I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I had a small issue with one of my boxes but it was handled in all the best ways possible! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!
Very friendly and responsive, helpful when I had an issue with an item that leaked. They were quick to send a replacement.

When I received my spring 2022 box I noticed that I was missing the Core Toning Kit. I was talking with Sky who was very understanding and was more then helpful to get the product out to me.

I really enjoy the FFF boxes. Most of the items work well for me. For the items I won't use I either trade or sell on the facebook page All Subscription Boxes buy sell or trade.

I made a mistake and upgraded my membership and even thought it was non refundable, he reversed the transaction for me.
I didnt catch my winter box from a house I moved from my email received on the 16th said your package was delivered on the 7th. So I missed it by days. But my box is being resent to me thank you.
