I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼 Also, their customer service is top notch! I cant say enough good things 💗
Horrible, your system glitched during my customization process. I called & the representative I spoke with, didn't seem to know what to do & seemed surprised when I asked her to fix the issue. After going over my choices, she stated they were manually fixed, come to find nothing was fixed & I will have paid nearly $80 for a box of items that I didn't fully choose.This will most likely be my last box.
The mailing timeframe for a box that was not customized is ridiculous & unacceptable. It is also not advised or explained when placing your order!
There were damaged items in my box the customer care person was very pleasant but still not sure how there going to resolved the situation

I received a trial box from a friend. Thought I was paying for shipping, ended up charging me the full total.

I was very excited to get my first box. I ordered the spring box in April after the regular shipping times. My account said my box was shipped on May 3. It even showed me all of the wonderful things that were supposed to be in the box. However, after nearly 2 weeks, my tracking info still said Parcel Data Received, "Shipment In Route To US Export Warehouse." So I emailed to ask if something might be wrong: clearly the "shipped" box was not actually shipping anywhere. I was told to contact my local post office... in Canada. Gee, thanks for that useful advice. If it doesn't track in the US, it's certainly not going to track in Canada! So I asked where the box was actually shipping from. I was told it had shipped from California and to wait another week to see if it arrived. At no point was I told that the box had not actually shipped. No, I was repeatedly told that it had. I really doubt that the "customer service representative" couldn't tell that it still hadn't shipped.
And today I get an email apologizing because the box THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE ALREADY SHIPPED WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE! So what exactly had shipped then? Why did they show me all of the items that had shipped in my box? I'm pretty sure taking the customer's money and blatantly lying about the product purchased is fraud. And now I can get the spring "editor's box." Basically a box full of awful things that they couldn't otherwise get rid of. I am so disappointed. I have requested a refund. Let's see how that goes...

The customization dates had closed and I had forgot to finish choosing my selections and reached out to customer service as soon as I realized. Rolly was the representative that I was lucky enough to work with. He checked into where my Fall 2020 FabFitFun box was and realized it was being processed to ship so he went even further and checked to see if he was able to add my customization selections. He found out he was! He sent me each option for each selection and let me take the time to look at them. At one point we got disconnected from our chat and when I logged back in I was able to tell the next customer service representative who I was working with and Rolly was able to immediately rejoin my chat assistance. I made all my selections and he was able to send my request... I was so grateful that he was able to catch the box and help me with my customization selections because I had started to make my selections the date it had opened but I had got pulled away from what I was doing and then life had got busy and I was unable to finish. I am so thankful for all the assistance that Rolly was able to give me during this experience but I am also amazed at how great the customer service has been the other few times I reach out. THANK YOU SO MUCH FabFitFun!
