March 31 and my box is still awaiting shipment. I have contacted support several times about it, but all they could tell me was that it would be shipped out it 2 weeks. Which I waited for 2 weeks and still no box. So I contacted them again about it and they said that they would look into. I still haven't heard back yet. I'm going to try to find a number to call so I can cancel my membership and ask for my money back.
I have enjoyed everything I've gotten from FabFitFun! After the snow storm in Texas, I unfortunately had to cancel due to needing all extra funds to put towards repairing my house, which partly collapsed under the weight of snow we got. Snow is not normal for the part of Texas I am in, therefore we didn't know how to prepare or know what to expect. When I had to cancel, I not only was greeted with understanding and care from the rep I spoke to, but I was also refunded even though that is not normal policy. They truly care for their customers who are going through hard times and are willing to help in any way they can!
