I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
More often than not these days you send an inquiry to the "contact us" and wait and wait for no response. Not only did I hear back within 24 hrs. But I got a followup to the response email to make sure I had seen it and had a chance to reply. The experience ended up being honestly one of the best resolutions to an issue. I definitely feel like a valued member of fff.
I always enjoy getting a new box. I'm always pleasantly surprised at all the items & how much I like them/how much I get introduced to things I didn't even know I needed! Also there's always a few items that I've been wanting to get but haven't splurged on - but y'all put them in there. So much fun, such a good deal!

I absolutely love FabFitFun! They are slower to ship than some, but the products are amazing and full sized! Plus they have amazing sales! I researched all the products they have sent me and know the prices that they quote are right on target! I don't give many reviews and never give negative feedback, so I can honestly say this beauty subscription and boxycharm are the ones that I will always choose!

I wonder if anyone really receives the box they ordered. I ordered the Summer Box - was told that it sold out the day before and FFF substituted the "Editor's Box" which was filled with junk. I have been trying to contact customer service - which seems to be over worked. Two weeks of no response. Finally today I hear back from them. They are not at all concerned about having unhappy customers. Seems like "bait & switch" to me. Now I have a box of junk that I will never use - I received a "hand ball" which they are calling a "trigger point massage ball" LOL and a towel - WTF! Shame on me for falling for it. If it sounds too good to be true - It is! Don't fall for it - save your money.

I had subscribed because of all the rage. Then I quickly cancelled my subscription after visiting this site. I had read that Canadian subscribers didn't get the same items, or even the same amount, as the US customers. I couldn't cancel my editors box, but didn't continue on with the other boxes. Well, I feel like such a loser reading these "disappointed" reviews. I received my editors box a few days ago, and am so pleased with ALL the items I got. SO pleased, I have renewed my subscription! Thank you FabFitFun for introducing me to new products. I can't wait to receive the spring box!

I have paid for the subscription, purchased add-ons, as well as other items sold over the last few months. I realized I was not receiving my box about three weeks after I should have and wrote them an email since I couldn't find a number to call. That's when I get an email stating they had an issue getting an item that was supposed to be in my box and the add-on order was missing an item. I would've been fine with a substitution, credit for the missing item just to get my box on time. This would be my very first box from here and the first impression of this company is far from ideal. My frustration just continues to build as the days go by work no box or email with updates.

I'm so beyond disappointed with my FFF this season. I was so excited for all my add ons and have been waiting so patiently to receive - consistently received emails regarding items I paid for being out of stock. Not to mention my box is two weeks late now. So outrageous. While I typically rave about FFF - I wouldn't recommend this to anyone after the experience I've had. Such a waste.

Their customer service is great. I'd know, because I had to contact them twice. Once to confirm that they had actually cancelled my subscription because I never received an email and my account appeared to be paused, not cancelled. And then a second time when I never received my add on item. I was informed that because I cancelled before the next box went out, I would not be getting the item. Which is fine, but this was stated nowhere on the site that I could find, and if I hadn't taken the initiative to contact them, they likely would have kept my money without ever letting me know or sending me the item I paid for. This seems incredibly shady. I was considering reactivating my account eventually, but I will never deal with them again. I can't trust them.

The products are beautiful and useful. The customer service is outstanding. I had an issue with a box getting lost in the mail and within 3 days they had refunded the add ons and sent another box. They're quick and polite.

I initially was going to cancel my subscription but decided to try one more year. Sadly my boxes are not cultivated as well as they used to be to my liking. I'm getting a lot of the same things again and again even with the customization options. Same products repeatedly. Also seems the number of customization and products have gone down in quality as well as the number of items. What happened?

Ordered the boxes for a Christmas gift had a hard time adding the correct state and zip code for the recipient never received a confirmation on the corrected address. There also was no way that i could send a gift card.

Got my starter box extremely fast. Only paid $5 for the shipping because my wonderful friend who was already a customer sent me a code. And the products in the starter box are to die for. I loved how quick the box got to me once I ordered. I loved the fun colors. I loved the magazine inside that showed beautiful girls but not fake lookin girls. The front cover had a girl with her natural hair and her gap teeth and she was gorgeous. Makes me feel like I could be on the magazines cover too. This product is made for women!

Once again I was not notified of customization. This is getting old. I love the boxes when I can customize, but there is not one thing I like in the box being sent to me. I will not renew my subscription.

Got the Kate Spade sunglasses I. The spring box. First time I wore them the are fell off the frame. It came apart from the weld. I was given a $10 credit. Was very disappointed the quality from Kate spade and will no longer buy their products.

I had to call in the payment details on my credit card because it wasn't working properly. It turned out the expiration date was incorrect. Your snowbirds have a bit of an issue with the shipping on this edit. I do anyway. I leave SC the end of April and am concerned that my box will not arrive before I leave. I didn't know where to ship. She was unable to help me with this so we are hoping for the best.

Winter pop-ups ordered two platinum boxes and a mystery box. In all my boxes received the same items only a couple of difference. Call Fab fit fun and they gave me a credit. Although I appreciate the credit I really would like to have some of the items that were in the winter box. But with my credit I'll be able to get some other good items thank you so much fab fit fun. You guys are the best love fab fit fun.

I wanted to buy a box subscription as a gift for my niece. The website does not have a gift option. I had to call customer service to send enter her address. It would be much more convenient to be able to do this right from the website.

I received my Winter Box and it has everything that I had requested. The Robe is so soft, the vanity mirror is awesome and just what I needed. The cutting boards are very handy. I have dry thick hair and the Hair Masque is wonderful. I got 2 extra things instead of 3 as it stated but they were items that I'll gift to my daughter in law. She loves scrunchies n has long hair. All of it was excellent even though I was one item short. This is my 2nd box and so far I've been delighted with everything.

I usually dread having to deal with customer service and usually prepare myself to have auto reply responses only when online. I have reached out a couple of times to FFF due to errors on my side and am always so delighted when I get a personable, timely reply with an actual solution better than I could have dreamed. Received a defective Deux Lux Demi Backpack. I sent a pic and reached out to their customer service department. I received a response immediately after! They let me know they were sending out a replacement immediately. I was super shocked and surprised by the response time and resolution time. I love FabFitFun and will continue to support and refer to them as long as I can! Great job y'all!

While on vacation my husband unknowingly drug my favorite tote on the ground, I have used everyday since I got it. It was shredded. I reached out to fff's customer service, the rep I had took the time to see if he could locate another I could purchase to replace my poor destroyed bag. Unfortunately fff no longer had any in stock. He instead gave me $10 credit which I truly appreciated to help replace it. I have not always had such amazing service. He alone restored my faith in fff and ill be renewing my subscription for another year.

I signed up for this service finally after an advertisement that said you would get a cooler in the summer box if you sign up now. I've thought about trying out Fav Fit Fun before but nothing's ever drawn me in before. The cooler seemed really cute and fun for the summer. There wasn't a way to double check it was part of the box for certain but the swipe up on Instagram said you would get one so I went through with it to only find out it's part of a customizable process. How would someone know that if they've never signed up for this before. Ridiculously false advertising from a company I would expect more from.
