I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
Ordered a box on Black Friday. After I saw that all of the good items were "sold out", I cancelled the order, less than 30 minutes later. FabFitFun still charged me and still sent the first box. By Law, I have 72 hours to cancel a purchase. I cancelled it within 25 minutes but was still charged. And the box I got was full of junk items that I do not want. They won't let me return it. Shady practices by FabFitFun.
It's a really neat concept! Even thought I still havent received my fall box, but they did make it right by sending me a credit, even though the credit wasnt applied so I had to reach out for assistance, to get it applied. But over all I've heard good things. We shall see.

Paid 52 dollars for a box and everything in it was junk. Meanwhile my sister received one simultaneously that she actually somehow paid less for (45$) which had very nice good quality items like a Dutch oven a cutting board, handbag, perfumes and lotions. And I got socks, combs, a collapsible cup, eyelash curler and a toothbrush. I am pissed. Also I was sent a free box by my sister that I paid 5 dollars shipping for and they never even sent it to me. Until I contacted customer service and called them out. I am so incredibly disappointed with this subscription.

Be cautious, you might not be getting anything worth what you're paying for.

They started off good and ended badly. I started to get things that they clearly cannot sell in the stores. I literally just got cough drops and a bottle of water. Wow. Also they sent me the same thing multiples times. This place is a joke now. Switched to ipsy, it's great! Also if u put something in the Cart they will charge your card. Beware of that.

Shipped doesn't really mean shipped, when it's been quite a while and you finally reach out because you haven't received a tracking number you get so sorry its lost let us get another one out to you in a couple of weeks, and by the way, the stuff you chose is no longer available. This company has gotten too big for its britches their customer give a $hit is gone. It's sad.

The last two boxes I ordered have been surprise boxes. I haven't used or liked any of the makeup products. Trying to get rid of them on ebay since there r no returns. I received a box today and the creme is coming out of the top of an item and I was transferred from person to person on chat line. Then they hung up.

I have been wanting to invest in this subscription for a while but was hesitant because of the cost but have completely loved all of my items. Being able to try full size items is pretty sweet and gives me some inspiration for when I am looking for something new to spice up my look.
Fab really needs to use a different delivery and tracking system for their products. I've had so many issues with this. I order products from Ipsy, Amazon and other companies and have no problems. I don't understand how my order can say delivered when it's not. I have cameras so I know it's not being stolen from my door. What is the most aggravating is you won't replace my order with the things I chose. You want to give me the left over crap that others didn't want. You should have enough product to replace orders correctly. That's extremely poor service.

I've never been disappointed in any of my boxes and I've loved every add-on and gift I've received. I always look forward to choosing my items and looking at all the great products available. Every time I have had an issue it was always quickly resolved without frustration and every person I spoke to is just amazing. The photos below are from many boxes I've purchased from FabFitFun
Tip for consumers:
Don't be afraid to contact them about a damaged product or something missing, as long as you have the proper proof of the issue it will get resolved without issue. So don't feel like your "stuck" with something that doesn't work or can't be used or worn.

Box used to have nice quality things. My fall 2020 box had about 7 items. Best useful thing was barrettes foot masks, brow gel, blue glasses, hair removal device for small area like face, glow milk not my skin color, some bag not very interesting. Cheap stuff. I think i am done with them. Yearly people get better stuff than quarterly people. This not the first disappointment from them. But when u see the catalog and what u could have gotten... i got junk.

I've gotten 3 boxes so far. In each box I have found a new favorite item, or even a few favorites. These are quality items that I could never have afforded to purchase at retail. Kind of like Christmas X 4.

I've been a fabfitfun customer for 3 years now, I've thought about cancelling simply because of trying to save money, my partner says, "why cancel something we use so much?" They are amazing, help me take care of myself and feel beautiful.
I have LOVED every. Single. Item. I've received and used them all regularly. When I had an issue with a missing/stolen box, they were able to process a new order quickly & without any hassle. Excellent products & even better customer service!
FabFitFun is the best subscription I've ever had. Full size products and so many things I would've never bought at the store but always want to try- that's what's in theses boxes - they have such great stuff... love the different seasoned things...

I've had subscription boxes before but none have impressed me like FabFitFun. It's happened a few times where 1 of the items I can customize is worth more than the box. Customer service was quick and efficient when one of the items I customized didn't show. Upgrading to an annual membership for sure

So far Fab Fit Fun has been a great experience. I enjoy the products and being able to choose what comes in my box. I love the flash sales. If there are any issues with shipping or items arriving late, customer service is very gracious and helps you out.

FabFitFun is an amazing company, with wonderful products. Their over all moral is so refreshing, from promo emails to customer service. Everything they offer gives you a chance to step out side of your box and introduces you to quality products. Honestly no matter what has gone on in my life the last 5 years I had something to look forward to, a pick me up. I can't imagine going without it.

Very easy to change. With just a phone call. I accidentally upgraded to Annual. But wanted Seasonal. Called them within 24 hours. And didn't have any problems getting refunded. Was refunded, in less than 30 minutes!

I left a review earlier today about how it's been a month since I was charged for my box and add ons and after all my complaints and chats no one can tell me when I'll receive my things or provide we with tracking. A few minutes ago I received a tracking number with 1 sponge coming my way. This sponge was one among several of my add ons. I received and email from FabFitFun customer care in response to my earlier review telling me that I have been sent a tracking number so I should be all set!

Been a member for 3 years-ish. It's fun to open my box every 3 months but I don't use much of it and have only re-ordered 1 item. Support is great, once you call through. Expensive for what I actually can use.

A $400 Composter showed up on our doorstep, no invoice, nothing. After some investigation we figured out the charge on the card was from FabFitFun. No idea how this got in our cart. Very mysterious. Oh and they have a strict no return policy for these drop ship items. Bad business practices. Do not give them any of your business. Customer service is also terrible.

I have accidentally put a wrong postal code on my address. Contacted delivery service many times with no luck, the package was return to sender. I then contacted Fabfitfun CS and they helped me straight away by arranging the replacement.

Great they sent me a wireless charging pad, I would have to buy a new phone to use this. Value $0, again this season they have sent face mist, you will receive pretty much every season must be something no one can sell. A cooler bag stated value $59, Not waterproof so moisture from your lunch will make this wet and full of bacteria. You might get a notification previous to shipment to chose your items, but that is iffy.
If you want to cancel your select membership you will have to wit until it expires. Keep your money, ask for samples when you are at the cosmetic counter purchasing an item. They are happy to give samples to their good customers. (good meaning those that actually purchase)
