I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I got amazing products that I love that I would not normally go to a store and buy on my own. This is a great way to treat my self to some nice products for affordable price! Or for any woman who has a hard time buying anything not in the clearance aisle when it is for themselves
As a Select Member, I wrote in to inquire if they sent an email about customizing because I didn't recall getting one. She let me me know one was sent and when and that it may have been may have gone to my Spam. Regardless, Zam offered me the opportunity to select (2) additional items since I missed out on the chance to customize my box. I certainly didn't expect that response since the box I received was already so amazing. It's service like this that FFF will keep me as a customer. Thank you!

I ordered extra items and got online early to customize my box I didn't receive the items I paid extra for or my customization and this was the fall box which after many emails just received nov 17 and your rep canceled my subscription on his own instead of helping me

I love FFF, it's been a great experience. Loving all my things I've picked out,as well as the extra surprises that are added to the seasonal boxes! I needed to cancel my shipments as luck of funds re covid and no work. She was helpful was able to refund me for what I was charged with late yesterday and cancel that shipment. When I get back working again I will definitely be signing back up. Thanks again Zam!

I LOVE receiving my seasonal fff box! Fff gives me the opportunity to try new products that I never would have tried or paid full price for. There have been products I love that I end up purchasing when I'm out because I can't live without them. My skin has never been better! I also love that I can do add ons and get products I've been wanting try at super low prices!

I enjoy getting to try new products on a regular basis. I no longer have time to really research and purchase what I want. It feels like a pretty good deal but I have a hard time with having to pick items when I don't want some categories. I really dislike receiving items that I don't care to have.

I had an issue after re activating my membership. I was not given the opportunity to select the items in the members box. I spoke with Eden who was very knowledgeable and resolved my issues and handled my concerns.

I received the wrong item in my fabfitfun winter box. I contacted the live chat line and they resolved the issue and promised to send me the correct item within 5 minutes. They were very professional, efficient and helpful.

I had sent an inquiry about my box not arriving. Kiana replied that it had been delivered (so she had looked into it without prompting) but she would replace it and the add ons. All without me having to say i've Been home, I always check my mail, etc etc. Other companies or reps would have put me through the wringer on whether it did or didn't arrive. And I would have been left with a bad taste in my mouth. But they didn't and i'm so impressed. Turned a negative into a positive.
My fall box arrived severely damaged. Ariel from customer service was very helpful. She took care of the situation efficiently and with empathy. I have been a member of FFF for many years and this was the first time I had to contact customer service. I was very impressed. The company really does take care of its members.

I missed my customization window for the first time ever - in the middle of the night I messaged Fab Fit Fun on FB. I doubted they would do anything but WOW! They sent me a photo of customization options and I replied with my choices and they got it done! What a great job. The first box was pretty good and the second was terrible only 1 item that could be used and the rest terrible. They sent a necklace that only a child would wear. I called to see if they could help me and all I was offered was $5.00. Too bad, I was happy with the 1st box and thought it would make a great gift for 3 of my girls. What makes this worse is being a Canadian customer and Canadian funds to US. VERY VERY Disappointed and NOT FUN

I truly enjoy receiving my box each season. I look forward to opening it up and seeing all of the goodies inside. Most of the items in the box I love and it introduces me to different brands I am not familiar with. I share many of the items with my daughter. I have had a couple of delivery issues, but the customer service team was able to resolve the issues quickly and efficiently. I am a happy customer!

I needed assistance with a large charge that came through. The representative was very understanding to my situation and although there are no refunds or returns allowed for a one-time cancelation. This was able to be done since the authorization had just went through within 3 hrs. SO GREATFUL!

I ordered my box in early March. Was hit with the money exchange way after the fact. Of course I knew there would be one but was not put on my bill. Now here it is May still no box and many lame excuses. How is it they can get away with stealing our money and abusing the postal services as an excuse for not recieving our item is ludicrous! Just another American company ripping off the consumer and getting away with it. Oh and how condensing and rude their salutations on mail are. Excuse me "love" WTF!? I don't even know you. Send our orders on time and include the exchange on our original bill and stop ripping off people! Disgusting and unprofessional company for shame!
Hi Deb! It looks like one of our reps has been assisting you with this issue via email. We are sorry to see your box was sent back to us, it looks like the address supplied to us was insufficient. Your purchase has since been refunded but we do hope to see you reactivate for next season. We've added a $10 credit to your account for your next box and now that we have the correct address we can be confident Canada Post should be able to get the box to you succesfully.
In regards to the exchange rate please note this is not something we are billing you for on our end, we have no control over when it is billed and how much you will be charged, Your bank should be able to offer more information on when they bill for the exchange and what kind of fluctuations you can expect.
Our members are the best part of FabFitFun and are the reason we do what we do so we really do love every person involved in making us the best subscription box out there.

I had a duplicate item in the same box. I emailed customer service and they responded immediately. I was asked to take a picture to show the duplicate item and without question they stated that a new item would be sent. The experience was nice and they took good care of my concern. It was amazing service!

I received my awesome box but realized i was missing an item and my serving tray broke, this was a first. Thier customer service was awesome. They not only shipped out a new tray but a whole set! Highly rec FabFitFun

I've had problems before and got great customer service. And then my package got lost in the mail and it took them three months to replace it so it depends on the situation on what kind of customer service you get

I had a question and I sent an email as well as chatted with customer service. Both customer service reps that I worked with were absolutely wonderful! They were polite, informative, and professional. I appreciated the quick resolution and responses. I didn't feel like I was talking to a computer with automated responses.

Just got the editors box and I absolutely love all the items in there which is huge for me since I tend to be a little picky about what I use for makeup and skin products. The mod cloth is my favorite, it's prefect to keep at work for when I'm freezing lol. I also really liked the coloring book and pencils too. The necklace really added to all the items and was a nice surprise All and all I would say that I'm super satisfied with FabFitFun!
