I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼‍ Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗

Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.

I joined last year, my first box was Winter 2017 and I was happy with it.
But... then came the Spring box- terrible. The clutch has a tear in the lining and the rest of the products are cheap. Really disappointing. I reached out to customer service and got no reply.
I bought the annual subscription so have already paid for the next two boxes.
Just know if subscribing that the profile they have you fill out is just for show/sales and means nothing. They do not use it to know your preferences.

If I could give this company less than one star I would. I gave this as a Christmas gift to a family member and we are totally disappointed. The products have not been as described and disappointing to say the least.

Of course it is auto billed for the next year without any advance notice. I went to cancel the subscription, (within a week of the renewal charge) and after a long wait period and confirmation of when the reimbursement would show up on my cc... I was credited with... only 75% of the annual charge! I would never recommend this type of customer service!

I don't understand all the negativity with fabfitfun! So far I have had a great experience. I'm in Canada and it only took 8 business days to get to me! I was very impressed with that alone. But also, the customer service is great! I messed up ordering and accidentally ordered two different annual subscriptions (stupid... I know). I called and they answered right away and gave me a full refund. Absolutely great service! I also love the box contents. I didn't get any lotion so I don't know how people complain that every box just has a bunch of lotion... so many different items. I calculated it and my first box alone was worth $405 CAD when my annual subscription only cost $300 CAD! That is insane value. My next three boxes are basically free!

Recieved an email stating that my address needed more info. I contacted Lasership immediately with specific address directions and phone number, 3 days in a row. Each time I received an email saying that I would get a response within 48 hours. Day 5 I received"package returned to sender". This is the third time this has happened. I have asked FFF not to use this company. Though FFF is attempting to make it right, they will not send my returned box, and all of the customization items are no longer available. So frustrating! It completely changes thing for me because I can't get the items i chose.

After I posted my unhappy review regarding the customer service received at Fab Fit they contacted me. I am very impressed with how quickly they reacted and the level of professionalism and high standard customer service given. I felt like someone was actually listening, no canned email here. My sister loves Fab Fit and although not for me, I can see they are actually a stand up kinda company and will likely be successful as long as they keep putting customers first.

Poor Customer Service- Disappointed Overall

I was not very impressed with my first box and decided to cancel. Apparently, my cancellation request was not processed properly, quite possibly user error. The day after I seen the charge on my account (6AM PST) I logged into my account and could see that the transaction was pending so I immediately contacted FabFit to cancel and refund my money. Of course, I was told the order was in the "Processing Queue" and they do not do refunds and all sales are final. Must be in the very fine print somewhere. Wow, now what I thought was an amazing idea/concept just went out the window. I will be sure to share my feelings with others.

. I keep hearing and seeing on Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, how wonderful the customer service is.
They all say, just reach out and tell them your issue/problem and it gets easily and quickly resolved.
I live in Ontario Canada, and in all my 61 years have not seen better, or quicker customer service, both in action and response time.

Placed an order. Realized I did not receive a confirmation email. Went to chat. First 2 people I talked to could not find my order by using my name, address, last 4 digits of cc, or amounts and dates charged. The second person took 20 minutes between replies to tell me "he doesn't know." I talked to Noah today and in 5 minutes he cleared it right up. I had entered a wrong letter in my email. Now for 3 days the other 2 had no clue what they were doing and sent it to the tech department. Noah found it about 30 seconds. The staff def needs retraining. And no response to my emails I sent them. Also, I'm NOT waiting 20 minutes between replies. Is the staff working from home? I wasted 3 days to be made to feel I was crazy and never placed the order even though I had cc statements.

They have great customer service on the chat! I've been sent a lot of things I won't use. They ask you questions about what you like, and all I get is similar things from the prior box sent. I can only try so many products on my face most products are too oily for my face! That ask you to sent out starter boxes and when you get someone that wants to join and they do if they don't and do it correctly your out of those credits! I've expressed my concerns on the products I've been sent but no response. I actually gave a 3 star because the only good thing is their customer service thank you again JR!

Always something new and pretty! Today a package came with a broken item. Super sad, but called them up and got refunded with no issues(just wanted a picture of broken earring) I am glad they have people who answer the phones for help.

Decided to give it another chance after having shipping problems with a box last fall, and regret it. It has been at least 14 business days since I got an email stating my box has been shipped, however after contacting Canada Post (since no one at FabFitFun is responding to my emails) they said that although they have scanned the arrival of my box they are not sure where it actually is. This means that it will be 1-11 business days before it arrives once they have located it.

Overall very poor customer service and will be advising my credit card to block any attempted purchases from them after reading this thread about them charging after cancellation. Hopefully I actually receive this box, but don't really have much hope.

Definitely would not recommend purchasing anything with this company as although some things in the boxes seem like a good deal, it is not worth the hassle, plus you might not actually receive anything.

I ordered a seasonal box over a year ago and loved the products. I decided to do so again as well as upgrade to a yearly subscription because it truly is a great value. However, after making the purchase I had an event that changed my financial obligations unexpectedly. I reached out to fabfitfun to ask for a refund. Contacting them was easy and I received a response quickly. The rep. Was helpful and I felt that she genuinely cared about making me happy. They have a customer in me when I can afford to treat myself again!

I signed up for the most expensive plan- but have had nothing but problems. First of all, the links on the website do not work for tracking a package or seeing what is inside the box. Second, I was never provided with an opportunity to customize anything- when I contacted customer service, they did not address any of the issues with the website, and told me my email address was incorrect- after quite some time she was able to fix it- she first asked me to do so but AGAIN the website would not work correctly. I tried again today, the website is still not working- so... I've spent a bunch of money and time, and in return, I'm getting a box that I didn't get to customize (although promised I could), and I can't see what's inside it or when it's coming. My experience so far has been terrible.

I have loved all the past boxes that I have rec'd - Spring 2017, Summer 2017, Fall 2017 and Winter 2017. But holy moly Spring 2018 was horrific. Candle smelled horrible, the clutch was hideous. Gave the cheap necklace to my 15 year old (who was less than excited about it as well). Most went to goodwill. Hoping they try to do better in the future or I won't get any more boxes. I wonder if I'm one of the few or many with the feelings on Spring 2018?

I was really interested in a subscription box, didn't know which one was going to work best for me. I read reviews for this one & saw that this subscription offered a lot more than just makeup or workout things... it has a little bit of everything in it! They let you customize your box, give you exclusive coupons, cool sale edits made for members, save lots of money & get to try new brands and products! Even when I get items I don't think I'll end up using, I use them as gifts for people & it really didn't cost me anything. As long as you keep at least two of the items for yourself, that $50 fee pays for it. Worth it!

Grace & Stella Rose Facial Spray leaked out of the box. Approximately 2/3 of the product is gone. All of the other products are perfectly fine. The only other thing that got wet was the exterior shipping box. (Kinda a bummer because I wanted to make spring coasters out of it. The boxes themselves are very pretty. But not a major issue!) Andy placed an order to replace the product immediately without further prompting or issues. Thank you Andy!

I'm very glad that I was able to talk with a person instead of an automated line. However, my son who is a computer programmer, had to search to find a way for me to call. It isn't easy to find that link. It needs to be on the first page not several clicks or links, away. Thank you very much for resolving this and replacing my lost box.

CS is always helpful, but Fabfitfun as a company needs some help. I have been with them a year but have cancelled due to too many issues. Order items and told later they are not available. Don't ship correct number of items ordered, charged wrong amounts and have to be credited, when time to customize each season boxes the system crashes and items are sold out. Enough is enough.

Complete rip off, I didn't even get everything I was supposed to in my box. The box was full of unusable junk. Some body wash that smells awful and doesn't even lather. A bubble mask that retails at Walmart for 1.99. Two crappy hand towels that again are probably $1.99 at Walmart. Not impressed.

I love getting these boxes, it's allowed me to try products I've never really thought to try but after using them they become my favorites. Dr Brandt has now become my go to skin care because of receiving it. I have never had a bad experience with this box as I have with others and I will always be a long time customer for that reason.

I want to skip a time and they were like oh you can skip we're still charging you so go ahead and will just keep your money and then maybe later give you some product or something while the skipping a subscription was an option really meant we just literally giving them my money anyways very disappointed
