I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I didn't love my first box at all! I got a sweater or wrap I'm not sure that could fit three of me... advertised as one size fits all. Is there such a thing? I also got a cheese board... does anyone use those anymore? Then I got some sticky gel called glow drops, a body soufflé that makes St. Ives seems luxurious, an orange lip gloss that is cute but that's all and some no name brand biore strips. Such a disappointment. I thought I'd get some good tips but instead got cheap products.
I just received my very first FFF box. It is the winter box. I LOVE it! I ordered it because my very favorite Kate Somerville product was in there. And the price of that alone is $75.00. I paid $39.99 for the entire box of full sized products! And they are all items I.ve been using!
About their customer service... when I opened my box I noticed a perfume smell. So I started pulling items out of the box. Grabbed the pillow spray and it was leaking on to some of the products. Most items were protected from it. I wanted to let the company know. I sent them a message on FB. They replied very quickly. Less than 12 hours. I told them the items that were damaged. And they said they would replace them all, including the leaking pillow spray! They even asked what color on one item. They were very understanding. And apologetic. And to replace the items was beyond my expectations! Hassle free resolution! Thank you for your great customer service! Cant wait to get the next box!

I love the box and the add on/edit sales. I have been on the 'community' part of the website and am not impressed. The participants act like whiny, entitled little kids most of the time. There is bullying of other members and 'clicks' of members who make the rest of the community unwelcome. I stay for the products, which are an amazing deal. I will never go back to the 'community' page again though.
I saw a charge on my credit card and called and hung up because I figured it out.
They called back from my missed call?!
And the girl was very sweet to my daughter who was screaming into the phone with excitement!

I received my FFF box, which was AWESOME! BUT... my "Fatboy" shampoo and conditioner had leaked inside the plastic bag they were (thankfully) packed in. I took a couple of quick pics before cleaning them up and contacted FFF right away. Sandy from their team got back to me in a very timely manner and solved my problem. A quite a bit of product had been lost and it was pretty messy. She is having replacements sent out.
I am happy to have it taken care of.

When I spoke to Nona I was confused about how the Fit Fab Fun program works. She was courteous knowledgeable patient and personable. I appreciate the service you offer, the products are a great value and having good customer service reps is the reason why I might end up signing up for annual. It's has been amazing overall! I love this subscription. The product ls are super useful and fun. Have had to reach out to customer service only once and my issues was resolved in 2 days and the customer service rep was amazing!
I placed an order on 10/27/2022. It sat until I emailed fabfitfun on 11/6/2022 because absolutely nothing had happened. My order likely would have just sat forever, instead it shipped on 11/8/2022 and I received a response on 11/9/2022. This is shady.

My package was lost by the post office, from the website I was able to start a chat and the rep was very efficient and he didn't make me answer a million dumb questions, just looked it up himself and fixed it!
My advice would be subscribe for the first for five months and then quit, because it goes straight downhill from there. The longer you're with them the less you get. I know because I have been with them for about four years.
I don't understand why it takes so long to ship the box after my card is charged. It is now the 17th and my box still hasn't shipped even though my card was charged on the 1st. I don't know if it is because the increased volume of business has outpaced the growth of their staff or what, but there is no excuse for this level of inefficiency in the year 2018.

I ordered and paid for my box a month ago! I called yesterday guess what it should ship within 2 more weeks... Are you kidding me such crap I am so frustrated with this company. So itll be 6 weeks hopefully before my box even ships if it does than. I just dont seem to understand a company that knows how big they are! And promotes like crazy isnt prepared to ship orders. Thanks I will have my summer box in fall your company is great NOT!

FFF charged my credit card a month ago and i am still waiting for my box. Their shipping went from bad to terrible and their customer service is terrible. Each communication i have with customer service they change the shipping information and tell me that the shipping dates they provided me are incorrect. I would not recommend them. I know a number of customers this season who are reporting the company as credit card fraud.

I canceled my subscription in 2019. Found out today that they have shipped two (2) boxes to an address that I have not lived at in over 2 years. The CC agent was great, but what it really comes down to: If I have not received anything since Fall 2019 - how can I have an active membership that charges and ships (to the old address) in 2021. After 2 years... how was my account not "actually closed".
Sadly - I canceled this service after receiving the first box of overrated products. Came back to haunt me 2 years later... hope it is done now.
$70.00 later - but I have documentation now that my account is closed and all of the "Memberships" are canceled. Buyer beware.

So here's the update. FabFitFun contacted me and made things right after I wrote the bad review. They refunded me the money they charged me, and I finally received the Spring Box today that replaced the original Editor's Box they were supposed to send me. They even credited me 1/2 the amount for the upcoming Summer Box, but I couldn't see any credit on my account. So all in all, yes they made things right, but I just can't trust that something like this won't happen again. I love the concept, but until they can get a smoother running system I won't be renewing.

I attempted to order the Editor's Box and the coupon code was not working - I contact customer service and they gave me a (supposed) correct code. Well it was the wrong code and even though they originally charged me for the Editor's Box, they then credited me $20 and ordered me a Starter Box - all of this without communication. When I received my box it had a card for the Editor's Box saying everything that was in it, which was incorrect since they sent me the Starter box. I would never have chosen to order the Starter box. When I contacted customer service she was all over the place quoting me incorrect dates etc. I asked for her to have a supervisor to call me and a "supervisor" showed up on the chat. They said they were all out of Editor's Boxes and would send me a Spring Box. I assumed it would be at no charge, but they charged me the full amount and it showed up in my bank account this morning. I will be cancelling as soon as I receive my box - don't trust the customer service. They don't know what they are doing!

Here's my story, I'm a first time subscriber and let me tell you... their customer service is amazing! Their products are amazing as well but it's their promptness and easy way to reach customer service without waiting to here a response back is what makes it more personable. Every issue I had, a representative was able to help right away! Thank you so much for that. Back to the products, you can pick 3-5 items of your choice every quarter. Products are top notch! My Spring Box unfortunately didn't get delivered due to unknown reasons and so they sent a replacement right away. I received it within the 2 week timeline I was advised about, and actually came in very quickly!
Then, an item unfortunately had leaked on the entire bottle and through the packaging. I wrote to customer care right away and Adam C. Was super helpful and kind. He is sending a replacement item. Even though I haven't had much luck with this Spring Box, FFF and their amazing professional staff have been wonderful and providing me with a positive experience! Thank you so kindly!

Whenever I have any issues with my shipments, FFF has always always made it right. I will remain a loyal subscriber because of this and the variety of products I can try for a very low introductory price. Things I may never know about or think to try. I have found some wonderful products this way. The customers service is the best that I have had to deal with.

This company will not allow you to delete your credit card information yourself. They sent me items I did not buy or choose and charged me. I had to contact customer support more than once for resolution. This company is scammy.
When I first joined, I looked forward to the box options. Choosing was tough because I wanted it all. The last 2 boxes have been the absolute opposite. I hope the next box gets better or it will be my last!
On the plus side, FFF's customer service is the best! They go above and beyond to help.

I started FFF over 1 year ago, and loved it. Now I find myself waiting longer and longer for my boxes to ship. Most recently with the Spring 2018 box... I was billed on February 20th, as I ordered quite a few ad-ons. As of today, one month later, my account still says "awaiting shipment". In addition to this frustration, when I go on the website to search for customer care, the page comes up with an error message.

The box may be quoted as technically reaching a certain dollar amount per month in terms of total value, but in my experience the items included were from mostly unknown brands and felt cheap. I mean yeah you can have a pair of earrings that are "gold plated" but were totally made in china and rub off in a month, or you can just pay what that is worth without this box and actually not end up with a box of cheap crap that you only kinda want. Idk. I thought this would be a fun way to surprise myself each month with a self care item or others that maybe i hadn't picked out, but most of the stuff included are well marketed but low quality items. That sucks. Who cares what the actual "value" is when it looks like a bunch of crap when you receive it? Anyway, imho
