I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼‍ Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗

Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.

The box may be quoted as technically reaching a certain dollar amount per month in terms of total value, but in my experience the items included were from mostly unknown brands and felt cheap. I mean yeah you can have a pair of earrings that are "gold plated" but were totally made in china and rub off in a month, or you can just pay what that is worth without this box and actually not end up with a box of cheap crap that you only kinda want. Idk. I thought this would be a fun way to surprise myself each month with a self care item or others that maybe i hadn't picked out, but most of the stuff included are well marketed but low quality items. That sucks. Who cares what the actual "value" is when it looks like a bunch of crap when you receive it? Anyway, imho

I find it a great deal and look forward to my box every time it comes. I am glad it isn't monthly as that would be a bit too much spoiling. :) I have had to contact customer service and they were great. I feel like it's a great value!

Very good conversation answered my questions Seems like an awesome product, The rating was 4 stars as Ali mislead the product saying you could choose 8 items she didn't say there was a catch for that I was very disappointed. I ordered the first shipment if I am un happy I will cancel future shipments.

I signed up and now being told I wont get a box until September yet they sure took my money! I called 3 times to resolve this and get nowhere. I have no idea if or when I will get the box. I wish I knew before signing up!

I placed my order, and thought i was told the box would ship soon. As time goes by, i have, as of now, i have already received 2 emails from you, with out of stock items, and offer me items i do not want. I have contacted customer service, and they have been very helpful. But i am frustrated that the items i chose are no longer available, and no one can tell me exactly when it will ship. As of now, i am very wary of what i will be getting, if it is things i can use, and have no idea what i am paying for it anymore.

I had a good experience on the customer care portal with FFF. But needed a place to point out that the shipping company Grand Husky is not up to par with what I would expect from FFF. I am almost done with my second annual subscription and until Grand Husky, never had any issues with shipping. So far with two experiences with them, one box was lost and had to be replaced and the second is still in limbo after receiving a notification on 2/16 with my tracking number. Delivery date on their site says 2/27, but today is 3/2 and still no box or updates on the tracking. FFF would be much better off ditching these smaller shipping companies and sticking with Fed-ex.

I gave FabFitFun 5 stars not only because I absolutely love everything about the box, but they have amazing customer service. There have been 2 times I have had an issue with my boxes, and both times their customer service immediately fixed the problem either by crediting my account or replacing the items. I will be a FabFitFun customer for life!

I got my first box about 10 days ago, and I'm impressed! The tote bag is really nice; great for work. I also got the set of towels (meh), a teapot, which is really cute, but I don't drink hot tea, but will make a great Christmas swap gift, a Beauty Blender ( that alone is worth $15), 2 charcoal masks which are awesome, some body wash which I love, a nice big umbrella that would have cost $20 at Target, and the huge tube of moisturizer, which is fabulous. I was able to personalize it to a degree; I chose the bag over the makeup brushes because I have too many brushes already from my Ipsy subscription, and I chose the umbrella over a pair of earbuds that I would never use. I hope the next one for winter is as nice!

After placing my order on June first a patiently waited until the last week of June excited for my box to ship out. Around mid week I didn't receive an email confirmation yet so I decided to chat in regarding this. I was told my box was waiting for a label... great! Until I receive an email the following week stating that their was a shortage with one of the items in the box and it has not yet shipped.

Their customer service has repeatedly lied to me and I don't even want this box anymore. I wish I could cancel the box since it hasn't even shipped yet but apparently that's against their policy. Their rep then continued to offer me $10 in add ons or a free item in next seasons box to keep my membership. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. I don't even want this box anymore.

I received my spring box and was very happy with it. However I did order 2 Jose Eber products that I did not receive. I know on the description it is noted that it would be shipped directly from outside source. However, FFF is not able to find out an ETA of when customers will receive their items. They cannot even tell if it has been shipped at all. Doesn't make much sense to me.

I love everything about fab fit fun! I love the product they send and how you get to choose some of the options. I like the discount codes they provide because i can try it out and if I like it I get a discount. The thing I love the most is the variety of items they send, it goes from makeup, to skin care to even house hold or fashion! I consider it's well balanced I always look forward to what I'll get on the next seasonal box

I got my spring box a few months ago, and I must say, and I was not super thrilled with it, however, I gave it one more chance, because I really liked the possibilities for the summer box. It shipped weeks ago and got lost in the mail somehow. I've been trying to email customer service for over a week now, and have been asked by them to "wait". How long should I wait? I reached out again, and was told that they will mail a replacement to me, but, asked for a new address. I don't want to give a new address. I want it to come to where I asked for it to be mailed to begin with. Not good at all. I feel like I will never receive my box, and I'm sorry, but, $50 is $50. Not cheap. I used to get ipsy bags, and had a WAY better experience with them.

The anticipated spring box went missing with the delivery company. I had a substitute box offered however the value of the substitute box went down dramatically as 4 of the 6 items were no longer available leaving me with choices I had rejected initially ie: birthday cake candle, silicone baking cups, fragile water carafe, and one other that I can't remember. These items were on the low end of the selections.
The add ons also had problems, the wooden fruit bowl arrived broken, the tennis bracelet broke in one wearing, certainly not anywhere near the said value of@100. As of yesterday the situation has been resolved with FFF and I coming to an agreement with a refund for the broken items. As far as the poor quality items substituted for the higher value selections in the box itself, I will have to just accept and write off the experience.

First, I got lucky - I got to try Fab Fit Fun half off because they did a Leap Year special a year and a half ago. I loved my first box so much that I immediately signed up to be a Select Member. When my year subscription came up, I signed up again & I will be doing so for a 3rd run. My boyfriend laughed at me with my last box, he said "you act like it's Christmas!" Because I do. Being a select member means I get to choose the variation of some of my items (which I love!) but Fab Fit Fun has done a great job at picking high quality items that I use in my everyday life. It forces me to try new styles, makeup & brands. I have found some really great products that I love too. :)

Fabfitfun is the first subscription box that I've tried. I joined in winter 2020 and it's been terrific! Quality selections and a reasonable shipping schedule. I've tried a couple other boxes, but fff is the only one I feel offers value, great customer service and a nice variety of products.

Great service and great products but starting to get too expensive especially for Canadians. High shipping costs for us and exchange rate make it not affordable. May have to cancel after this. I would be sad to cancel but might not have a choice.
