I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I enjoy receiving the boxes and love some of the products more then others. It was always fun and exciting to receive a box but I am no longer financially able to continue.

It was fun to get a surprise box once but not fun when they kept coming. Waaaaay to difficult to cancel, ended up wasting money. Got a gift certificate that was blank and when I contacted fab fit fun they never fixed the issue.

We definitley try to make cancelling easy, members can cancel by logging into their account and selecting the cancel button or by calling or emailing us. I do see the gift card pictured is missing its code, sorry about that! That card was from the Winter 2015 box so while we don't have any replacements for the code at this time we'd be happy to either reach out to the brand for you or offer a different solution. I have been with Fab Fit Fun for almost 3 yrs now and always been very pleased with my box. However the fall box has me very disappointed. What happened FFF? Your boxes use to be full and amazing. Now the fall box looked like it was thrown together. My box was nothing but body care and a hair towel. Nothing fall whatsoever. I really do not want to cancel my subscription. But if winter is going to be like this, I might just have to.

Awesome box! Love that I can customize some products and also still get a few surprise ones! Good quality products. Also needed to fix my order and customer service was great; fast response and willing to help. Honestly can say best customer service ever!

I love getting gifts but as an adult they come less and less. So I started spoiling myself! I love choosing my products, a wide variety of awesome things. And my friends get boxes too so sometimes we'll get together to choose our add-ons.

I was incredibly bummed because I had just upgraded to annual and was super excited about my box this season and the confirmation said delivered but I didn't see it. I reached out to customer service who instructed me on what to do, and when it didn't show up 5 business later, they are shipping a new one out. They were so speedy and responsive and absolutely wonderful to work with. So glad I upgraded my subscription and continue to support this wonderful company!

I received an email from fabfitfun saying there was a problem billing my card. I immediately knew what the issue was, went into my account and fixed it and then replied to the email to let them know I'd fixed the problem on my end. I figured the email sent to me was a computer generated email and didn't expect a reply. I was pleasantly surprised when minutes later I received a very pleasant response to my email saying they had received it and would bill my credit card again. Shortly after that I received yet another email saying that the billing was successful. It was nice to know that someone on the other end of these computer generated emails is actually looking at responses from their consumers. That is rare and I was pleased. Thanks to those emails and my ability to fix a mistake I'd made in not updating information on my end, there will be no disruption of service and my Spring box will arrive on time without issue. My daughter enrolled me with fit fab fun seasonal boxes. The first two boxes were fantastic the next three boxes failed in comparison. Majority of items for hair and asked her to cancel future orders. She did not and the next box I received was fantastic. Perhaps I will try a two more seasonal boxes an reasses then.

I never confirmed my box and they charged and started to ship anyways. When I asked to stop the process they refused and would not give me a refund. Customer service is quite literally the worst out there.

Ok so they are not perfect but no company is perfect. Mistakes happen. But the price for what you get is there. Most of the customer service agents are helpful and attentive. It makes me happy to get my boxes. I do not get presents. I'm a mother. I give gifts to everyone for birthdays and Christmas and other holidays. So when I get my boxes it's like getting gifts. I think everyone needs that once in a while, and FabFitFun has made a way to impact so many lives in a positive way. Not many businesses are able to be a profitable business and also be helping ppl. That's awesome.

I have to say they answered pretty quick even tho with the holidays being backed up they answered me as soon as they could they were fully detailed about everything about my questions all around just excellent service
I had a problem with FFF and was emailing them as it stated. After several emails, I noticed a random email started replying under the FFF letterhead. I immediately called them their response was " forget about it"... they accidently added a random email to our correspondence. That's not ok, because I gave them my friend's account Info and mine trying to resolve my issue... Just know your private info is not a priority with them and customer service is a JOKE!

I have been with Fabfitfun since 2018. They have definitely come a long way. I really like being able to choose all my items. Of course, I also like getting the occasional mystery box. Surprises can be fun! If I have to deal with customer service they are always friendly and helpful. They listen to ideas and complaints. I'm a big fff fan!

The product saved in my annual box were not the ones that I had originally picked. Joe is able to switch them back to my original options. And for that I appreciate him. As I am a first-time customer and I was kind of disappointed when I saw that.

This company has the worst customer experience, I've experienced. I used their link to refer a friend to their company because they offer a 15$ credit for referring a friend. If you use the link and your friend signs up you get a credit. I did all of those things but because my friend used a starter box first I did not get the credit. EVEN though she signed up using the link I sent to her. After chatting with multiple customer service representatives, they refused to honor their policy. They preferred to lose a customer than give me a 15$ credit that I earned. Ridiculous

There were only a few times I have had an issue and they were quick and efficient in solving the problem! I always love my boxes, even the one time I accidentally missed the customization. It was still a great box.

It's always fun to get a box of goodies! Most products I was happy about, every now and then I would get something that was underwhelming or low quality, but overall I've been pleased. It's hard to please everyone!

I was not aware the Free Starter Boxes to send to my friends have an expiration date of 7 days after receiving the email. I created a live chat & the representative (Simon) had brought that to my attention. & also sent an email to the appropriate dept. requesting sending me 3 Starter boxes. He was expedient, compassionate & professional.

Fab Fit Fun is an amazing service especially for Moms who don't have the ability or time to spend hours shopping. It's my guilty pleasure, I have an annual membership because it gives me something to look forward to each season. And sometimes I even forget that I have a box coming my way, so when it arrives with all the goodies inside, I feel like a kid on Christmas Morning!

I enjoy my boxes that I received. But i wish there was a way to get reminders to pick some items. Or have a questionnaire to allow us to inform you what it is that we like. To pick better choices for us. Like i would have enjoyed the personal blender( smoothies are life) or the wine cup instead of aloe vera sun burn treatment or dry shampoo. Just a suggestion and examples. Other than that I love my boxes.
