I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I recently found myself super happy with subscriptions so I tried FabFitFun. Save yourselves! The items they send aren't the ones you choose for the most part, and what you do choose is as bad... all items received were Dollar Store Quality at best. Their $300 "Value" claim would be laughable, if it wasn't money wasted. Really, truly... avoid this one. Or buy mine for $5. I won't be using it anyway!
Well, once again I'm completely disappointed and feel like the boxes are getting worse. My daughter and I used to look forward to this box like it was Christmas. I have been a member for three years. I just canceled my membership. I feel like the stuff they are sending is cheap and doesn't even go with the theme of fall. There wasn't anything pumpkin or orange in the box. The scarf feels nice but the fuzz balls are everywhere. I can't even talk about the jewelry holder how ridiculous it is. Cottonelle toilet wipes? Serious? Save your money ladies, there are so many other subscription boxes out there. With the competition so strong, I would think that this company would step up their game but it just looks like they have lost interest. Spending my money somewhere else.

My first box(summer 2020) was awesome, but the Winter 2020 box I just received wasn't worth the subscription price! Really people if I wanted a candle and bath salts, I'd run to any store. Expectations for a subscription box is held to a better standard. If this were a gift, I'd take it back and return it! The entire contents, which wasn't much, felt cheap and thrown in at last moment.
Personally I'm scared of getting junk again and considering canceling by boxes in the future.
Guess thats how their company gets you: 1st box awesome then pressure with constant emails to up your subscription to a higher level but when a customer doesn't they send stuff you'd get at a local wal greens.

I was sent an email to let me know my order had shipped on June 9th, and was given a tracking number. It took a week for it to leave the warehouse and now hasn't been updated since, so I have no idea where my box is. 17 days later and I still don't have it.
Hey Rianne! Shipping usually takes 7-10 business days in the US and 7-14 business days to Canada. If you're in the US and it shipped 6/9 you should have received it by 6/23 and by 6/29 if you're in CA. As someone else wrote, the 1st couple of boxes were cool but now - it is stuff I wouldn't think of buying. Lots of regifting to be had in the last box. What happened to the cool magazine with the description of the items? No longer there. Reusable cup, blah. Electric toothbrush - great for when we have a guest. Socks - useable. Shower gel - nasty coconut smell. The balm in a tube barely comes out. The cutting board - re-gift. In a year, the only item worth anything was a scarf for winter. Can't wait for this subscription to expire. Thank goodness I didn't give a subscription to any family or friends as a gift. So embarrassing.

I'm so tired of FFF. Their shipping and customer support is terrible. Packages never ship even after a tracking number is sent. (I've had this issue 4times in the past 18 months) Items purchased sometimes never ship at all. And customer support is slow to respond with help. Good luck getting you emailed answered! I emailed then 5 times, days apart, for help with no response. So then I tried live chat, and the Live chats isn't much better. For an annual member who pays for the entire year up front this is definitely not a positive experience. I'm stuck battling FFF for the products I've already paid for, and wasting my valuable time trying to get things shipped (or refunded when it's add ons that never ship)

I was in the hospital, therefore I was not able to access my fab fit fun account. I missed my add on window. I emailed FFF and Eliza responded to me almost immediately and on top of that, she offered me a small bonus gift. I am very pleased with FFF customer service. You are awesome!

I have loved FFF for years but I have had serious issues the past two cycles. First, they never shipped my items I spent an hour shopping for. I waited a month and assumed it was coming because it takes them a month to ship anything anyways.
Now,
I just get a bill and they've added to my bill. For things I did NOT authorize. How many times can a company try to fraudulently charge you and skimp you of your items? They said they've moved to a new "distribution center" so they're experiencing delays as a customer, I do not care. Figure it out. Clearly you didn't do you will be losing me as a customer. After two years I am done with this company

I have brought my daughter a fffun yearly sub. In 2019 and she loved it. I tried another sub. Box last year and decided to go with FFF again. However it is difficult to find a resolve regarding an inability to login, even with changing my password it still spits it out. Plus I wanted to use a different email rather than the original business one, but they had issues with getting that to work. As mentioned now I cant get into my account to select membership picks or to order add on's, so I missed the cut off times! Spoke to 3 different representatives including supervisor and still have no resolve going on 2 weeks later. Other than that, my daughter enjoy the boxes.
Thank you I've been requesting to speak with someone for sometime now. At least a month or 2. If I indeed get a call today that would be amazing. Customer Service? I think they should try it or close up shop.
Did not take them long to charge my Visa, but still have not received Winter box.
I sure hope they have a happy holiday... they need one to reflect on who their customers are.

Purchased a six-pack of Bathorium bath salts in a sale...only recieced one package. Used the automated reporting system and very quickly was contacted by Jack, who gave me a credit for an upcoming sale. Quite pleased with ease and speed. Was dreading having to report issue but this was surprisingly simple and quick.

For some reason the app kept telling me that there was a problem with my card on file. I tried multiple times to re-enter the number on the app and it kept saying my information was invalid even though it was not. I called customer service and the staff member was able to fix my issue and was very prompt and courteous.

I was excited to get my first few boxes of Fab Fit Fun. Each box had something new and useful! I'm going into my second year and this I feel like they repeat items during certain seasons. I certainly don't need any more mod cloths. I had 2 boxes arrive that weren't complete & I had little to no luck getting replacement it's or a credit on my account.
Love the hair And beauty products. But I feel like they need to change things up to keep consumers interested. Likely will be canceling my subscription soon.

Received a box last year as a gift from a friend. In the box was basically junk... a JUMP ROPE (?) that looks like it came from a dollar store, a bottle of nail polish that also looks like it came from a dollar store (horrible quality) a SUPPOSED rose gold heart shaped necklace with a SUPPOSED tiny, tiny, tiny speck of a sapphire in it, a 16 oz container of protein milk, a $20 shoptiques git card, a tiny tube of a no name brand eye cream and a decent bottle of hair repair spray that i would actually buy. Oh and ear buds, like who doesn't already own a pair? And this is supposed to be worth $200 of products? I think not. And to boot, i really didn't wear this necklace as it A) not really my style and B) seemed very cheap looking... the tiny speck of a sapphire fell out after only wearing it a handful of times... CHEAP. Will not be buying nor recommending this subscription box to anyone ever. Waste of money. Shame on this company for saying $200 worth of products.

The items in this box were at the time curated from a collection of member favorites. The nail polish in the box was by Zoya who were the first to remove toxic ingredients such as toluene, camphor, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin and DBP from its formulations. I received from a friend a free trial box where I had to pay $5 for shipping and it was a 21-day trial after which I would automatically be renewed for the Summer 2018 box. My box arrived AFTER the 21-day trial period. I thought the box was meh - not for me. I had to fight with a customer service rep to get the auto renew charge that was on my credit card refunded. I hope this isn't their practice -- shipping trial boxes so that they arrive after the 21-day trial period ends cause if it is that is very dishonest.

I started getting Fab Fit Fun when it was pretty new. They have come very far as a subscription service. I love the new options to customize boxes and also add on additional products. I probably use about 80 percent of what comes in my boxes. Customer service is always great. My only complaint is that some of the items seem cheap- like jewelry that discolors after a few wearings. Overall I am happy.

At first the boxes were great. I would get a great selection of products. Then I stopped receiving the emails to customize my box that was up for delivery. I started noticing at that time that they just threw a box together getting doubles of a couple products. At this time I was going to give them one more chance. Well guess what... the fall box SUCKED. I did not get to customize and they raked the bottom of the tote to fill my box. I immediately cancelled my subscription. When I tried to let customer service know why I canceled my complaints were ignored. I am very disappointed in this company. Like most companies it seems they have gotten greedy with increased business. Shame on them.

Received my summer box today that was filled with wonderful items! Unfortunately one of the products was damaged during shipment. I contacted Fabfit. Their representative, Aryana was so nice. I didn't love my first box at all! I got a sweater or wrap I'm not sure that could fit three of me... advertised as one size fits all. Is there such a thing? I also got a cheese board... does anyone use those anymore? Then I got some sticky gel called glow drops, a body soufflé that makes St. Ives seems luxurious, an orange lip gloss that is cute but that's all and some no name brand biore strips. Such a disappointment. I thought I'd get some good tips but instead got cheap products.

This is the worst $40 I have ever spent! I got nothing useful! A plastic jumprope, earbuds (who doesn't already have them?), ugly nail polish, a cheap gold dipped necklace, a bottled milkshake, some cheap hair conditioner, some eye cream I already tried (probably the last time I wasted money on this box) that does nothing, and a "gift card" for $25 where everything is $100. There is no way this garbage adds up to $200 or $250 as they claim! Don't waste your money! I'm just glad I got $10 off and didn't waste $50 on this box of random crap! Never again!
I'm a little bit bummed about fff spring box to get an item that don't work now I have to wait 3 weeks for replacement (Glo device). Did not like 5 out of 8 items from my box doesn't cut it, also not having enough items for your customers at customization time that is not cool especially if you're an annual member. Hoping summer box is better

Not happy with your shipping partner Pitney Bowes. My package had a estimated delivery date of 11/23/20. Last tracking I can find is in Indiana at one of there partner facilities. Been there since 11/21/20. I did over $500 in add ons. I'm a annual subscriber. If this keeps up I will cancel and warn others. I did enjoy getting my boxes but now you have to wonder if they'll arrive. Looked at the BBB web site and they have 100s of complaints about Pitney Bowes and give the same generic copy paste answer to all complaints

Just cancelled my subscription after getting this Spring box. What a bunch of junk. Make-up pads made in China that were padded rounds of fake fur, I'm not sure if they were to take make up off or put it on - either way, junk. Hair clips that were cute but completely unusable to anyone with thicker hair, junk; a clear plastic make up organizer (?) that was 6 inches by 8 inches with tiny cubes - what am I going to organize in that? Junk. Flavored floss? WTF? Junk. And the packing cubes were the biggest junk of all - they were MAYBE 2 inches thick - what am I going to pack in these stupid things? One sweater? There is other junk - but these were the highlights. JUNK JUNK JUNK. DO NOT bother.
