I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
You will see negative reviews on the "welcome box" because it is the same box that is send to everyone for the special $25 fee. A jump rope, ear buds, protein shake, small necklace, nail polish etc. I had the exact same reaction. I thought what a WASTE but decided to give it 1 more chance. When I received my summer box I was pleased. A contouring palet, shaving lotion, eye cream, necklace etc. it was worth the $40. I'm going to see if the next box is as good. If it is I will keep the subscription but if not I'll stop. All I can say is give it a chance. I will say that the customer service is almost non existent.
Time was helping me today and she was very friendly, helpful and understanding. She was also very knowledgeable. She needs a raise.
She does her job to the max. If only all Customer Care were like her it would be less stress on everyone.

I've received the Spring and Summer boxes and LOVED them! So many different items in the box. In the Summer box, the Cargo highlighter was broken in my box, so I contacted customer service and they quickly sent out a replacement item. A beautiful eye shadow pallet. Loved how quickly they responded to me. Can't wait to receive my Fall box! So Excited!

I love receiving these boxes. As an annual member, I can choose everything in my box and I love that. I love that I can get everything -almost- skin care or everything home decor if I feel like it. The product are always great so when I don't love everything but still want the box, these items make amazing gifts.

At first, the boxes were really good. The last two boxes were just sad. This last one (I have cancelled) is Just embarrassing. I received a ridiculously cheap looking plastic cactus drinking cup. Looks like it came from The dollar store.
I received bedroom slippers I could buy for 5.00 with a fff value of 48.00? No way. Makeup rounds, Cheap polyester Scarfs, a silly looking hat I will never wear with a fff value of 85.00, and a cheap watch fff value day 105.00? No way. That's just ridiculous. Just so cheap and everything made in China. I could purchase everything that came in my box for less than 50.00
I actually tried to cancel many times before the box was shipped. The web site wouldn't allow me to cancel. It kept circling back to "we want you to stay". I gave up and the next day it said my box shipped. I'm done with fff. Just not worth it! Cheap cheap cheap!

Any time I have needed customer service it has been amazing! I've talked to customer service 3 times and every time has been great. It's so nice to talk to customer service that actually knows what they are doing! I accidentally upgraded my subscription and they refunded my money and fixed my account in a very timely manner.
Had mailing issue with my box and they covered a refund.

I am happy with Fabfitfun…. I subscribed because wrnare able to fully customize …. This is important to me especially because I have allergies to ingredients in some make up/skin care products. I like being able to review choices/check ingredients before customization, so, I am concerned about upcoming changes to the way spoilers/choices will be done

I had an issue that required me to call customer care. While I wasn't able to get through right away once I did the Representative was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to rectify my issue in a matter of minutes.

I received my first box today from FabFitFun. There were 9 items - I will use all but 1: a full size blowout conditioner that smells great. I just don't blowdry my hair. One of the other tubes leaked during transit - I called and immediately got "Monica" who offered to replace the leaking tube and the item it leaked on. I had no trouble, didn't need to ask for the replacements, they were offered. My experience with customer service at FFF has been great. And, the other items will start getting used TONIGHT.

I love FabFitFun! I love receiving different items every season. Cant wait to receive my fall box.My favorite item this season is the tea pot I also can't wait to get my add ons there were do many wonderful add ons can't wait to see what the winter box brings
I purchased the box couple weeks ago and still hasn't been shipped. I realized AFTER I purchased they sent an email saying it will take up to a month for the box to be shipped then another two weeks on top of that to get to me. Something they fail to mention when the describe "how it works". This is supposed to be my daughter's birthday present and now I have to buy something else to make up for her box not been here. Which she is already excited about. I feel scammed. I think is dishonest of this company to take your money and wait that long to ship the product it should be a two way trade. Also they should be force to explain the lengthy wait so costumers know before making the purchase.

I thought i had an issue with Fabfitfun sending me the wrong box. The customer service went beyond to check everything out. They couldn't figure out how i received the wrong one but kept looking. Then it hit me, it was my add-ons that i was looking for, not my box. I felt so foolish and apologized for my brain not functioning properly. Guess being stuck inside for so long had affected me. Lol. They were so professional and told me not to worry about it and told me that box was being put together. I still feel foolish. Should have checked before i made that poor woman go through all that work looking for my seasonal box. But she was great and kind

I had an issue with a promotion code and the rep provided me with an alternative solution since none of the codes provided via email or via CS were working. The alternative was to provide me with the same only as a manual entry to ensure I received the promotion being offered at the moment. Loved the help

I spoke with Shawn and she was help full and sent me a replacement for my missing item without any questions. I also was disappointed in not getting a particular item in my box and she is sending that as well.

Signed up for an annual subscription, so I could have early access. I chose my item for customization 1, wanted to add 1 of different item in that category to purchase at an additional fee, it wouldn't let me, even though I saw it let other annual members. I did live support chat, my issue still couldn't be resolved. Had I known, probably wouldn't have signed up at all but certainly not the annual. Would've now been cheaper to purchase the items direct from the manufacturer.
