I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
I have not received my first trial box and I was offered different options to make me happy. Thank you

Please and surprised with fast customer service. So many times it takes awhile to get any where. I was able to get a reply by the next day.

Where do I begin! I responded to several fb advertisements and was excited to try FFF. First issue, a had to pay before I could see the items to customize my box. Second issue the items available for customizing were not the same as the advertisements, I wasn't interested in what was being offered. Third issue I wasn't able to finish customizing, app froze. Fourth issue promised two additional items for my trouble with customizing. Suggested items I was interested in. Questions not answered in email exchange. Fifth issue received my first box. Did not receive additional two items, didn't even receive my customized picks. I have pixie short hair and received a detangling brush which I did not pick in my customizing. I received a cardigan, 5 times to big for me and looked like a hospital housecoat. This was also not what I picked, I chose the rug. The other items were a two dollar scrubby, spray mineral water, spray make up finish, a half full jar of face mask. Junk! Sixth issue I immediately notified FFF of my dissatisfaction and to cancel my subscription and refund my money. I was then informed all sales are final, no refund but would receive a refund for the future boxes I paid for. This company is falsely advertising and misrepresenting their product.
It was a good experience they helped me deactivate my account.

I am an avid online shopper. I became interested in subscription boxes. I was already a subcripter to Simply Beautiful box and had a lovely experience. I had read great things about Fabfitfun so I thought I would give it a try. I also signed up for Causebox and Sprezzabox. This was on June 28th. Causebox and Sprezzabox arrived promptly. In fact, ordered second Causebox for friend which also arrived promptly. As for my SUMMER box from Fabfitfun still not sent. Reached out multiple times. Still can't tell me when it will ship. They also will not refund. I am sure I will get the box eventually but certainly not this Summer. More likely Fall. I honestly feel they should not have taken my money if they could not process my order in a timely manner. They had said originally 4 weeks max but that is not true. Also their team in the Philippines on customer service are nice enough but they can't deviate from the script so they can't help you. They can't even provide an expected shipping date. I have been beyond disappointed in FFF, and urge buyers to be aware. PS, my second Sprezzabox shipped today. Shame on FFF.

With COVID still being an issue I was refunded my summer box and giving a $20 credit for shipping issues. I was also refunded when I accidentally click on annual membership.

I have one word to sum it up it was HORRIBLE! Talk about cheap I think they ran to the dollar store last min and threw the items in the box. I was so disappointed I wouldn't even pick out this stuff let alone pay 45 dollars for it talk about CHEAP! I'm never able to get in the app to choose my items so I think they just gave me the left overs 300 dollars worth I don't think so. I had paid for the year in advance because the first box I got was so good and worth it the last three where horrible think that's how they real you in. I will not be ordering from them ever I will attach photos so you can see how cheap they are I cant wait to see the next box I'm supposed to get. 1 plastic purple cactus cup 2. Journal 3. Make up pads 4. A watch it's not even cute and its really cheap looking. 5. Floppy flower hat 6. Dental floss they claim that coast 25 dollars who spends 25 dollars on flavored dental floss WTH 6. Flower earrings that big and I dont even those. GOOD LUCK PEOPLE my experience with FABFIT FUN WAS NOT FUN AT ALL! I I feel really ripped off. It killing me to give 1 star if I could it would be a BIG O. Also side note I reached out to them before I wrote this review they never responded to me.

I wanted to reopen my membership with FabFitFun but wasn't able to use PayPal.
It's not right for new members Have the option to use pay pal but it's not okay for people with account.
