I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I emailed after having signed up for the annual subscription and then realized I'd missed the special annual subscribers customization and add-on dates. Not willing to leave it all to chance, I was bummed, but figured I'd just have to cancel or pause and start some other time. And it's taken me a long time to sign up this time. Maybe that would be a year again when I got around to it. What I didn't expect was Celeste, her fast and very personal/kind email back, as well as the offer to put in my customization requests by hand for me to keep me on. Whhhaaaaaattt? Where does that even happen any more? So so so nice. And so rare. It makes me really excited to subscribe to this company.
My order did not arrive. Says it did but may have stolen since I recently moved and was not there when it was dropped off. Replacing my order after we looked for a week and still not hits on where or who has it.

I had accidentally signed up to yearly and got charged so was panicking, sent an email to customer services to explain what I had done... it was no bother to the customer service assistant who helped me out fully. Very good customer service A

Fabfitfun is the first subscription box that I've tried. I joined in winter 2020 and it's been terrific! Quality selections and a reasonable shipping schedule. I've tried a couple other boxes, but fff is the only one I feel offers value, great customer service and a nice variety of products.

I didnt get to pick any items for my summer box and wasnt even aware I was signed up for it until my card was charged 60$ I had only signed up for the editors box and I got lip stain and gloss and I dont even wear gloss or lipstick. The eye mask seems decent but not worth 60$ for what I got and will never use including the towel wrap for wet hair. What a waste of money and when trying to speak to customer service they just put you on hold for 20 min.

It happens. Sometimes a product you buy unexpectedly stops working. This happened to me and I though for sure I was out of options because it was already past any normal return policy. I was happily mistaken! FFF refunded my order without any questions. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you I will definitely be a customer for a lot longer!

I'm a 53 year old woman who owns a new restaurant. I treat myself to nothing because I'm always so broke and take terrible care of myself these days. I love my FFF boxes. Prior to the restaurant, I had a great job that paid great money. I bought anything I wanted and tried many new products. FFF boxes allow me to try amazing new trends treating my skin, my body and my mind! Thank you for this service! I literally find it healing and refreshing. I had reached out because i signed up for the annual membership the day after customization ended. I was asking if my customization would just happen with the seasonal memberships. Chase exceeded my expectations when he responded and allowed me to choose my customizations.

I just spent way too much time via chat trying to understand why I couldn't customize a box as a new customer. I was very frustrated and asked the agent to cancel my FUTURE orders, but he ended up cancelling the box I had just purchased too. When I told him the mistake he had made, he said he could just charge me again for the box. I wasn't willing to let them charge me twice for 1 order. The supervisor I spoke to didn't read the full conversation I had with the previous agent and did not understand why I was even frustrated in the first place. What an annoying, inefficient, and time-consuming encounter. Their advertising is so misleading, as they promote that you can customize your boxes. It turns out, new customers don't have this privilege, and even existing customers only have a short window in which they can customize. If it looks too good to be true, it's because it is.

I received the wrong item in my box. I reached out via chat and offered to send back incorrect item for correct one. I was told I didn't need to but the correct item will be sent out. It was relatively quick and happy to have all the items I was looking forward to getting and appreciate the customer service!

Signed up on 9/22 for VIP subscribers. Was told by Jennifer to choose my scarf color (blush) beanie color (blush) lip color (fig & rose), etc., and that she would personally pack my box and ship it out. 10/14 & still no box! They say it shows delivered but that maybe it is at someone else's house?! What? I asked for proof of delivery so that I could go pick it up & they have none. Their response was, "wait 5 days because it might show up!" So unprofessional. Very disappointing. Every time I reach out to them, I receive the same silly scripted reply... it takes 10 days. Your goodies are on the way! I promise you, that if I do not have a box here by next Saturday with all of my choices that were promised to me by Jennifer, I am contacting my credit card company & filing a claim for non receipt of goods & then I am contacting the BBB.

Contacted C/S so they would work with FedEx. They got right in it. Turns out the person the package was delivered to in error brought it to me. Wasn't even a close address! C/S made sure all was well and were thankful for my reporting the issue.

Analyn calmed me down and assured me she would follow through. I save up just to be able to get my fab fit fun box. As a single mom it's hard and I look forward to my box. It's my mommy treat to myself and the delivery company Lasership treats my boxes with such disrespect. I really appreciate the time Analyn took to listen, research the problem and said she would follow up. I was about to cancel my whole subscription until speaking with her. She truly a valuable employee.

I have reached out many times regarding questions, my FFF box, or an issue. Every person has been polite, efficient, and prompt. This is very rare for a company dealing with so many customers. They have always answered my questions or resolved an issue to my satisfaction.

Customer service is very nice, but I'm growing more and more frustrated. I paid the annual fee already and I have nothing to show for it. My 1st winter box was shipped 100miles away from my address, 2nd winter box has yet to be delivered and it was shipped Jan 31. This company needs to use a different shipping method, we are not delivering mail by horseback anymore.

I was trying to customize my order but really messed up and added 2 add ons instead. Being on a fixed income i really couldn't afford the extra amount. I replied to an email with my situation and Dorothy corrected my mistake fast and friendly. Super job

I purchased an add on to my box. It definitely wasn't the product for me. I sent an email asking if anyone else complained about the scent. They responded very fast it was a Sunday. They resolved the issue by giving me a nice credit. Thank you Fab Fit and fun for keeping it Fab.

Very simple and effective communication. Quick and painless resolution while displaying a genuine empathy for the situation. My robe was missing its belt, and they offered to send a replacement robe without the hassle of shipping the one that was originally sent back to them. There weren't a million questions asked and I appreciate the single communication resolve. Can't even tell you how happy I am with FFF's customer service! Out of my 8 subscription boxes FFF is always the one I look forward to because they have the best items... wish that there was a monthly box!

I've only had to contact customer service for 2 issues. Both were resolved quickly (once the long wait was over while in the queque) by fff agents. Friendly, efficient, and helpful. My questions were answered and a resolution to my damaged item was satisfactory. I'm fairly new to fff and I think they are doing a fantastic job. These times are difficult for many of us and anywhere we can receive a ray of sunshine is a welcomed thing. I look forward to my boxes and items coming in the mail and I love being able to try "new to me" products and brands. I've only received a small handful of items I ordered that I didn't like, but have found several brands/items that are now going to be staples for me. The community boards have been great and I feel the positivity from them.

I missed my customization for the first tine and looked at what was automatically selected and was so disappointed. I contacted customer service by chat feeling like if they couldn't do anything that maybe it was tine to end the subscription. The CSR was Nico and while he confirmed that it was too late to customize the box as it's has already been sent, he offered me a great consolation prize without me even having to ask. I was very impressed and delighted with this and left the call happier then ever with my FFF membership!
Ordered on Dec 1st and didnt even ship until the 15th! Now 22 days later, it seems I won't get this box in time to give as a gift for Christmas. Highly disappointed and would have never ordered had I known this would be the outcome. Totally unacceptable!

I have been a loyal anual member of FFF since the fall of 2017 and look forward to receiving my box every season! I Love all the sales they have in between seasons too. Also their customer service department is amazing in solving any issue you might have.

I did not receive the Bear Paw gloves and ear muff set I was told was included with the Winter 2018 box. This is the last straw! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. That was the main item I really wanted. Caveat Emptor!
I love picking out my products, this month I had several issues with items being picked for me but customer service resolved this issue for me, hopefully, I'll see when my box comes in. The first few months the items you could pick from were amazing but it does seem like the items aren't as good as they were in the beginning.
